Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Oldtown und ist schön. Die Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, sauber und das Personal ist sehr professionell. Das einzige, was ist, ist die Zimmer sind groß, aber schrecklich gestaltet- Sie müssen zum Sofa gehen, um das TV zu sehen und das Gesamt-Layout des Zimmers ist kein konventionelles Hotel. Das Hotel hat außerdem einen alten Boutique-Charm.

Die Lage ist perfekt, da es ganz in der Nähe des Hauptbahnhofs, des Wissenschafts- und Kulturpalastes und eines großen Einkaufszentrums liegt. Das Frühstücksangebot ist gut und der Saal ist geräumig, ideal für ein gemütliches Essen.

Das Hotel war sauber, hell und hatte eine warme, einladende Atmosphäre. Die Zimmer waren geschmackvoll eingerichtet, lichtdurchflutet und das Design wirkte durchweg stimmig. Das WLAN war im gesamten Hotelbereich sehr gut, was ein großer Pluspunkt war. Der Fitnessraum war zwar mit den wichtigsten Geräten ausgestattet, wirkte aber etwas unscheinbar – er befand sich im Untergeschoss und war nicht so stilvoll gestaltet wie der Rest des Hotels. Insgesamt ist es aber gelungen, einen stilvollen und komfortablen Raum zu schaffen.

Hotellet är fantastiskt ✨ läget är perfekt- mitt emot kulturpalatset, gångavstånd till centralstationen och ett stort shoppingcenter. Fantastisk service- en portier följde med oss upp med våra väskor till rummet. Våning 26 fick vi. Så fint på kvällen när det var soluppgång. Spaet som låg högst upp, våning 43 var också mycket bra. Älskade frukosten!! Prosecco om man ville ha det. En kille som tillagade omelett efter önskemål, en som tillagade amerikanska pannkakor med jordgubbar och grädde på och mycket mer! När jag åker till Warszawa igen blir det till detta hotellet garanterat!!

I stay in Warsaw very frequently and have chosen this hotel around 8 times. Before that, I stayed in many other hotels, so I have a solid basis for comparison. Unfortunately, this will probably be my last stay here. Overall, the hotel is good — stylish design, great location, spacious rooms, and reasonable pricing. However, there are too many recurring issues and small frustrations that significantly impact the experience. Main concerns: 1. Reception attitude The staff is polite but not service-oriented. They simply follow procedures without any willingness to help. It often feels like you are a guest in their space rather than a paying customer. Early check-in? No. Late check-out? No. Anything outside strict rules — always no. 2. Operational atmosphere You constantly encounter staff in elevators (housekeeping, logistics, etc.), which breaks the premium hotel feeling. 3. Room issues (repeated over multiple stays) • Bad smell in the room → had to relocate • No stable hot water (7th floor): water constantly switching between hot and cold. Reported twice — nothing was fixed. On the third attempt, I was told “everything is fine,” which clearly wasn’t true. I stayed three days like this. • Another stay: clogged shower drain. Reported twice — never fixed. 4. Housekeeping behavior • Staff enter the room almost immediately after knocking — no time to respond. • Even when I return to the room, they continue cleaning as if I should wait outside. This is unacceptable. 5. Fitness facilities The biggest downside — there is no proper gym. The “fitness room” is extremely poor and not usable for a serious workout. 6. Lobby There is no proper lobby space, which is unusual for a hotel of this level. 7. Maintenance Small things are frequently broken in rooms — toilet brush holders, soap holders, etc. Individually minor, but collectively very noticeable Conclusion: The hotel has strong fundamentals — design, location, room size, and price. But the accumulation of these recurring issues and lack of service mindset makes the overall experience disappointing. I gave this place multiple chances, but I will likely choose a different hotel for future stays.

Hotel facilities are excellent, breakfast is great. But I found the most of the staff are not helpful, specially at the restaurant during breakfast time. Felt descriminated by color. When we went for breakfast no one showed us a table while others are escorted. Folk & knife brought to them while we were asked to go and take it.

Das Zimmer war hell und sauber, mit bequemer Bettwäsche, einem Schreibtisch, einer Lampe und einem Wasserkocher. Kostenloses Trinkwasser stand auf jeder Etage zur Verfügung. Das Badezimmer hatte Heizkörper. Das Hotel war günstig gelegen, die Altstadt war fußläufig erreichbar. Das Frühstück war reichhaltig und preiswert. Einziger Nachteil: Es gab keinen Fitnessraum.

Ein Business-Hotel, ein erstklassiges Restaurant, nahe am Flughafen, gute Anbindung an das Zentrum und den Bahnhof. Standardzimmer, kleines, bequemes Bett. Bitte beachten Sie das Glasbad, d.h. zwischen Zimmer und Bad befindet sich Glas statt einer Wand😁 leckeres Frühstück. Ein Hotel, das eine Rückkehr wert ist👍👍👍👍

Ich war sehr beeindruckt von diesem Hostel. Das Vierbettzimmer war perfekt, und der Vorhang sorgte für viel Privatsphäre. Allerdings fand ich die Anzahl der Toiletten im Verhältnis zur Gästezahl etwas gering. Die Duschräume waren zu klein, und es war schwierig, sich darin abzutrocknen, obwohl ich normal gebaut bin. Die Lage ist hervorragend. Das Personal war freundlich (wenn man erst einmal das Eis gebrochen hat! 😉) und hilfsbereit. Ich würde jederzeit wieder hier übernachten. [Eine Anmerkung: Ich schlief in Bett C, dem unteren Bett, und der Stauraum für mein Bett befand sich direkt unter der Treppe zum oberen Bett D. Der Stauraum für D war unter meinem Kissen! Andersherum wäre es viel logischer! 😉] Vorsicht am Eingang, man kann ihn leicht übersehen.

Wohnung in der Nähe der Station und gleichzeitig des historischen Zentrums. Ein kleiner, aber ideal für zwei oder drei Nächte. Obwohl es in einem sehr viel Verkehr befindlich ist, ist es gut isoliert und der Lärm ist leicht.
