From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

Dieses Hotel ist wahrscheinlich mein Lieblingshotel in der Welt. Das Design ist spektakulär und die umliegende Stadt ist schön. Der Service ist zweit bis neun und das Personal ist nett und aufmerksam. Der Pool ist schön und die Dachbar bietet einen schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge.

We had a fantastic experience here. The check-in process was quick and smooth, and the staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our entire stay. The location was perfect—close to everything but still quiet enough for a great night's sleep.

Wonderful location at the entrance of Fansipan cable car! It is away from the hustle and bustle of the crowd in Sapa city, and is located in the quiet and peaceful mountains area. Buggy services to drive you to the entrance of fansipan, also has scheduled shuttle buses that brings you to city centre. The receptionist can also call for a cab for you that is generally well priced. The cool is small and cute, but was too cold for me to swim outdoors. There’s a small indoor heated pool which is pretty but crowded at times. The staff team is helpful and kind generally. Hotel buffet breakfast is adequate, liked that it came as a package with the hotel. New hotel too so that means clean place! The only con is that their beauty services are average for a hotel, so might not go back to their services. Otherwise I would love to be back here! Thank you once again 😇 we enjoyed our stay!

Insgesamt war der Aufenthalt sehr gut. Der Blick aus dem Zimmerfenster auf die vorbeifahrende Miniatur-Eisenbahn war eine angenehme Überraschung und ein Pluspunkt für Eisenbahnfans und alle, die das lokale Flair erleben möchten. Die Lage ist sehr günstig, unweit der Hauptstraße und des Bahnhofs, sodass man alles bequem zu Fuß erreichen kann; alles Notwendige ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Auswahl beim Frühstück war zwar nicht riesig, aber der Geschmack war im Allgemeinen zufriedenstellend und ausreichend für ein schnelles Frühstück und einen Energieschub. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist, dass das Warmwasser etwas zu kalt ist, wenn man spät duscht. Bei dem kühleren Wetter in Sapa könnte man nach dem Duschen etwas frieren. Ich empfehle daher, früher zu duschen oder dass das Hotel die Warmwasserqualität verbessert. Insgesamt war es ein angenehmer Aufenthalt. Die Lage und der Ausblick aus dem Fenster sind ausgezeichnet. Eine Verbesserung der Warmwasserversorgung wäre ein großes Plus.

Positive: Unbeschäftigter Service. Sehr warm, willkommen, freundlich und personalisierte Erfahrung. Das Team nimmt die Zeit, mit jedem Gast zu sprechen, immer mit einem Lächeln 💕 Waschmittel war USD4 /kg. Sehr schön starker Geruch für das Reinigungsmittel. Große Auswahl an Lebensmitteln und wunderbares Ala-Carte Frühstücksbuffet. Schrauben Eier waren so gut! Die Rindsuppe auch 👍 Liebte die Haustiere 💕 Die Lage ist großartig! Nicht zu weit von der Stadt, noch weit genug für Frieden und Ruhe. In der Nähe der Reisfelder, erstaunliche Aussichten und frische Luft. In der Nähe der Alpenküste. Auch Massage war großartig. Eine lil preiswert, aber so bequem und wert. Die Vibe war fantastisch und entspannend. Sicherlich wieder hierher kommen trotz einiger der negativen unten. Negative: Insekten überall! Auch im Bett! Keine Bettbogen, das ist sauber. Aber aufgrund der Lage und der Art, wie jedes Haus gebaut wird, Tonnen kleiner fliegender Insekten. Das Moskitonetz hilft, die meisten Insekten aus dem Bett zu halten, so dass wir es über das Bett offen halten. Nicht so viel Privatsphäre wie der Porsche und der Tub hatte direkten Blick auf den Porsche eines anderen Zimmers.. Vielleicht haben wir einmal oder zweimal exponiert ... wir baten um ein privates Zimmer, aber wurden direkt neben dem Pooldeck gestellt. Die Speiseplatzmatten waren schmutzig und wiederverwendet. Sie ignorierten die schmutzigen Punkte und legen gerade das Gerät auf die Matten. Ich musste meine Werkzeuge reinigen und sie stattdessen über die Handtücher. Zu viele Schritte 😅 Wir haben nach einem 2d1n Aufstieg Fansipan angemeldet, so dass unsere Halsen mit jedem Schritt nach oben und unten im Hotelkomplex schrieen. Insgesamt, definitiv ein 9.5/10 Aufenthalt!

Das Hotel war insgesamt wunderbar. Ich kam um 6:00 Uhr morgens an, allerdings war zu diesem Zeitpunkt kein Zimmer mehr frei. Die Rezeption stellte uns mit sehr freundlicher Gastfreundschaft ein Duschbad und einen Ruhebereich zur Verfügung. Um 10:00 Uhr gingen wir nach einer Stärkung zum Fancipan und kamen gegen 16:00 Uhr zurück. Das Zimmer war fertig, als ich eincheckte. Die Aussicht war atemberaubend (Zimmertyp: Bergblick). Insgesamt war es perfekt. Übrigens: Da wir nicht ausgehen wollten, wählten wir das Hotelrestaurant zum Abendessen. Wir bestellten Essen für sechs Personen. Da ich die Serviceabläufe kenne, wiederholten die Mitarbeiter unsere Bestellung, um sicherzugehen, dass sie richtig war. Natürlich hörten wir aufgrund der Verständigungsschwierigkeiten aufmerksam zu – alle Gerichte wurden korrekt wiederholt. Leider wurde bei einem unserer Gerichte die Carbonara mit Bolognese-Sauce verwechselt, obwohl wir alle kein Schweinefleisch essen. Wir riefen die Mitarbeiter an und meinten, es sei unser Fehler, aber sie hielten es für Kleingeld. Plötzlich hörte ich einen Streit zwischen Kellner und Küche. Eines der Worte, die ich ganz deutlich hörte, war „ich wiederhole es schon“. Fünfzehn Minuten später wurde Carbonara serviert und wir wurden vom Personal darauf hingewiesen, dass wir ihr sagen sollten, was wir nicht essen. Wir Armen? Nach fünf Minuten kam sie zurück und sagte: „Tut mir leid“ (zuerst einmal eine Entschuldigung) 🥺 also wäre es in Ordnung, wenn sie sich entschuldigen und sich nicht so verhalten würde. Ich verstehe, dass man mit dem Koch sprechen muss, wenn die Bestellung falsch war, aber sowohl der Service als auch die Küche waren für uns sehr enttäuscht.

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Pros - Smooth liaising with the hotel through WhatsApp/instagram & trip.com itself even before our trip, very responsive & helpful in answering our queries & concerns - We arrived in Sapa early in the morning & appreciate that we're able to check in early - The room was very clean & cozy - Friendly receptionist that catered to our needs - Excellent service with morning call & offer for bellboy service to carry our luggages up to the lobby when we had to check out much earlier - Room cleanup service was quick but also unexpected, as we went for breakfast & came back to a cleaned room. It would be nice if laxsik had a door tag for us to indicate if we wanted 'room service' or not - We had to check out quite early in the morning, laxsik offered to give us a complete set of takeaway breakfast with fruits, sandwiches & bottled water Cons - We stayed in the family bungalow with 2 bedrooms & bathrooms, there was no shower gel for one of the rooms & no conditioner for the other room, it would be great if both rooms had the same amenities - Some tiles on the bathroom ceiling of house 10 were not intact completely hence it felt unsafe & cold air seeped in which turned the bathroom very chilly Overall we had a pleasant stay at laxsik despite the view being blocked by the fog for most of our stay, the accommodations made up for it. Do take note that it is a 10-15mins drive to Sapa town so expect to pay 200,000 vnd for a taxi. The receptionist will help you book a driver if you aren't able to get a Grab from accommodations to town. Getting Grab from Sapa town to the accommodations was quite easy. The fireplace in the lodge is highly recommended if you are staying during the cold season! We thoroughly enjoyed the experience and warmed our hearts and bodies.

Das Resort ist für einen privaten Rückzugsort konzipiert. Toller Service. Direkt vor der Tür und nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Ich fühle mich dort wirklich wohl. Ich liebe den Blick auf Fansipan direkt von meinem Bett aus. Der Bademantel ist sehr flauschig und bequem. Bitte bieten Sie ihn mir für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt an. Alles im Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei, außer der Badewanne, die beim Abfließen das gesamte Badezimmer überschwemmt. Sie trocknete allerdings ziemlich schnell. Das Zimmer ist größtenteils ruhig und friedlich, abseits vom Verkehrslärm. Achten Sie jedoch auf die Schalldämmung im Zimmer, da Karaoke hier eine wichtige Rolle spielt!
