"Der Service war wirklich das beste Ding des Hotels, sehr hilfreich, viel mehr als viele 4-5 Sterne. Dies ist das erste Mal, dass ich tatsächlich in einem Hotel gedrückt habe. Das Hotel selbst ist ein ziemlich alt und die Bilder von trip.com sind ziemlich betrügend (mehr als das durchschnittliche Betrügereienniveau im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels). Glücklicherweise, obwohl das gesamte Zimmer ziemlich alt ist, hat das Badezimmer ein sehr akzeptables Niveau der Reinigkeit."

"ディズニーから徒歩10分かからないぐらいで便利でした。 部屋も清潔感があり困ることはなかったです。 コーヒーメーカー、電子レンジ、ドライヤーはありました。 シャンプー、トリートメントは備え付けがありましたがボディーソープはなかったです。（トリートメントが2つあったのでミス？の可能性もあり） 固形石鹸があったので手洗いと兼用なのかもしれません。 シャワーは固定。夜中と朝でお湯の温度が違います。 夜中に入るとMAXまで温度を上げてもぬるいです。 フロントの方も親切でわからない英語があると翻訳を使って説明してくれました。 朝8:00頃に到着しましたがチェックインしてもらえました。"

"El hotel está bien situado para ir a Disney, con paradas de autobús, buenos servicios alrededor y el hotel recién reformado muy limpio,,, solo tiene un problema, el tema de insonorización está muy mal, si te toca una habitación de la planta baja vas a oír todas las pisadas y la TV de los vecinos de al lado, pero si solo vas a dormir como yo cuando hemos venido de Disney, no vas a tener problemas ya que llegas reventado. El desayuno ligero y la cafetera deberían de poner alguna más profesional y no la de cápsulas,, pero el precio del hotel es insuperable,,, calidad precio no vas a encontrar nada mejor por la zona."

"Die Zimmer sind riesig, besonders für einen Einzelreisenden. Lage ist fantastisch, wenn Sie Disney besuchen. Umgeben ist auch gut. Wenn Sie jedoch mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln kommen ARTIC kommen Sie ziemlich weit zu gehen. Leider war es vor meiner Ein- und Auscheckung beide stark regnen."

"Nachdem Sie mit dem Bus von Los Angeles nach Anaheim gefahren sind, sind es vom Disneyland-Bahnhof aus etwa 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Die Straße war voller Menschen, die von Disney zurückkehrten, was eine fröhliche Atmosphäre schaffte. Das Hotel ist sauber und man bekommt zwei 500-ml-Flaschen Wasser. Wir waren für 2 Nächte und 3 Tage hier und bekamen zusätzliches Wasser, wenn wir darum baten. Der Pool war sehr sauber und das angeschlossene Café war köstlich! Während meines Aufenthalts besuchte ich den Disney Adventure Park und das Angel Stadium! Das Stadion ist 40 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also habe ich einen Bus genommen. Der Bus auf dem Rückweg wird sehr voll sein. Am letzten Tag sollte ich um 5 Uhr morgens abreisen, und als ich mich an der Rezeption erkundigte, sagten sie mir, ich solle um 4 Uhr morgens auschecken und eine Stunde in der Lobby verbringen. Die Lobby war groß und sauber, es gab also kein Problem. Uber holte mich um 17 Uhr sicher ab und wir kamen in etwa 40 Minuten am LAX an."

"Location is very close to Disneyland which is perfect, about 7-10 minute walk. It is hard to see the actual hotel because of the surrounding tall buildings but the small entrance is right next to Coffee Bean and Tea Leaf. We are a family of 6 with 16,7,8 and 3 year old kids. We were given a corner room, 2 queen bed suite. Room location is not ideal, we have a view of the hotel’s HVAC system. I think the suite is quite small but it does not matter to us since we didn’t book to stay at the hotel but to spend in Disneyland. I have one complaint about the room: the charging station (one) by the night stand was not working, as well as the reading light on one of the beds. This is personally important to me as I need to charge my phone at the end of the day and I need it close to my bed for easy access. The bathroom is clean. Spacious stand in shower. Great water pressure and temperature. Spacious bathroom vanity with large LED mirror. Towels are enough. Toiletries are complete. Room kitchen is complete with a spacious fridge. Room sofa is ok, not the most comfortable but it is not a deal breaker for me. The sofa can turn into a bed but we didn’t use it. One large tv in the living area and one large tv in the bedroom. I think the closet size is decent, has limited number of hangers. Hotel lobby and dining area is clean and well maintained. Staff is friendly, courteous and professional. Free buffet breakfast when I booked, it was good- depending on the day, they offered scrambled eggs, sausage, Canadian bacon, tater tots, fried potatoes, grapes and honeydew, different flavored yogurt, make-your-own-Mickey-waffles, bagels. They have all the condiments and all kinds of drinks. You can order food from your room from outside places (room service) but the choices are limited and of course more expensive; we used DoorDash instead as the price is about the same, if not, cheaper and the choices are endless and it was delivered right to our room anyway. Check in and check out process is quick and smooth. I’d say our stay was comfortable and enjoyable for the most part!"

"Das Hotelzimmer ist sehr groß und es gibt auch große Tische, die zu bedienen sind, ziemlich bequem. Die Toilette ist sauber und die Dinge sind komplett. Die Lage des Hotels ist gut, es gibt vieles, was umgeben ist, und es geht in etwa 10 Minuten. Ich fand später, dass es vieles zu essen neben dem Hotel gibt, und ich habe immer gefahren, um zu suchen ... Gutes Hotel."

"This place was great! The room was clean and spacious. We did book the suite room with the bunk bed (the kids loved it!) the room had so much space for all 8 of us. Free breakfast, free ride to Disneyland, free parking and at the best price. Will definitly come back!  It’s not too far walk to Disneyland either."

"Das Hotel liegt ideal in der Nähe von Disneyland! Nur 10 Gehminuten vom Hotel entfernt, durch die Disney-Stadt, und schon ist man im Disneyland! Ein wirklich gutes Hotel in der Nähe von Disney! Das Pixar Hotel ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Ein super Angebot! Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig, und man kann sich auch etwas zum Mitnehmen bestellen, besonders wenn man pünktlich zum Parkeinlass da sein möchte! Das Zimmer war groß und dennoch gemütlich – perfekt für eine erholsame Nacht nach einem anstrengenden Tag! Buchen Sie frühzeitig, um Enttäuschungen zu vermeiden!"
