Der Ort ist absolut fantastisch, besser geht es in Sapa nicht. Das Zimmer war geräumig und sauber. Konnte den Balkon wegen des kalten Wetters nicht genießen, aber im Sommer muss er der Hammer sein. Die Lage ist etwas schwierig, da es auf einem Hügel liegt und der Weg nach oben etwas anstrengend ist, aber es gibt jede Stunde einen Shuttle-Wagen (Sie müssen ihn zuerst reservieren). Einmal ist ihnen ein Fehler unterlaufen, als der Wagen uns nicht zur angegebenen Zeit und am angegebenen Ort abholte, sodass wir einen Dritten bezahlen mussten, der uns zum Hotel brachte, aber das Hotel entschädigte uns sofort in bar dafür. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist ziemlich fantastisch, ein echtes Fünf-Sterne-Erlebnis. Besondere Erwähnung verdient der Restaurantleiter, der sehr nett, freundlich und fürsorglich ist. Er kümmerte sich um die Durchfallprobleme meines Mannes (tut mir leid für die vielen Informationen, lol, mein Mann bestand darauf, dass ich das schreibe), indem er ihm ein spezielles Ingwer-Bambus-Gebräu machte, und bot sogar seine persönlichen Medikamente an. Wirklich ein toller Typ.

What’s a great service for this hotel. The staff is really helpful. They even gave me snack and called the taxi for me and even paid for me😭💖🙏🏻. Because of the traffic jam and I really needed to go to the bus station. Thanks for the greatest service and i hope to stay there again in the future.

Wonderful location at the entrance of Fansipan cable car! It is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd in Sapa city, and is located in the quiet and peaceful mountains area. Buggy services to drive you to the entrance of fansipan, also has scheduled shuttle buses that brings you to city centre. The receptionist can also call for a cab for you that is generally well priced. The cool is small and cute, but was too cold for me to swim outdoors. There’s a small indoor heated pool which is pretty but crowded at times. The staff team is helpful and kind generally. Hotel buffet breakfast is adequate, liked that it came as a package with the hotel. New hotel too so that means clean place! The only con is that their beauty services are average for a hotel, so might not go back to their services. Otherwise I would love to be back here! Thank you once again 😇 we enjoyed our stay!

Das Team nimmt die Zeit, mit jedem Gast zu sprechen, immer mit einem Lächeln 💕 Waschmittel war USD4 /kg. Sehr schön starker Geruch für das Reinigungsmittel. Große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und wunderbares Ala-Carte Frühstücksbuffet. Schrauben Eier waren so gut! Die Rindsuppe auch 👍 Liebte die Haustiere 💕 Die Lage ist großartig! Nicht zu weit von der Stadt, noch weit genug für Frieden und Ruhe. In der Nähe der Reisfelder, erstaunliche Aussichten und frische Luft. In der Nähe der Alpenküste. Auch Massage war großartig. Eine lil preiswert, aber so bequem und wert. Die Vibe war fantastisch und entspannend. Sicherlich wieder hierher kommen trotz einiger der negativen unten. Negative: Insekten überall! Auch im Bett! Keine Bettbogen, das ist sauber. Aber aufgrund der Lage und der Art, wie jedes Haus gebaut wird, Tonnen kleiner fliegender Insekten. Das Moskitonetz hilft, die meisten Insekten aus dem Bett zu halten, so dass wir es über das Bett offen halten. Nicht so viel Privatsphäre wie der Porsche und der Tub hatte direkten Blick auf den Porsche eines anderen Zimmers.. Vielleicht haben wir einmal oder zweimal exponiert ... wir baten um ein privates Zimmer, aber wurden direkt neben dem Pooldeck gestellt. Die Speiseplatzmatten waren schmutzig und wiederverwendet. Sie ignorierten die schmutzigen Punkte und legen gerade das Gerät auf die Matten. Ich musste meine Werkzeuge reinigen und sie stattdessen über die Handtücher. Zu viele Schritte 😅 Wir haben nach einem 2d1n Aufstieg Fansipan angemeldet, so dass unsere Halsen mit jedem Schritt nach oben und unten im Hotelkomplex schrieen. Insgesamt, definitiv ein 9.5/10 Aufenthalt!

Outstanding Service at Sapa Horizon Hotel We had a truly pleasant stay at Sapa Horizon Hotel, thanks to the hotel’s excellent service and warm hospitality. Special recognition goes to Tom, who speaks fluent English and is extremely considerate and attentive to guests’ needs. He went out of his way to ensure our requests were well taken care of, making our stay comfortable and stress-free. The breakfast was decent, offering a selected variety with thoughtful attention to guest preferences. Overall, the service level exceeded our expectations, and the staff’s genuine care made a real difference. One small area for improvement would be the shower water temperature at room 702, which was inconsistent during our stay. We hope the hotel can address this promptly. Aside from this minor issue, everything else was excellent. We would highly recommend Sapa Horizon Hotel to anyone visiting Sapa and would gladly stay here again.

Der Concierge war einfach super, sein Service war exzellent. Er hat uns sogar geholfen, unsere Schuhe zu trocknen, da sie vom starken Regen ganz nass waren. Wir haben früh ausgecheckt und wollten den Nachtbus erreichen. Er war sehr aufmerksam und hat uns Wasser und Bananen für die Fahrt eingepackt. Das war eine tolle Geste.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

We booked the Presidential Suite for 5 nights, zero regrets. We had a beautiful mountain view from the bathroom, there was a bath tub and toilet with bidet. We were welcomed by complimentary juice and fruits. Breakfast was halal friendly - toast with butter and strawberry spread, fruits and vegetarian omelette (the lady chef delivers all the time 😋). Halal restaurants were within walking distance from our hotel. And the hotel was so comfortable to the extent that we didn’t want to leave the room on most days! Iron and ironing board is provided upon request, complimentary for 30 minutes, chargeable at 20,000 VND per hour thereafter, which no issues! There’s also laundry service for 50,000 VND per kg if you are keen! Pro tip: if you are booking Grab, kindly drag the pin to “Eden Boutique Hotel” instead as we were dropped off below the hill on some occasions. The hotel is located on top of a hill, but all’s good - a little exercise wouldn’t kill hehe Overall, from the receptionists, to the housekeeping team to the food and beverage team, amazing amazing service! Will definitely consider booking Hotel Azalea Sapa again when we visit Sapa again. Thank you so much to the hotel staff for the warmth, professionalism and greetings!

Das Resort ist für einen privaten Rückzugsort konzipiert. Toller Service. Direkt vor der Tür und nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Ich fühle mich dort wirklich wohl. Ich liebe den Blick auf Fansipan direkt von meinem Bett aus. Der Bademantel ist sehr flauschig und bequem. Bitte bieten Sie ihn mir für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt an. Alles im Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei, außer der Badewanne, die beim Abfließen das gesamte Badezimmer überschwemmt. Sie trocknete allerdings ziemlich schnell. Das Zimmer ist größtenteils ruhig und friedlich, abseits vom Verkehrslärm. Achten Sie jedoch auf die Schalldämmung im Zimmer, da Karaoke hier eine wichtige Rolle spielt!

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.
