VVIVEK MENONSDie Lage ist wenig entfernt von der Stadt.. Sie haben einen frühen Eincheck auf Anfrage ... Parkplatz kann wenig problematisch ... aber die Hotelausstattung war gut und das Personal war kooperativ. Ich empfehle das jedem mit mittlerem Budget und braucht einen anständigen Aufenthalt.

GGastnutzerThe rooms are good no doubt. But the service is very poor. In the evening we went to their garden restaurant for dinner and all stewards are standing at the corner and chit chatting. No one bothers about the customer. When we order something they give another thing and they argue rudely with us. Morning breakfast complimentary. They just give one item and then after 30min they just pop up and ask for another thing. Like this they want to control the cost. Not worth the money we spent there

Empfangsservice ist nicht zufriedenstellend. Unbehaglicher Kundenservice beim Auschecken auf 8/11/25 um 9 Uhr. Ich stand in der Warteschlange, aber das Personal ( kann nicht wirklich seinen Namen denken, es ist Sairik ) hat mich einfach ignoriert und an einem anderen Gast teilgenommen, der später kam.

Overall my experience is decent, my family and friends enjoyed lot. Staff: staff is really helpful, providing necessary information and they also try to understand your concern and resolve. Only issue i faced was room got locked once since recharge expired next day, i called them over telephone, and they came, took card and made it work again.
