Wir kamen früh an und teilten dem Hotel etwa 10 Tage vorher mit, dass wir um 4 Uhr morgens ankommen würden.
Ich rief die Rezeption an, die mich aufforderte, etwa 50 m zu Fuß zu gehen, mir aber nicht klar war, in welche Richtung es gehen soll. Nach 30 Minuten schickte er einen Buggy, um uns abzuholen.
Ein häufiges Thema ist, dass manche Mitarbeiter nicht kommunizieren, wenn sie etwas nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können. Sie nicken nur und es ist wirklich schwer zu erkennen, ob sie etwas tun werden oder nicht. Lassen Sie mich einfach wissen, dass Sie es nicht wissen oder nicht helfen können – auch auf Vietnamesisch! Zumindest kann ich es selbst übersetzen.
Nach drei Stunden Wartezeit in der eiskalten Lobby erklärte Lala den Vorgang und gab uns Klarheit über die nächsten Schritte. Sie war so freundlich, ein Upgrade vorzunehmen, da ich Geburtstag hatte und langsame Saison war, was ich sehr schätzte.
Lala ist ein Juwel – sie kam vorbei und danach verlief alles wirklich reibungslos. Sie war fröhlich und klar in ihrer Kommunikation. Sie gab nützliche Empfehlungen und machte deutlich, was sie tun konnte und was nicht. Sie war wirklich großartig und wir haben ihre Hilfe sehr geschätzt.
Alles in allem ein gutes, sauberes Hotel – etwas weit von der Stadt entfernt, aber das ist gut so.
Die Einrichtungen sind gut und reichlich vorhanden – Sie müssen wahrscheinlich nicht einmal in die Stadt fahren.
Der Umgang mit den meisten Mitarbeitern, bis auf eine Handvoll, ist recht schwierig, da sie sich weigern, schlechte Nachrichten zu überbringen oder zu sagen, dass sie etwas nicht wissen.

is, but I was really surprise with our room that has a really good mountain view and very clean. The staff are very accommodating from the moment we arrived they have been really taking care of us and ever provided us free water and snacks before going to our tours. I will come back to Sapa soon with my family and will definitely be staying with Tiger Sapa Hotel again!!!

SSiong ChienDas Hotel ist zwar alt, aber gut gepflegt. Der Service ist gut und das Frühstücksbuffet ansprechend. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Bergblick gebucht, konnten aber aufgrund des Nebels keine Aussicht genießen. Vor dem Frühstückssaal befindet sich eine Aussichtsplattform, von der aus man bei gutem Wetter einen wunderschönen Blick auf die Berge hat.

From the moment we arrived in Sapa early in the morning, the staff kindly allowed us to check in early. After an overnight sleeper train, being able to rest a little before exploring Sapa was such a blessing. As soon as we entered the room, we were amazed by its spaciousness and cleanliness, and the clear view of the lake from our window was simply beautiful.
The receptionist also suggested several local activities for us, and although we couldn’t join due to the weather, we truly appreciated her thoughtful recommendations.
On our departure day, we took a night bus out of Sapa, and the hotel generously let us use their bathroom to freshen up before our journey. It made our departure so much more comfortable.
We felt genuinely cared for during our entire stay, and I sincerely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa.

GGastnutzerFirst of all, if you want a hot shower, you need to let the water run for about 10–15 minutes before it gets hot.
I stayed in the panorama view room and the view is absolutely beautiful. The location is great just a 2–3 minute walk to the center of Sa Pa, but still in a quiet area.
The room was fine. The bed is very comfortable, although the space to walk around is a little small. The room also feels a bit outdated with an older design, and the TV is not a smart TV. For me that was totally fine since I don’t really watch TV anyway.
The bathroom was a little bit dirty (I noticed some hair from a previous guest), but nothing that would ruin your stay.
Breakfast is okay, mostly Asian-style options, but still good. The staff are very nice and helpful. Overall, a pleasant stay with a beautiful view and a great location.

RRaurenAll I can say is that this hotel is one of the best! It’s very affordable, but they still offer a great breakfast buffet with both Vietnamese and American options. You can even choose how you want your scrambled eggs cooked, which is a nice touch.✨
The staff are very friendly, and they clean your room every day, change the towels, and refill the tissues. The standard room doesn’t have air conditioning has electric fan, but honestly, Sa Pa is very cold, so you don’t really need it, maybe just air conditioning heater. The bed already has a heater, which keeps you warm and comfortable but still cold asf hahaha but again Sapa if very cold tbh!!!
This hotel definitely deserves great feedback. I’m from the Philippines, and I really enjoyed staying here. You can even see the train from the hotel, and they also have pools. Plus, it’s only a 5-minute walk to Vietrekking Coffee Shop and you can walk going to Sun Plaza too!😍

GGastnutzerIch hätte nie gedacht, dass ein kurzer Trip von zwei Tagen und einer Nacht einen so tiefen Eindruck hinterlassen würde. Ich besuchte das Cat Cat Hills Resort, um dem Alltagstrubel zu entfliehen, und es bot mir einen warmen und erholsamen Rückzugsort, der meine Erwartungen übertraf.
Eine Tasse Kräutertee zur Begrüßung bei der Ankunft im Resort war der Beginn einer sanften Entspannung für Körper und Geist. Die Luft war klar, die Umgebung ruhig und der weite Ausblick atemberaubend schön. Am meisten beeindruckte mich beim Einchecken die aufmerksame und herzliche Gastfreundschaft des Resortmanagers Louis Tín.
Manager Louis erklärte mir persönlich jeden Aspekt des Resorts und kümmerte sich proaktiv um meine Bedürfnisse, noch bevor ich sie überhaupt bemerkte. Anstatt übertrieben förmlich oder aufdringlich zu sein, empfing er mich auf eine ruhige und herzliche Art. Dank ihm konnte ich einen rundum angenehmen Aufenthalt genießen.
Mein Zimmer war ein Bungalow mit Bergblick, und ich saß auf dem Balkon und beobachtete die vorbeiziehenden Wolken.
