Our stay was excellent. The location of hotel is best. Very close to city center but very peaceful. Rooms are well maintained. Cleanliness is good. Food menu was very large spread. You can enjoy varieties from local to other parts of India. Special mention for the best service - Majid, Aquib, Irfan, Afreen,Sajad Bhat and Neera. Thanks to all of them for taking our care.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel, in fact we reached the hotel at 8:30am and they allowed us for early check in without any extra charges. The staff is very courteous and helpful. The breakfast spread is also good not that lavish but still good. And the add-on perk is, that they give facilities like gym, steam, suna on the house with no added charges.

I stated in this hotel for 5 nights during my stay and have a mixed opinion about this hotel Pros: 1. Reception manager's behaviour was excellent 2. Room was decent/ clean 3. Mineral Water was complimentary 4. 24 hours hot water 5. Power backup Cons: 1. Location is bit odd - opp. to a burial ground and in the middle of a residential area; the entire lane becomes very dark after sunset. 2. There are too many dogs in this lane which will hamper your good night's sleep. 3. Breakfast was complimentary but you need to call multiple times before it's delivered to your room. Plus, they will not consider your kid for breakfast. Only after I told they provided. Also, it felt they are doing me a favour by providing breakfast. Not good attitude. 4. Service staff enters the room without permission, this is a serious privacy concern and I don't appreciate this. Conclusion - Only book this hotel if you are travelling in peak season and have no other option left.

Die Gastfreundschaft und die Hüterin definierten die feinste Tradition von Kashmir und es sind Menschen. ***Zoor, der Pflegemann stellte sicher, dass wir komfortabel waren und ein sehr schmackhaftes und süßes Abendessen serviert. Als wir frühzeitig verlassen mussten, er wachte sich früh, damit wir Frühstück haben konnten. Das Hausboot war komfortabel, aber es braucht Renovierung und eine frische Mantelfarbe. Diese materiellen Aspekte neben, war es ein erinnerelicher Aufenthalt im Nigeen See mit sauberem Wasser und ruhigen Umgebung, um die majestätische Schönheit der Natur zu schätzen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Mirage, situated in a serene part of Srinagar. The rooms were incredibly spacious and luxurious, making our accommodation very comfortable. The food was delightful, and the staff was exceptionally helpful. Mr. Nazeer provided excellent room service, ensuring our needs were met promptly. A special mention goes to Mr. Zulfi, who went above and beyond to ensure our tour was unforgettable. His dedication truly made our experience memorable.

Me and my wife stayed here on 8th december 2023. Rooms: amenities: sapcious rooms, gyser, a/c temperature control, clean room, clean washroom. Food: nice. Overall the hotel stay and service was very good. The location of the hotel is a bit outside from the main city- lal chowk/ dal lake but it's not that far if you have a taxi auto booked. Also the city ebus stops at the doorstep at the hotel, which is convivent to roam around within city.

Die Lage war eine Art bequem, aber dann wieder, zu was? Der Service war freundlich, fachkundig und professionell. Ich habe auf dem Badezimmerboden ein Getränk gegossen, so dass ich einige Gewebe verwendet habe, um es zu entfernen, lach und sieh die Gewebe schwarz. Ich war gemahlen. Ähnliche Situation trat in der Wohnfläche mit identischen Ergebnissen auf. Also unnötig zu sagen, Hygiene ist nicht von primärer Bedeutung. Auch wenn der Toilettensitz geschlossen wurde, die Rückseite der Decke wurde mit, ich würde mir vorstellen, Urin gefärbt. Die Küche: Der Chef und der Maitre de haben den Tag gerettet, als das Abendessen von einem sehr hohen Standard war, Glückwunsch, gut gemacht 👏 ✔️

Great property very near to the airport. Rooms are very good and you get very good vibes being in the place. Buffet spread was good and the food was very tasty. Overall we had a very good time in the property. The tourist attractions are 20 to 30 minutes drive from the place.

Wir haben hier 4 Nächte in einem privaten Zimmer verblieben und dies war wahrscheinlich die beste Entscheidung während der gesamten Reise. Die Zimmer waren super komfortable und sauber und die Mitarbeiter waren super hilfreich. Wir brauchten ein Papierdruck für unseren Trek und der Zostel-Drucker funktionierte nicht. Shabbir bai schickte jemanden, um es aus einem nahe gelegenen Geschäft zu drucken und verweigerte, die Gebühren von uns zu nehmen. Die erstaunliche Gastfreundschaft, die wir von diesem Zostel erhalten haben, war wirklich das Highlight unserer Reise. Als unverheiratetes Paar war es schwierig, eine freundliche Unterkunft in Srinagar während unserer Reisetage zu finden, aber wir waren froh, dass Zostel zu unserem Rettungsdienst kam. Der beste Teil war, dass wir leicht Reisebücher und gemeinsame Cabs nach Gulmarg und ******** gefunden haben. Das half uns nicht nur, die Leute zu treffen, sondern auch, die Kosten für die Tagesreisen zu teilen. Ich hatte immer den Glauben, dass Kashmir mehr von einem Hochzeitsmonat oder Familienziel ist, aber es ist nicht. Viele bachelor-Menschen besuchen Kashmir und Zostel ist der ideale Ort, um sie zu treffen. Storys were shared and new places were added to the bucketlist during our interaction with other travellers.
