The room is clean and comfortable with air conditioning and heating; the reception managers are friendly. However, the breakfast lacks variety.
The staff here are truly amazing! Big thanks to Lindsey and the technicians on-site for making me comfortable during my long business trip! I cannot thank them enough for working so quickly to resolve any issues I had. I look forward to my next stay!

Very nice hotel. The rooms are spacious. The pool is great. Decent size and clean. There was a large selection for the free breakfast. You have to pay for parking. We felt very secure and safe since you needed key card access to the floors.

We made a weekend reservation at the Element, which shares a building and facility with the Aloft hotel on the front street. The only distinct brand component of this shared facility unique to Element is the breakfast room, so other amenities like the gym, pool, bar and restaurant are based on Aloft's brand standards. The check-in was a bit laborious, as the front desk kept insisting we had been upgraded (it was the exact room that we ordered). Moreover, 752 is the smallest room in the entire facility (great Platinum benefits!). The breakfast was cold and overcrowded. There were a lot of guests from Aloft who would bang on the doors and bring scores (yes, 20+ people) into the area, overwhelming it. We gave up trying to eat cold food in a bus station environment. Cleaning and maintenance were issues (we had a sink that did not work and we waited 6 hours for it to be serviced) and we were not moved to another room at our request. We found wrappers and plastic from the last guests' toiletries all over the bathroom and the reusable carafe's were dirty with oil and dirt and took a long time to get. Staff interactions were low to poor all the times. Although close to the Microsoft campus, its overrun with big family-reunion-sized groups which makes it less productive for work and long-time stays. I would avoid.

Stayed here two nights while sightseeing in North Cascades National Park. Beautiful, new hotel with convenient parking and free breakfast with made to order omelet and fresh pastries from a local bakery. Check in was easy and the staff member was friendly and made sure we were told all the needed info for our stay. The one negative about the stay was the shower--not very good water pressure, no shelf to put your own toiletries on and had to sit down to shave my legs as no place to elevate foot.

Very nice hotel with great amenities but horrendous and rude staff. Stay clear from Chipo. If you have any issues do yourself a favor and just keep it to yourself. Management will retaliate and do everything in their power to make you feel unwelcome. Complained to management about staff entering room unauthorized, was told they enter to give us waters. We said we only want staff entering on cleaning days only and still with our do not disturb staff enters your room for no apparent reasons. Won't clean, just will randomly enter to bring you pillows or water when they feel you might need it........ Also make sure to communicate through emails as you will see unauthorized charges and you will have to fight with your evidence to get what is right.

Our work team was planning its first get together since COVID started, and we all chose The Element as our hotel. All of us successfully booked rooms. Less than a week before our trips almost all of us got an email stating that "Unfortunately the hotel is completely sold out over these dates due to a reservations systems error and we wanted to let you know as soon as possible." For some reason Redmond is very busy that week, and now we are all spread out across a bunch of different hotels. A very disappointing and unprofessional situation. Be forewarned.

The front desk staff were not well-trained. Our basic questions about amenities were met with confusion. Staff struggled to add our names to internet log-on credentials. Our room was not stocked with towels & toiletries. At check-out, staff could not"get on the computer".
