看網上評價選訂了梵棲民宿，提交訂單入住的當天早上便接到了店家的電話告之附近停車場，當晚到達入住民宿，不大的門臉進屋卻別有洞天，四進式的四合院有百年的歷史。店家很熱情還給我們升級了房間並介紹了小院的歷史故事，並給我們提供遊建水的景點和美食攻略，房間和衞生間也都很乾凈，熱水温度也很高，早餐很豐富按我們的要求提供，民宿還免費提供漢服供自己拍照和圍爐燒烤。錯峯出行遊人不多在梵棲找到了家的感覺，讓我們開啟了一次愉快的旅程

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt! Der Besitzer holte mich ab und half mir mit meinem Gepäck. Der Pu'er-Tee duftete herrlich und die Walnüsse waren köstlich! Das Zimmer war gemütlich und das Frühstück am nächsten Tag sehr herzhaft. Insgesamt kann ich es jedem empfehlen, der Jianshui besuchen möchte!

A Hidden Gem in Jianshui — Boutique Hotel Perfection This hotel, set in a beautifully preserved 130-year-old building, masterfully blends the charm of history with the pinnacle of boutique hotel service. As boutique hotel owners ourselves, we know excellent hospitality when we experience it — and this was, without a doubt, the best customer experience we’ve had in China. Every detail is sublime, from the personalized breakfast to the incredible afternoon tea, and the service is nothing short of five-star. They even have a café that might be the best we’ve visited anywhere in China. The location is ideal for exploring Jianshui, and the care and attention put into every guest’s stay left us both grateful and impressed. Highly recommended — a true standout and a model of what a boutique hotel should be!

Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent amenities and facilities. Daily housekeeping and very clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was excellent and even when not provided at the hotel, you are given coupons to have a Chinese style sumptuous breakfast at the restaurant next door. Everybody is so friendly. The Mingshu is located within walking distance from the Guchen but still enjoy the convenience of doorstep drop off and pickup for your Didi rides and local tours. Can enjoy daily tea ceremony with snacks and fruits at the hotel lobby and enjoy the potteries collection display and the Koi pond. 5 Stars stay, great place to rest and recuperate after our 30 days tour around Yunnan.

Upon arrival, we were greeted rather coldly with a somewhat unwelcoming attitude, though this may have been cultural difference or surprise at seeing non-Chinese visitors. Fortunately, another staff member arrived shortly after who spoke English and actually smiled at us, which improved the situation. Our bags were then taken upstairs. We were upgraded to a larger room for free, which was a nice gesture. The rooms are super spacious, clean, and nicely decorated with excellent storage capacity. The shower had good pressure and was spacious, which was great. One thing to note: there was something sticking out between the carpet and wooden floor at the entrance that I caught my foot on, causing it to bleed. Fortunately I'm vaccinated for tetanus, but it's something that needs fixing. The building and corridors look fancy with high ceilings, though some parts of the lobby and second floor don't match this standard. Service Issues: The housekeeping lady asked us irrelevant and pushy questions in a rather rough manner instead of listening to our queries. Some other staff including reception and kitchen staff were not reading our messages fully and responding too quickly, rushing instead of taking their time to actually listen to their customers. That said, many employees in the kitchen, reception, and porters are lovely and genuinely try their best to help. The gym is genuinely great - it looks like a modern city gym of good standard. However, guests don't put equipment back in their place, leaving it messy. There are massage chairs available on the floor, which is a nice touch. The hotel also has an Olympic swimming pool, though I didn't get a chance to try it. The included meals (all three meals a day) were of good quality and plentiful. However, I was surprised by the limited vegetarian options, especially considering this city is supposedly the tofu capital. Some guests had poor manners at the buffet, putting communal serving spoons close to their mouth and nose to sniff the food before the next person uses that same spoon. A general observation about visiting China: what they call ”aunties” (older female staff) can be unnecessarily rough and rude. Being older doesn't give anyone the right to be overconfident about their skills or treat guests poorly. This varies by province and hotel standard, but it was noticeable here. Noise was an issue - I wish both staff and other guests would be more considerate about volume levels in the corridors. I also wish there was a quiet lounge option separate from the lobby for those wanting a peaceful space. Major issue on departure: I requested the free drop-off service to the train station and made it very clear we needed to leave at 10:00am sharp. I received confirmation that this would be a private transfer. However, on the day, this simply wasn't true - it was a shared transfer with other guests who were very inconsiderate and arrived late. This kind of situation is extremely frustrating as it can disrupt your plans and create unnecessary stress. Positive note: The old town is not far by taxi and is much better than Lijiang - less of a tourist zoo with a better vibe. Overall, the spacious, clean upgraded room with good storage and shower, along with decent facilities, are appreciated. However, service consistency needs improvement, particularly around actually listening to customer requests. Additionally, the behavior of some other guests detracted from the experience.

Der Gast ist in der Nähe der Station Lian An Xiao Xiao. Sie kam in der kleinen Station. Die Nacht ist die Parkgebühr des Ladens. Wenn man zum Essen geht, geht man in den alten Wasserbauern-Shop in 20 Jahren und andere Gerichte, Alles in Ordnung, es wurde empfohlen für die nächsten fünf Urlaubsfreunden, die es empfehlenswert sind.

Absolutely loved my stay. Hotel itself was gorgeous. Old time charm with modern comforts. Location is not exactly in the middle of everything (attractions aren’t right outside) but it’s a short walk or didi ride everywhere. Would highly recommend to anyone who enjoys the luxuries of life. If I were to visit this area again definitely would choose to stay here. Oh did I say the staff was so nice and helpful!!

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel ist sehr angenehm. Das Hotelpersonal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir mögen vor allem die Lage des Hofes im Dach auf dem Dach, die eine entspannende und beruhigende Umgebung bietet. Ich werde nicht vergessen, wie es sich fühlt, auf einem Stuhl im Hof zu sitzen, ein Bier zu trinken in der ruhigen und kühlen späten Abend. Das Hotel liegt neben dem Xiaogui-See, wo wir uns am Morgen und am Abend einen Spaziergang genossen haben. Es ist auch sehr nahe der touristischen Attraktion Chaoyang Gate und Lin An Straße und es gibt viele Lebensmittelauswahl direkt hinter dem Hotel. Ich wünsche, wir könnten hier viel länger bleiben.

Um Wasser zu bauen, ich sah das Landon Hotel online, ich bin in das Zimmer gekommen und sah das Zimmer runter. Sehr gut, die Toilette ist sauber, das Badewasser ist sehr groß, das warme Wasser ist besonders schnell, alle Aspekte der Einrichtungen sind komplett, die Rezeption ist auch sehr enthusiastisch, der Vorservice ist aufmerksam, es gibt kostenlose Parkplätze, es gibt einen Lift, nicht weit von allen Attraktionen, sehr bequem, Es lohnt sich, meinen Freunden zu empfehlen, der Preis ist super hoch, das nächste Mal, um das Landon Hotel zu bauen und zu leben.
