Wellnesshotels in Santorini

Staying at this hotel was part of our trip to Greece, my gift to my wife on our wedding anniversary - 3 days in Athens, then 3 days in Santorini. Next time I would cancel any stay at Athens and spend more time here, at this wonderful island of peace and beauty. The hotel is located in the village of Imerovigli, sitting in between of Oia and the island capital, Fira, both within walking distance (hiking routes) or via shuttle bus (Eur 2 per person). The hotel is only 20-30 min from airport, the hotel admins were very helpful in obtaining visas for us, contacting us before our trip and offering a private airport shuttle at the same price as you could contract from airport (euro 70 round). Views from hotel are just spectacular, you see the same beauty of white houses camped vertically, on top of each other on black rocks, famous Santorini caldera. From hotel you get perfect sunset views, sitting at the restaurant. We stayed at room delta, a nice cave room with private heating pool with whirlpool (jacoozi). No complaints on amenities, everything was just wonderful and perfect. Breakfast is served with what would you select a day before from a nice menu. We also had over dinner at the restaurant, which was great. Nearby you can find also great restaurants, for steak or fish or anything else. We booked on the last week before the closure of the hotel at the end of season, October. Evenings and morning were a bit chilly, but days were just great, exact temperature, not hot , not cold. Only once briefly there was a rain for about 30 min or so while we were walking at Oia. So October is great, less crowdy, you can take sunset photos without elbowing other people. Definitely will book it for our next trip to this fabulous island of Santorini (perhaps together with some other island, Mykonos for instance).

Kima ist ein außergewöhnlich warmer, heimischer und willkommener Ort, um in Santorini zu bleiben. Es befindet sich in einem schönen Bereich von Oia, der sowohl bequem als auch friedlich ist. Als wir die Suite vom Flughafen nahe kamen, wartete Aris, ein sehr freundlicher Gentleman, bereits auf uns, nachdem wir aus dem Auto gefallen und freundlich hielten, unsere schweren Gepäckstücke die Treppen nach der Suite zu tragen. Das Empfangspersonal Xeno war unglaublich freundlich und gab detaillierte Informationen über die Suite, zusammen mit einer hilfreichen Einführung auf die Karte für die Exploration von Oia. Die Suite war sehr sauber und in einem gemütlichen, griechischen Stil eingerichtet. Die Sofa-Bereich, das Schlafzimmer und das Badezimmer waren alle gemütlich arrangiert und bequem zu benutzen. Aris servierte uns auch Frühstück direkt außerhalb unserer Suite, so dass wir uns bei unserem Pool mit Soft-Musik, die eine wunderbare Erfahrung war, zu genießen. Die Poolblicke und die klassische Oia-Szene waren während des Tages und in der Nacht absolut erstaunlich von der Suite. Der Hausbetreuungsdienst war aufmerksam und freundlich, so dass unser Aufenthalt noch komfortabler. Xeno war auch sehr hilfreich bei der Organisation verschiedener Dienstleistungen für die Erforschung von Santorini, wann immer wir es brauchten. Er half uns, ein bequemes Privatwagen zum Flughafen zu buchen, als wir verließen, und Aris war wieder da, um uns mit unseren Gepäck zu helfen. Insgesamt hatten wir einen wirklich wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Kima, die schöne Erinnerungen von Santorini erschaffen. Ich empfehle Kima stark an Reisende, die einen komfortablen und entspannten Urlaub suchen!

We’ve just returned from a truly perfect 9-night stay at Katikies Santorini and already wish we were back. From start to finish, everything was faultless. Sofia and the entire team were absolutely brilliant – genuinely warm, attentive without ever being overbearing, and always going the extra mile to make our stay special. The hotel itself is immaculate, beautifully kept, and the views are simply incredible – one of those places that really does live up to the photos (if not exceed them). Waking up to that caldera view each morning never got old. Breakfast was absolutely amazing - one the best! We also found that most guests tend to stay just a night or two and move on quite quickly. Having spent nine nights here, I’d honestly recommend staying at least a week, if not longer, to properly take it all in. It’s one of those places that isn’t meant to be rushed – the pace, the views, the atmosphere all deserve a bit more time. Being among the few guests staying longer really allowed us to appreciate it fully, and it made the whole experience feel that much more special. It’s rare to find somewhere that gets every detail right, but Katikies really does. We felt completely looked after throughout and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it. A very special place – we’ll definitely be returning.

Einer der besten Hotels, die ich jemals gehabt habe! Die Unterkunft ist atemberaubend und der Service ist aufmerksam und freundlich, von der Rezeption bis zum Abendessen.  Es ist cool und ein kleines (Luxus) Hotel, wo Sie sich ohne Chaos entspannen können! Es gibt keine Sonnenunterkünfte aus den Häusern,  Nur ein kleiner Plus wäre gewesen, wenn das Hotel einen Stundenschiff zwischen Fira und Oia (das Hotel ist zwischen) liefert, da der Bus nur eine Weg reist, was bedeutet, dass Sie zunächst nach Oia gehen müssen, dann nach Fira, und dann ein anderer Bus, um das Hotel von Fira zu erreichen . (4Euro als zwei Busse oder 20Euro pro Fahrt). Der Service war von der Rezeption bis zum Essen außergewöhnlich, spezielle kudos für unsere Rezeptionistin, deren Name mit F... und Eleni am Mittagessen begann. Das komplimentäre Frühstück ist ausgezeichnet, obwohl begrenzte Tische über das Meer mit Schatten, der Service und das Essen machen es aus!  Wir wurden in eine Suite upgradiert und erhielten eine Flasche Rose und Wasser bei der Kontrolle in und, Schokolade und mehr Wasser bei der Rückverfolgung Service.

Ich habe die Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites weniger als 24 Stunden vor dem Check-in gebucht, und von dem Moment meiner Ankunft an war die Gastfreundschaft außergewöhnlich. Jedes einzelne Mitglied des Personals, von den Managern bis zum Team, hat sich außerordentlich bemüht, meinen Aufenthalt unvergesslich zu machen. Da ich meinen 30. Geburtstag feierte und alleine reiste, erwähnte ich dies während meines Aufenthalts. Zu meiner Überraschung wurde ich in eine wunderschöne Suite mit privatem Whirlpool mit Blick auf den Pool und die atemberaubende Caldera hochgestuft. Sie begrüßten mich auch mit großen Flaschen Wasser und einer Flasche Weißwein, was eine sehr aufmerksame Geste war. Ich habe am ersten Abend im Hotel zu Abend gegessen, und das Essen war absolut köstlich – frisch, geschmackvoll und perfekt gewürzt. Am nächsten Tag arrangierte das Team sogar eine kostenlose Massage mit hochwertigen Produkten, die unglaublich entspannend war und mir das Gefühl gab, wirklich verwöhnt zu werden. Ich benötigte auch einen späten Check-out, und sie erlaubten mir freundlicherweise, ohne zusätzliche Kosten bis 13:00 Uhr in meinem Zimmer zu bleiben, was ich sehr zu schätzen wusste. Obwohl sich das Hotel nicht in Oia oder Fira befindet, ist es perfekt positioniert mit atemberaubender Aussicht auf beide Orte und bietet einen friedlichen Rückzugsort abseits der Menschenmassen, während es nur eine kurze Autofahrt von den Hauptattraktionen der Insel entfernt ist. Das Frühstück jeden Morgen war herrlich, mit einer großen Auswahl, darunter frisches Obst und Joghurt, und einer wunderschönen Aussicht, um den Tag zu beginnen. Dies war mein erstes Mal auf Santorini, und nicht zuletzt dank der Acroterra Rosa Luxury Suites wird es sicherlich nicht mein letztes Mal sein. Ich kann dieses Hotel nicht genug empfehlen und werde definitiv wiederkommen. Vielen Dank, dass Sie meinen runden Geburtstag so besonders gemacht haben!

Das Hotel liegt nur fünf Gehminuten vom Zentrum von Oia entfernt und bietet eine Oase der Ruhe inmitten des lebhaften Ortes. Von hier aus genießt man einen der schönsten Sonnenuntergänge Santorins, mit einer Barterrasse, von der aus man das Spektakel wunderbar beobachten kann. Jeden Abend tummeln sich vor dem Hotel unzählige Yachten am Meer unterhalb der Klippen, um den Sonnenuntergang zu bewundern. Die Hoteleinrichtungen und der Service waren exzellent – ​​eine rundum zufriedenstellende Wahl!

Overall we had a lovely stay at Ark Santorini. We stayed for 7 nights. Positives: Good size room and housekeeping was excellent throughout — room was always spotless, thank you to the housekeeping team. Negatives which left us disappointed on checkout: We were charged extra for water bottles. We only asked for 1-2 bottles per day whilst by the pool. There was an Evian bottle in the minibar fridge so we assumed the other non-branded bottles were complimentary. I have never stayed in a hotel where water is not provided, especially in this heat. We were also charged extra for Nescafé capsules with no communication that the coffee machine was not complimentary. We were given decaf capsules for breakfast which weren’t always used, so it felt petty to be charged for the ones we did use. The biggest issue was the blocked shower which leaked into the room almost every day. I raised this a couple of times and it was never rectified. We had to place lots of towels on the floor each time we showered to stop water travelling into the main bedroom. Breakfast / food was average. Lovely hotel overall but after 7 nights we wish we had left on a better note.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wonderful, peaceful and relaxing stay This hotel is incredible — spotless, beautifully maintained, full of space, and has such a lovely atmosphere. From the moment we arrived, the welcome drink was a wonderful gesture and gave us a very warm and friendly welcome. The hotel grounds are spacious and beautifully kept, with large swimming pools, restaurants with lovely views, a separate children’s play area, and plenty of space to relax. Everything around the hotel felt neat, clean, fresh and peaceful. The rooms themselves were comfortable, but for us, the best thing about the hotel was the peace, quiet and relaxing atmosphere. Although the hotel is slightly outside the main town centre, this is actually a big advantage. Fira town is only around a 12-minute walk away, with beautiful sea views along the way. You get the convenience of being close to the town while still having a peaceful and spacious place to stay. The reception team were wonderful. Christin and all the other team members were lovely, friendly and extremely helpful. I would also especially like to thank the lady manager. Unfortunately, I forgot to ask her name, but she deserves special recognition. She was always around the hotel, checking on guests, smiling, and ready to help whenever needed. Her friendly presence really made a difference to our stay, and I believe she deserves a lot of credit. A very special thank you also goes to the chefs and the entire restaurant team. We were travelling with our young baby, who has specific food requirements, and the chef kindly prepared her meals according to our instructions. They were always happy to prepare the food for us whenever we needed it, from early morning until late at night. This level of care and flexibility meant a lot to our family, and we are extremely grateful. The breakfast was also excellent — fresh, healthy, tasty and with a good variety of choices. One area that I feel the hotel should seriously look into Unfortunately, our experience with the taxi driver arranged through the hotel was very disappointing. We booked a hotel taxi three times — from the airport to the hotel, from the hotel back to the airport, and from the hotel to Oia — and on all three occasions the same driver came. Sadly, he was not friendly or welcoming and, in our experience, his behaviour came across as quite rude. This was particularly disappointing because the taxi service was arranged through a 5-star hotel, and the driver is therefore part of the overall guest experience and, in some ways, represents the hotel's reputation. A warm, polite and friendly taxi driver should be the continuation of the welcome guests receive from the hotel. Unfortunately, this driver's attitude really affected our mood on those occasions. I genuinely hope the hotel can look into this and provide appropriate customer-service training, because I would not want other guests to have the same experience. Apart from the taxi experience, everything about our stay was wonderful. The hotel itself, the staff, the food, the cleanliness, the atmosphere and the peaceful location were all excellent. A big thank you to the entire hotel team for making our stay so comfortable and memorable. We truly appreciate all the care and kindness we received, especially towards our baby. We would happily recommend this hotel and would love to return again in the future. ❤️

Zuerst genossen wir uns, an der Suite zu bleiben, da es einen großen Blick und eine private Lage hat. Es ist auch neben der Burg von Oia. Allerdings haben sie ziemlich teure Transfers für 70 Euro für den Hafen und 60 Euro für den Flughafen organisiert. Wir haben es geschafft, viel günstigere Transfers online zu finden. Damit reden wir über 20 Euro günstiger pro Reise. Wir mussten eine Cabine mit anderen Leuten für ihre teure Transfers teilen, während wir es geschafft haben, ein privates Auto online zu arrangieren. Was war die letzte Straw war, dass das Personal nie das Frühstück im gewünschten Zeitraum im Laufe unseres Aufenthalts 4-night geliefert hat. Als wir um Frühstück um 8 Uhr gefragt haben, kam das Frühstück bei 8.30 sogar sie wussten, dass wir einen Flug zu fangen hatten und wir geplant check-out um 8:50. Was uns am meisten frustriert ist, dass, als wir ihnen gesagt haben, das Frühstück sei spät, sie begannen, Entschuldigungen zu geben, wie es andere Kunden gibt, die frühzeitig Check-outs hatten und frühzeitig Frühstück beantragt haben. Es zeigt, dass sie andere Kunden über uns Priorität haben, ohne zu erklären warum. Sie haben versucht, sich zu behaupten und Entschuldigungen vor der Erbringung ihres Services oder Entschuldigungen zu geben. Ich zöge, diesen Kundenservice zu rufen. Das Mindeste, was sie tun konnten, war, sich zu entschuldigen und dafür zu sorgen, aber das passierte nicht. Was ist schlimmer? Wir haben mehr als 500 Euro pro Nacht bezahlt! Denken Sie zweimal, bevor Sie diesen Ort buchen.

ハネムーンで利用しました 日本語を話せるスタッフさんがたまたまいており、お世話になりました！！ 基本的には綺麗でよかったのですが、細かなところ（端っこなど）に清掃がきちんとされておらず、埃が溜まってるところがあり、少し気になりました あとは、最終日フライトの時刻が早く、朝食の時間に間に合わなかったので、ルームサービスで対応していただいたのですが、あまりにも酷い内容。朝食ビュッフェは申し分ないくらい素敵な内容でしたが、ルームサービスでは、温めもしていない薄い食パン3枚に小さなジャム、冷えた小さなコーヒーで、びっくりでした。。
