From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded all my expectations from luxurious rooms, elegant décor, plush bedding, and calming tones made for a perfect retreat. The room was spotlessly clean and the view from the balcony was speechless. Well-equipped wellness amenities,  a serene spa with hot and cold jacuzzi, a huge steam room, sauna and a refreshing heated swimming pool over looking the mountains.  What truly set this stay apart was the hotel’s client ambassador Ms Alissa, a genuinely attentive professional who acted like a personal concierge throughout my stay who provides proactive updates on local tourist conditions and attend to my needs be it arranging for high tea and booking of spa services.  Each day, I received timely briefings on weather patterns and conditions at nearby tourist spots. This insightful information helped me plan my outings with confidence. Last but not least, the GM, Steven Tan was so warm, ensuring the guest are comfortable during breakfast time. He is from Singapore by the way and had been running the resort for 8 years. Great job Steven!! My overall experience (Excellent) The hotel’s ambiance was welcoming and polished striking the ideal balance between luxury and comfort. The facilities made it easy to unwind, stay active, and explore the tourist place with confidence. The client ambassador’s attentive, almost personal-concierge approach elevated the stay from excellent to unforgettable. I left with wonderful memories and a strong sense of having experienced truly thoughtful hospitality and will surely come back again later this year to explore places that I have did not visit.

Das Hotel ist sauber und schön, erstaunliche Aussicht und Preis-Qualität ist schön, das Hotel ist ein bisschen ausgezogen, es ist jedoch sauber und die Familie, die das Hotel laufen ist sehr nett und freundlich, sie bieten einen willkommenen Getränk und sogar gab mir einen Snack, als ich verließ. Ich liebe die Lage.Sie bieten Ihnen auch Orientierungsberatung und können Ihnen sogar helfen, Touren zu buchen.

Der Kundenservice ist ausgezeichnet und das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend. Der Eigentümer hat uns sogar kostenlos ein Upgrade für unser Zimmer gegeben. Sie haben dafür gesorgt, dass wir eine tolle Zeit in Sapa hatten. Ich kann dieses Hotel nur wärmstens empfehlen. 👍👍👍👍👍

Der Bungalow war so kalt, dass es schwierig war. Eine Klimaanlage gab es nicht, dafür aber eine kleine Heizung, die allerdings so laut war, dass ich sie nachts nicht einschalten konnte. Schade war auch die beengte Platzverhältnisse. Ich konnte im Hotel keine Cup-Ramen essen, also musste ich ins Restaurant gehen, um sie zu essen. Weitere Vorteile sind der schöne Blick auf den Hof, die Ruhe und das leckere Essen.

Das Hotel ist zwar alt, aber gut gepflegt. Der Service ist gut und das Frühstücksbuffet ansprechend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, konnten aber aufgrund des Nebels keine Aussicht genießen. Vor dem Frühstückssaal befindet sich eine Aussichtsplattform, von der aus man bei gutem Wetter einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge hat.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war absolut perfekt – ein echtes 10/10-Erlebnis von Anfang bis Ende. Das Highlight unseres Aufenthalts war der außergewöhnliche Service, insbesondere von Miss Mai Anh. Sie hat sich weit über das normale Maß hinaus engagiert, um sicherzustellen, dass für uns alles reibungslos und angenehm verlief. Ihre herzliche Art, Professionalität und Liebe zum Detail haben wirklich einen Unterschied gemacht und unserem Erlebnis eine persönliche Note verliehen. Das Hotel selbst war sauber, gut gepflegt und sehr komfortabel. Jeder Aspekt, vom Check-in bis zum Check-out, wurde nahtlos abgewickelt. Wir fühlten uns während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts willkommen, geschätzt und rundum wohl. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden, der einen angenehmen und stressfreien Aufenthalt sucht. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen!

I would like to express my heartfelt thanks to Sapa Passion Hotel and Spa. They say they aim to provide “a home away from home,” and they truly delivered on that promise. From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful. The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations. On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable. We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

Ich hatte einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt im Joville Hotel in Sapa, und es überstieg wirklich meine Erwartungen. Der Ort selbst ist sauber, komfortabel und bietet einen großen Wert für Geld, aber was wirklich meine Erfahrung unvergesslich machte war das Personal. Sie waren unglaublich freundlich, warm und immer bereit, mit einem echten Lächeln zu helfen. Von dem Moment, als ich ankam, machten sie mich wohlgefällig und gut betreut. Ob es mit den Richtungen, die Organisation des Transports oder einfach die Eincheckung war, um sicherzustellen, dass alles ok war, ihr Niveau der Pflege und Aufmerksamkeit war außergewöhnlich. Es ist selten, einen solchen Unterkunfts- und freundlichen Service zu finden, und es hat definitiv meine Reise zu genießen und stressfrei gemacht. Ich würde dieses Hotel sehr empfehlen, jemand, der Sapa besucht, und ich würde gerne hier wieder bleiben.

Das Resort ist für einen privaten Rückzugsort konzipiert. Toller Service. Direkt vor der Tür und nicht weit von der Stadt entfernt. Ich fühle mich dort wirklich wohl. Ich liebe den Blick auf Fansipan direkt von meinem Bett aus. Der Bademantel ist sehr flauschig und bequem. Bitte bieten Sie ihn mir für meinen nächsten Aufenthalt an. Alles im Zimmer funktioniert einwandfrei, außer der Badewanne, die beim Abfließen das gesamte Badezimmer überschwemmt. Sie trocknete allerdings ziemlich schnell. Das Zimmer ist größtenteils ruhig und friedlich, abseits vom Verkehrslärm. Achten Sie jedoch auf die Schalldämmung im Zimmer, da Karaoke hier eine wichtige Rolle spielt!
