the hotel was lovely, room nicely appointed. Lobby offerings for coffee and snacks were very nice. Nikki in particular was friendly, informative, and helpful. I wanted to book a massage at the spa, and was told by the spa, they are not part of the hotel and require 48 hrs notice, as therapists are on call. So 1/2 the reason I stayed there was for that, which is not advertised that way. at about 3:45 am I was awaken by someone trying to get in my room. Figuring it was a mistake, I yelled out wrong room. about 30 sec later, they tried again with more vigor. I called the front desk, and colin said he'd go check it out. he called me a few min later said he saw no one. while on the phone with him a stronger attempt was made by ”no-one”. I let out a scream, and told him he needed to help me. I said I was packing my stuff up and wanted an escort out of my room. he came up about 5-10 min later and I went to there lobby, about 5:00 am. Where I waited until about 8:30 am until it was light out and could go somewhere. Safety there is an issue. staff does not know how to handle such an event. Police should have been called after 2nd attempt. ”this has never happened before” is not the proper response. My trip was ruined, and a good hotel went bad in a hurry.

Casa Cody was truly one of the most charming and memorable hotels I've ever stayed at. If you're looking for a peaceful boutique hotel with character, this is the perfect place. From the moment we walked through the gates, it felt like a hidden oasis in the middle of Palm Springs. The beautifully landscaped gardens, mature palm trees, colorful flowers, and stunning mountain views created such a relaxing atmosphere. It's hard to believe you're just a few minutes' walk from downtown because the property feels so private and quiet. Our room was spotless, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comfort. Every detail—from the comfortable bed and luxurious linens to the high-quality bath amenities—made the stay feel special. The room had so much personality, unlike the typical chain hotel experience. The staff were incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive throughout our stay. They made us feel at home from check-in to check-out and were always happy to help with recommendations or anything we needed. One of my favorite parts of the stay was enjoying the complimentary breakfast by the pool each morning. Sitting outside with fresh pastries, fruit, coffee, and the peaceful desert surroundings was the perfect way to start the day. The pools were beautiful, quiet, and never felt crowded, making it easy to completely relax. The location is unbeatable. Downtown Palm Springs, restaurants, coffee shops, boutiques, and local attractions are all within easy walking distance, yet the hotel remains wonderfully calm and secluded. We barely needed to use our car during our stay. Casa Cody has a unique charm that larger luxury resorts simply can't replicate. The combination of rich history, beautiful grounds, exceptional hospitality, and peaceful atmosphere made this one of my favorite hotel experiences. I left feeling completely refreshed and already looking forward to returning. If you're visiting Palm Springs and want a boutique hotel that feels authentic, romantic, and relaxing, I can't recommend Casa Cody highly enough.

Rancho Mirage ist in einer guten Lage, um zum Joshua Tree National Park zu gehen. Die Umgebung ist sehr schön, der Schwimmbad ist klein, aber die Landschaft ist sehr gut Das Frühstück war auch ok und das Zimmer war geräumig.

Die Lage ist fantastisch. Es gibt viele gute Restaurants, Bars, Geschäfte in der Walk-Ferne und Spaziergang ist einfach, da die Stadt Palm Springs im Grunde flat ist! Ich parkierte im Hotellot und ging überall, wo ich gehen wollte. Das Hotel hat kein Restaurant oder Bar, aber ich wusste das, als ich buchte, so kein Problem. Sie haben ein kleines Cantina-Typ-Zimmer, wo Sie Snacks, einige Sandwiches, Getränke, Kaffee, etc. und Eismaschinen überall kaufen können. Der Service war sehr gut, alle Mitarbeiter, wo hilfreich und freundlich. Mein Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut mit einem großen Badezimmer. Die Lage war auch gut, im Erdgeschoss nahe dem Pool mit Blick auf einen Parkplatz. Der Pool war groß und besetzt (Ich kam am Samstagnachmittag) und jeder scheinte sich zu vergnügen. Ich nahm am nächsten Morgen einen Tauchzug nach der Wartung abgeschlossen und war der einzige dort, es war großartig! Ich werde sicherlich wieder im Palm Mountain Resort bleiben.

Unser erstes Aufenthalt in der Stadt Palm Springs und wir liebten es! Das Hotel war wunderschön (wie die Fotos!) Wanderweite zum Hauptstreifen mit vielen Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Wochentags-Gadefest/Markt und sogar ein Grocery-Outlet über die Straße, wo wir auf einigen warten konnten, bis zum Hauptstreifen. Niedrigpreis Snacks/Drink. Wenn wir im Personal checken sahen, dass wir 6 Nächte verblieben, so dass wir ein ruhiges Zimmer hatten, entfernt von der Straße - das war gedacht und geschätzt. Das Frühstücksbuffet war wunderschön. Der Pool und die Poolbar mit Happy Hour haben uns das Gefühl, wie wir in Mexiko waren. Wie Sie sagen können, meine Verlobte und ich lieben unseren Aufenthalt und werden sicherlich wieder sein!

Alles ist gut, aber wenn wir Frühstücksbuffet dachte ich, es nur $16 pro Pax es in Ihren Apps, aber wir haben es $30 pro Person getan, so 2 Person ist $60 zu viel für ein Frühstück, da ich nicht wirklich viel essen ...

The resort is very family friendly and in a good location with places to eat around. We did have an issue with the mini fridge not working but they were quick to resolve the issue. Their hospitality was a 10/10. I would definitely come back again

Die Hotelzimmer hier sind unglaublich! Mein Aufenthalt hier war so entspannend und komfortabel. Sie müssen ein Auto nehmen, um den größten Teil des Nachtlebens zu erreichen. Leider habe ich keine guten Erfahrungen mit dem Personal gemacht, sie waren ungeduldig und als wir eincheckten, war die Dame an der Rezeption geradezu unhöflich. Was wirklich schade ist, denn die Einrichtung des Hotels macht es wirklich schwierig, Ihr Zimmer ohne die Hilfe eines Mitarbeiters zu finden. Ich weiß, dass es schwierig sein kann, den ganzen Tag mit Menschen zu arbeiten und würde ihnen gerne noch eine Chance geben, weil alles andere so schön war.

Perfekte Umgebung, tolles Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Gut ausgestattete Einrichtungen sorgen bei einem Kurztrip für unvergessliche Erinnerungen. Die bunte Mischung macht glücklich und die Tierfreundlichkeit berührt mich sehr. Wenn Sie das nächste Mal nach Palm Springs kommen, werden Sie auf jeden Fall hierher kommen.

One of the nicest hotels I’ve stayed at and I’ve stayed at a lot. Gave unlimited free water called the concierge to get an extra towel and water came within 10 mins. Very friendly staff. Another love is the amount of food options were extensive we didn’t have to leave to find variety and food was good. I do have two complaints tho first can’t be helped but the place is huge, easy to get turned around in the casino and to get the parking from the resort tower is like a 0.5 mile walk which was so draining when having to grab things from the car have to walk throughout the casino to get to the garages. Second complaint is The Cove hours picked the resort for the swim up pool but it closes at 5pm which is very early for a place with a bar.
