I agree with its higher ranking in terms of the best hotel in Vientiane but to be placed at #1 could be a little overrated, however the service is still tip top and I love the gym room and swimming pool. Location wise, there are so many more located closer to the river and night market that could be a better choice for those who are looking for eateries and local delicacies

The hotel is tailored to Chinese. I checked in the hotel and it was a smoking room. I requested change to non smoking and they said I have to pay extra. The TV channel is all in Chinese. The gym facilities is not good.

Nice hotel, close to the night market. Pool and second restaurant are on the top floor with great views. Staff was great, kind, and helpful. I'd definitely stay there again. I l9ved the way they decorated the place: artistic and tasteful.

I stayed at Settha Palace Hotel during my visit to Vientiane, and overall, it was a decent experience with a mix of positives and areas for improvement. The hotel’s location is definitely one of its biggest strengths. It’s right in the middle of everything, close to the river and within easy reach of the main Songkran celebration areas, which made getting around very convenient. The property itself has a charming Lao-French colonial style. While it is an older hotel, it has been maintained reasonably well and retains a certain classic character. The staff were excellent, professional, friendly, and always willing to assist, which added positively to the stay. However, the room was somewhat disappointing. While the minibar was well stocked, basic amenities were missing, not even essentials like a toothbrush or shampoo were provided, which was surprising for a hotel of this category. There were also some maintenance issues: the bathroom had leaking pipes, and the air conditioning wasn’t working initially, though to their credit, they promptly sent a technician to fix it. The pool area is visually quite pleasant, surrounded by greenery, giving it a relaxing vibe. That said, there were quite a few frogs around the pool, which became a bit irritating. While I personally didn’t mind, some other guests, especially European travelers, were clearly uncomfortable. Overall, it’s a good property with great location and strong potential, but it could significantly improve with better room maintenance and attention to guest amenities.

Professional staff Cleaning service is performed late so you don’t have inconvenience early in the morning (very good cleaning service ; spotless ) There is a free transfer to the airport and you may enjoy a late checkout if needed It was very peaceful at the swimming pool The location in the old town is perfect to visit during the day or at night I highly recommend this hotel

Ich hatte eine tolle Erfahrung hier die Unterkunft ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war spotless, und das Bett war super komfortabel. Das Front Desk Personal ging aus ihrem Weg, mir zu helfen, indem ich einige Dokumente drucken, die ich wirklich geschätzt hatte. Wäre sicher wieder auf dem Weg!

Hygiene: Durchschnittlich. Ein Bett hatte das Gefühl, dass es keinen Bettwechselgürtel gab. Ich musste den Kellner bitten, die Bettwäsche zu wechseln. Ausstattung: Relativ alt. Eines Nachts war das heiße Wasser kaputt. Service: Ziemlich gut, reagiert grundsätzlich auf alle Anfragen Umgebung: Es gibt auch einen Swimmingpool und ein Fitnessstudio. Frühstück ist ebenfalls erhältlich.

8.000 Yen, ein toller Wert. Ich habe in vielen verschiedenen Hotels übernachtet, aber zu diesem Preis würde ich wahrscheinlich wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten. Wenn es um Casinos geht, ist es jedoch kein Problem, wenn man Raucher ist. Schwierig für Nichtraucher. Eine schlechte Belüftung macht es unmöglich, sich auf das Spielen zu konzentrieren. Hauptsächlich Automatenroulette, Spielautomaten und Karten.

Im Bad gibt es keine Trennung von Nass und Trocken. Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind zu alt
