Resort sát biển, view rất đẹp. Nhân viên thân thiện, luôn để ý đến nhu cầu của khách hàng. Mình book 3 đêm, 2 đêm phòng view biển, đêm cuối phòng view vườn, resort đã chủ động nâng hạng phòng cho gia đình mình. Nói chung nhà mình ở đợt này thấy rất ưng ý

接待處很小， 在門口等了10分鐘也沒人來接待。 房間有蚊子，不會再來。

Tôi và bạn bè đã có kì nghĩ vui vẻ tại Crown Retreat. Nhân viên rất dễ thương và nhiệt tình, từ những anh Bell, các anh chị F&B, HK, FO. Bữa sáng view bãi biển thật tuyệt, món ăn rất ngon và đa dạng, các món bánh Việt Nam rất lấy lòng tôi 🥰🥰🥰🥰

It was great experience for both of us at Crown retreat in our trip to Quy Nhon. We stayed 2 nights in a comfortable bungalow with beautiful beach view, we have very much enjoyed the atmosphere there, staffs are helpful and so friendly, the food was also our great part of the trip. Highly recommend and will come back if we have chance to travel Quy Nhon again.

Vi tilbragte tre nætter på hotellet, og det var samlet set en skuffelse. Hotellet lever ikke op til sin 4-stjerners bedømmelse og billederne lever dårligt op til virkeligheden. - Personalet er venligt men kun få taler engelsk (på et meget lavt niveau) - Bungalows er hyggelige og man bliver kørt dertil. Udsigt fra bungalow er flot, men de trænger til bedre rengøring og vedligehold. Det virker en smule slidt og gammelt. - Lokation er ganske enkelt forfærdelig. Der er ingen spisemuligheder og byen Quy Nhon er ikke meget værd. - Restauranten på hotellet er på et meget lavt niveau. I særdeleshed aftensmad på hotellet er tæt på uspiselig. Morgenmaden er OK men under hvad forventet er. Alt i alt ikke en anbefaling og vi vil hverken komme tilbage til Quy Nhon eller Crown Resort.

Nhân viên cực kì thân thiện ân cần, chu đáo và check in nhanh gọn (nhất là a quản lý William D, sẵn sàng chụp cho bạn những tấm hình rất đẹp, nếu bạn đi 1 mình). Tư vấn lịch trình tham quan vui chơi và ăn uống tại nơi nghỉ. Hỗ trợ đặt vé xe, thuê xe,…siêu nhanh.

A nice place. We went there in October, and even though the weather was really hot and sunny, there will be practically no guests. The staff will try their best, but without any knowledge of english at all, you will have a hard time ordering. The last order in the restaurant is at 9.30 pm, and if you get there at 9.15, you will probably get food and drinks, but you will not feel too welcomed. After that, you are on your own. The pool is open 24 hours, and very clean as rest of the area. The pool bar is non existent at this time of year, as they will have to order everything from the restaurant….it takes about 15-20 minutes to get a beer. The beach is of course open, as it is a “private” beach, but you are not allowed to swim there, as the waves are too high. Solution: just walk 100 feet any other way, and you can swim as much as you like. The bungalows are really nice and clean, and close to the beach. You will hear the waves at night, and have a feel of luxury, but don’t expect too much out of season. Bring some food and drinks before you arrive, as the restaurant and bar is way overpriced! If you want to make business on foreigners and tourists, you need to be able to communicate in basic english.

Nhân viên rất nhiệt tình, đặt biệt là các bạn lái xe điện hỗ trợ di chuyển. Bãi biển đẹp, sạch. Buffet sáng ổn, dessert ngon! Mình đọc review thấy bảo phòng tắm nhỏ nhưng mình thấy ok không nhỏ nha

Definitely not four star or luxury. The food is average. The staff are nice enough but can’t really speak any English which is fair enough, it is Vietnam but they don’t really try either. Front of house hospo is Crown Retreat’s weak point. The bar is dismal. The bungalows are nice enough but nothing luxurious about them. Aircon unit leaked all over the floor constantly, toilet cistern never stopped running. The most disappointing thing is the amount of rubbish in the ocean. Disgraceful!

We celebrated my friend' bday in this hotel. The location is fantastic, there is a big Buddha statue nearby and a beach. The territory is green and beautiful. We didn't like the restaurant, very plain choice of food for breakfast for this money. Or dinner many items from the menu for absent.

Resort cao cấp mà dịch vụ tệ. Có sâu và kiến trên giường, gọi điện báo lễ tân phải 20p mới có HK lên thay ga, thay ga thì không cầm ga lên mà phải tốn tận 15p quay đi quay lại mới thay xong. Bạn mình nằm trên giường nổi mẩn khắp người, báo tìm cho thuốc bôi mẩn ngứa 3 lần cũng không xử lý. Complain thì chỉ nhận được duy nhất 1 câu xin lỗi. Lễ tân thay ca không thông tin cho nhau, k nắm đc thông tin, hỏi cứ ngơ ngơ, không biết xử lý tình huống.
