It was my third trip with my gf to this hotel and we loved it every single time. The food is amazing and the staff is incredibly kind, and the cocktails are diversified and delicious The only suggestion I could make to make the experience even better would be a nice espresso/coffee machine experience. Generally speaking, when they make a latte/capuccino or any other type of speciality coffee the foam Is not totally adequate and the milk used is a bit too sweet for Some reason. But this is just my personal preference! :) I would recommend this hotel to everybody that want to enjoy a quiet/romantic time with his/her partner

Hotel hat ihren Fehler von der von mir gebuchten Website behoben. Als wir ankamen, sagten sie uns, dass wir zusätzliche Steuern zahlen müssen und keine BKft enthalten. Aber wir zeigten ihnen die Reiseroute, die wir bezahlt hatten. Hotel ( Guillermo ) löst den Fehler für uns auf Initiative, was ein sehr guter Schachzug ist! Erlauben Sie uns, mehr in der schönen Reise zu genießen. Die Kellner im Restaurant sind super nett und achten auf ihre Gäste, was ein Fünf-Sterne-Service ist, den wir die ganze Zeit erwartet haben. Danke Walter, der uns eine wundervolle Erfahrung gemacht hat. Auch derjenige, der uns heute Morgen geholfen hat, Gepäck nach unten zu bringen, Axel war super detailorientiert im Service und hat unsere Bedürfnisse berücksichtigt! ! Er hat mehr verdient! Danke für diese schönen Exp. Ihre Kollegen haben unsere Reisen einfach und angenehm gemacht!

Großer Aufenthalt bei Riu Playacar Wir genossen unsere Aufenthalte in diesem sauberen, gut organisierten Resort mit geräumigen, ruhigen Zimmern (unser hatte keinen Balkon, aber es war toll). Die Minibar war ein schöner Kontakt, und das Badezimmer war ohne Spott. Höchstwerte: ✔ Lebensmittelsorte – Mehrfache à-la-carte Restaurants (Nicht nötig für Abendessenreservierungen) und Buffets mit guten Mittagessen/Frühstücksoptionen. ✔Strand – Viel Sonnenbäder, aber keine Umberalla, so bringen Sie Ihren Sonnenschirm, obwohl Pools besetzt werden les Sonnenbäder. ✔ Zugriff auf Schwesterhotels – Party-Liebhaber können in der Nähe des Riu Tequila Clubs besuchen. ✔ Bequeme Lage – Mini-Markt über die Straße, und Playa del Carmen (5th Ave) ist nur ein 150-peso Taxi fahren entfernt. ✔ Easy airport transfer – ADO bus (250 pesos/person, 45-min Fahrt + 5-min taxi 150 pesos next to ado tourism station). Kleine Nachteile: ✖ Keine Aufzüge – Hart für Gäste mit Mobilitätsproblemen. ✖ Unterhaltungs-Hiccups – Der Gastgeber hat manchmal vergessen, nach spanischen Ankündigungen zurück ins Englische zu wechseln. Perfekt für: Reisende, die gute Werte, Vielfalt und Nähe zum Nachtleben von Playa wollen.

The customer service was truly amazing — we were even upgraded to a beautiful suite with an oceanfront view, which made a huge difference. The buffet was great with lots of options, and the staff throughout the hotel was consistently friendly and welcoming. However, a few things to note: there are very pushy salespeople around the property who are constantly trying to upsell timeshares and spa packages. It’s understandable, but it did get a little tiring at times. The hotel is directly on the beach, but the beachfront isn’t ideal for swimming since it’s very rocky and shallow. You need to walk about five minutes down to find a spot where you can comfortably swim. The overall vibe of the hotel is a bit outdated and cheesy — definitely a mixed crowd of younger people looking to party and older guests, giving it a bit of a “cruise ship” atmosphere. My husband and I had never done an all-inclusive before, and although we got an amazing deal, it’s probably not something we would repeat at this property. As for dining: • The buffet was solid — lots of choices, decent quality — I’d rate it a 7/10. • The two à la carte restaurants (that required reservations) were subpar, so we honestly preferred the buffet experience. • The sushi swim-up bar was a bit of a letdown; the sushi wasn’t great (but understandable given the location). Our only real disappointment was the hot tub — it was very tiny, difficult to find, far away from everything, and when we finally reached it on our last night, it was lukewarm and not fully functioning. Final thoughts: If you’re looking for a budget-friendly all-inclusive with great staff, decent food, and a nice view — this is a good choice. Just know it’s not super luxurious, and swimming directly in front of the hotel isn’t ideal. It’s located right in the heart of Playa where there are lots of partying going on, if you want that sort of scene. We’re glad we tried it, but we’ll probably explore other options and quieter locations next time.

The property was amazing. You feel like you're in a paradise in the middle of the jungle. The food was great and the service was top notch. Only thing was some people had a bit too much fun at the pool and had accidents that made everyone evacuate the pool for cleaning, but there are other pools and lagoons that you can relax in to make up for it. Make sure you try the fish tacos at the restaurant by the beach and the roof vegan restaurant was also great for breakfast. Also make sure you go to XPLOR.... it's so well made... and we had the most fun there. We regret going to Xelha... you go there in the morning and you're stuck there until 4pm where as XPLOR you can go back an forth freely. We regret not trying the other parks that were a part of the resort.

Pros - das Personal ist alles wunderbar. Das Resort wurde kürzlich renoviert, so dass es in relativ guter Zustand ist.  Cons - das Essen ist nicht groß... Ich würde es mittelmäßige Vergnügen für die Armen nennen. Die Restaurants a la carte waren auch nicht groß und ich würde den Buchungssystem/verrückte rote Band Prozess nennen, um die Restaurants a la carte zu besuchen, aus dem Verlegen, Vergnügen auf verrückt.  Ich werde wahrscheinlich nicht zurück sein aus den oben genannten Gründen, aber ich muss nochmals darauf hinweisen, dass alle Mitarbeiter der Service wirklich wunderschön waren und keine Frage die Höhepunkt der Reise.

We stayed at the Viva Azteca Hotel for 7 days to celebrate our wedding anniversary. When we entered our room, the small gestures made for our anniversary made us very happy. All the staff members are smiling and doing their best to ensure you have a relaxing holiday. The resort has a perfect beach. However, the sea was very wavy and covered with sea plants. The food and evening shows were very good. There are plenty of places to visit around the hotel. It is also within walking distance to the 5th Avenue in the center. As a result, we had a wonderful holiday. Thank you Viva Azteca, you brought color to our lives.

Firstly El Beso is simply 1 building within the larger Ocean Rivera resort. Meaning only your building is Adults Only. Our Swim up room was lovely. We tried almost all if not all of the 10 restaurants and we had no complaints the food was good. Maybe not always amazing but never terrible. There’s like 3/4 different brands or levels of service within the larger resort. El Beso seems to be 1 level from the top which is Privilege we switched for an extra night & the mini bar for privilege was much better as well as having the butler service and priority restaurant bookings when they were all booked. There’s also a special restaurant only for privilege that was great but none of the restaurants were extremely crowded. There’s an app or webpage that works like an app with all of the resort info and you can book reservations there. There’s also lots of entertainment nightly. It’s definitely a place to go and stay there’s no need to venture outside of the resort there’s so many things to do schedules are packed for all of the different areas & a bowling alley and theater. There is not much near by the tourist area is maybe 20 mins away by car down the beach.

Ausgezeichneter Empfang, großes Zimmer, aber es sollte eine Abdeckung haben, um in den ersten Stock zu gelangen. Es ist wirklich schlimm, den Raum bei Regen betreten zu müssen, wenn es regnet. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis, da die Lage großartig ist.

Die Landschaft ist so gut! Die Atmosphäre ist so gut und der Pool ist so gut! Allerdings ist die Antwort zu langsam und es ist zu schwer, per E-Mail zu kommunizieren
