Nice staff very welcoming. Good vintage music by pool and jacuzzi with comfortable lounge chairs. It is an older building in a great downtown location. They serve a small breakfast in a charming breakfast room.

Wonderful historic property. Great poolside sunbathing and massage facilities, The breakfast was a bit skimpy - a bag taken to the room - but it worked!

Charming friendly hotel in great location in downtown Palm Springs.
I did hear the room's A/C jump on at 2am then again maybe 4am but I went right back to sleep. I enjoyed the clean pool and hot tub with classic music playing ( Dean Martin, Nat King Cole etc). Easy parking lot.

Lovely relaxing place to stay, so close to main-drag of downtown. This is probably about the 5th time I’ve stayed here, my favorite place in downtown area.

This property is small and tucked away right off of the main drag in Palm Springs. The staff is courteous and helpful; available 24/7. The parking on site is included in the $37 dollar resort fee (all of the properties in the area seem to have some sort of 'resort' fee). Both the pool and jacuzzi are heated this time of year- big plus!

Andreas is a beautiful property with a lot of history. Rooms are comfortable and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable. The staff are very nice and very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay and will be back.
