Hotel Aala Residency, Srinagar

Hotel service are very bad....they have electricity issue and won't start genrator while you not told him also equipment(geyser, heater)not proper working. Hotel is far from market and no much more staff for separate work. Overall bed experience with hotel.

This makes very un-Happiest trip in our life history dues to wrong propaganda and advertisements and over confidential with whole misguidance etc. For grabbing the customers and passengers clients etc.

The hotel experience was excellent, with spacious rooms that comfortably accommodated 3 to 4 persons. The bathrooms were clean and the food provided was of high quality and delicious.

Terrible Experience with aala travel and hotel A Scam in Disguise I recently had the misfortune of booking a travel package with aala travel and aala residency its not hotel its the home of aala travels owner converted in to hotel and displaying it 3 star hotel completely abnormal he even don't know how to speak with the traveller who come from long distance with family and these cheater Away from the City and are frauds . They run travel business and Cheat the unsuspecting tourists . Beware of them and deal at your own Risk . I and my family were constantly harrassed and even were kept Captive by a hotel named Pahalgam Heights for about 3 hrs booked by them and on the last day of our trip the Driver also refused to drop us at the station in Jammu as he did not receive the payment . Food was very tasty and all time we experienced new cuisines and especially on our all day food it is out of my words. Mr Raj (room boy) is a thoroughly helpful person and his all-time smile on face makes us very comfortable.

Worst hotel worst experience and far away from dal lake

A beautiful place to relax and makes us feel -at -home. I had a great experience during my stay there. The rooms are very classy with all the facilities to fulfill our needs. The food served there is very delicious & also not forgetting to mention about the management, who are very pleasing. As a whole i had a very good time there and would surely like to visit there again.

Good and cozy rooms. They have big queen size beds with nice mattress. Room service a bit slow but that is same everywhere I have stayed so far. Rooms are properly cleaned and with clean sheets and properly washed towels. No issues with safety. Food is good but you have to place an order in advance to get your food on time.
