Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Oldtown und ist schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und das Personal ist sehr professionell. Das einzige, was ist, ist die Zimmer sind groß, aber schrecklich gestaltet- Sie müssen zum Sofa gehen, um das TV zu sehen und das Gesamt-Layout des Zimmers ist kein konventionelles Hotel. Das Hotel hat außerdem einen alten Boutique-Charm.

Wie immer Standard Hilton, nur die Küche am Abend war nicht gut! Ich habe Chicken Wing's bestellt und waren zu trocken und wirklich nicht schmerzhaft! OK da ich reklamiert habe, musste ich das Essen nicht bezahlen, was eigentlich selbstverständlich ist! Ich hatte vom oberen Stock eine tolle Aussicht!

A perfect place for someone flying out of the Chopin Airport - it is right across the street from the Departures. Good selection of yummy food for breakfast. They start serving it at 5 am, so even if you depart early in the morning, you should still be able to grab a bite. Unfortunately, we had to report the broken phone that kept buzzing and ringing - the staff member was very helpful and because he couldn’t fix it on the spot, he offered to either change the room or take it out of the room. We decided to stay in the same room. We should’ve taken the offer to change the room… Later, in the middle of the night, we found out that the bathroom equipment was not in a good state: the small enlarging mirror couldn’t be set to the level I wanted (the screw was too lose to hold its weight) and the shower holder was also broken (impossible to take a shower without holding the shower head in your hand the whole time :( ). Of course we were already too tired to report it. Overall, a very good hotel, but the room inspections should be more thorough to catch the small details that would make travellers’ experience even better.

A very elegant hotel in a central, prestigious location. That’s why it is very expensive - other Warsaw hotels offer a better value for money ratio. The room was quite small but comfortable. The breakfast was tasty and with good variety - I recommend potato pancakes with mushrooms. The swimming pool quite small, good steam room and Sauna. The reclined chairs in the sauna resting area could be more comfortable.

Очень рекомендую данный отель. Прекрасный сервис, очень чисто и уютно, номера хорошие и просторные, видно что отель новый. Единственное что - СПА работает до 21:00, если бы работал до 22.00 было бы идеально, так как не всегда успевали попасть. В остальном - отличное место чтобы остановится в Варшаве.

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

Die Erfahrung ist ziemlich gut. Sobald Sie die Lobby betreten, werden Sie spüren, dass sie geräumig und hell ist. Der Dekorationsstil ist einfach und elegant, wodurch sich die Leute wohl fühlen. Beim Einchecken war das Personal sehr freundlich, beantwortete alle meine Fragen und war sehr schnell. Das Zimmer ist sauber und ordentlich, das Bett ist weich und bequem und die Bettwäsche ist geruchslos, sodass die Leute ruhig schlafen können. Auch die Badezimmerausstattung ist sehr vollständig und verfügt über eine stabile Warmwasserversorgung, was das Baden äußerst komfortabel macht. Die Lage des Hotels ist nicht schlecht, es ist praktisch zum Essen und Einkaufen. Obwohl es nichts besonders Erstaunliches gibt, ist es im Allgemeinen akzeptabel und der Aufenthalt ist recht komfortabel. Ich werde in Betracht ziehen, hier zu übernachten, wenn ich das nächste Mal hierher komme.

Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Chopin-Flughafens. Man kann einfach ein Taxi nehmen, die Fahrt dorthin kostet 6 £. Gut zum Ausruhen auf dem Transitflug, da das Restaurant bis 23 Uhr Essen serviert. Das Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, mit frisch gepresstem Karottensaft usw. Sehr komfortabel und schön eingerichtet. Die Einrichtungen sind familienfreundlich, mit einem Kinderbereich und einer Xbox. Mein Sohn spielt zwar gerne, aber nach einer Stunde ist Schluss, weil ihm die Spiele keinen Spaß machen ... Haha ... Aber mein Mann und ich können gemütlich frühstücken. Frühstück im Paket buchen ist günstiger ... Der kostenlose Flughafentransfer ist für Buchungen zwischen 6 und 10 Uhr kostenlos. Mein Nachmittagsflug profitiert nicht davon. Es ist gut, in die Altstadt zu fahren, aber mein Jetlag hat mich davon abgehalten. Sonntags habe ich es nur mit Uber zu einem Supermarkt (Carrefour) geschafft, da nicht viele Supermärkte geöffnet haben ... Das Zimmer ist sehr komfortabel ... Die Toilette hat keine Handwaschgelegenheit, aber die separaten Duschräume haben eine ... Ein Wechsel wäre praktisch. Es ist ein gutes Hotel für einen Transitflug mit allem, was man braucht, direkt im Gebäude ... Besonders für eine Familie.
