看網上評價選訂了梵棲民宿，提交訂單入住的當天早上便接到了店家的電話告之附近停車場，當晚到達入住民宿，不大的門臉進屋卻別有洞天，四進式的四合院有百年的歷史。店家很熱情還給我們升級了房間並介紹了小院的歷史故事，並給我們提供遊建水的景點和美食攻略，房間和衞生間也都很乾凈，熱水温度也很高，早餐很豐富按我們的要求提供，民宿還免費提供漢服供自己拍照和圍爐燒烤。錯峯出行遊人不多在梵棲找到了家的感覺，讓我們開啟了一次愉快的旅程

Die Gastgeberin hat mich hervorragend betreut. Sie hat mir alle Informationen zu den Attraktionen gegeben. Das Frühstück war ausgezeichnet und der Service sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Besitzerin hat herausragende Gastgeberqualitäten. Das Haus ist in der Nacht wunderbar ruhig, die Betten sind perfekt. Ich habe mich hier extrem wohl gefühlt. Vielen Dank

A Hidden Gem in Jianshui — Boutique Hotel Perfection This hotel, set in a beautifully preserved 130-year-old building, masterfully blends the charm of history with the pinnacle of boutique hotel service. As boutique hotel owners ourselves, we know excellent hospitality when we experience it — and this was, without a doubt, the best customer experience we’ve had in China. Every detail is sublime, from the personalized breakfast to the incredible afternoon tea, and the service is nothing short of five-star. They even have a café that might be the best we’ve visited anywhere in China. The location is ideal for exploring Jianshui, and the care and attention put into every guest’s stay left us both grateful and impressed. Highly recommended — a true standout and a model of what a boutique hotel should be!

Very comfortable and clean room. Excellent amenities and facilities. Daily housekeeping and very clean sheets and towels. Breakfast was excellent and even when not provided at the hotel, you are given coupons to have a Chinese style sumptuous breakfast at the restaurant next door. Everybody is so friendly. The Mingshu is located within walking distance from the Guchen but still enjoy the convenience of doorstep drop off and pickup for your Didi rides and local tours. Can enjoy daily tea ceremony with snacks and fruits at the hotel lobby and enjoy the potteries collection display and the Koi pond. 5 Stars stay, great place to rest and recuperate after our 30 days tour around Yunnan.

Das Paket ist sehr intim, von der Halle, das Restaurant mit vier Mahlzeiten, das Schlafzimmer usw. ist sehr komfortabel und die Umgebung ist auch besonders gut. My second time stay here, this time on the way back from Yuan Yang en route to Kunming. Delightful afternoon tea in tastefully furnished tea reception room. Book is nice and soft to sleep on. Also enjoyed the excellent breakfast. Service so good that we decided to extend stay by one night. The manager. Mr Shao, is friendly and wonderful to talk to, who recommends us a nice Hui restaurant to dine in, and timing to see sunset at ShuangLong Bridge. His colleague, Mr Han, is very attentive in serving our needs. Hotel also gives us a lift to the train station on its new Toyota Alphard which is very comfortable to sit in. Awesome to find hotel with 5-star service in a small town like Jianshui. Hope that hotel can keep up to current standards.

Das Hotel ist in sechs Jahren neben dem Schlepper, die Brücke, die Doppel-Dragon-Brücke und die alte Stadt der Wasserbaustadt sind nicht sehr weit entfernt. Die Hotelhalle ist groß und hell, es gibt Eis, um Eisbecken frei zu erreichen, die Gäste kostenlos essen und ist sehr gut. Der Raum des Zimmers ist 30 Quadratmeter, die meisten sind die gleichen. Rein und sauber, die Bettausstattung ist komfortabel, der Service ist gut, das Hotel kann vor der Tür parken, und es gibt auch einen eigenen Parkplatz!

All new hotel. Facilities look nice and clean. Location is close to the railway station, but the neighborhood is not that pleasant. The hotell is near two big roads with big trucks driving by constantly. Luckily it is not immediately next to the road, but hidden behind other buildings that block most of the traffic noises. I stayed in the 2nd floor and with windows closed I could bearly hear anything from outside. There was noise though. The pipes in the showers are incredibly loud. When the person next door goes to take a shower, it is like a waterfall manifests itself in your room. I've never encountered anything like this. Also, the bed matresses are very firm. Without these issues the hotel would be great value.
