Einer der besten Orte, an denen ich während der Reise geblieben bin. Ich kann mit diesem Ort buchstäblich nichts falsch finden. Das Zimmer ist perfekt; die Fenster sind offen für die Aussicht auf die Straße, aber es ist so ruhig und ruhig, und Sie sind auch mit den schönen gelben Klopfen direkt außerhalb der Fenster begrüßt. Das Personal ist wirklich freundlich und unterkunftsfähig. Nang Yayang war uns sehr nett, als wir eincheckten. Auch das Essen! Wir hatten hier am ersten Morgen paksig Fisch. Sobrang Sarap! Tas Thun omelet am zweiten Morgen. Sarap! Es gibt auch eine warme Dusche, die das Eis auf dem Kuchen war. Es ist ein schöner kleiner Ort, der sich wie ein Haus weg von zu Hause fühlt. Wir kommen sicher zurück, wenn wir wieder in der Stadt sind!

Beachten Sie, dass die Zimmer klein sind ohne Schrank oder andere Möbel außer einem Betthaus. Bad ist auch klein, aber sauber und funktionell. Laden von heißem Wasser. Bett war komfortabel und A/C gut funktioniert. Personal super hilfsbereit, was den gesamten Aufenthalt angenehm machte. Wir wurden eine Kehle geleistet, um warme Getränke zu machen. Lage gut im Gegensatz zu einem guten Einkaufszentrum mit zahlreichen Speiseoptionen, die notwendig war, weil das Hotel keine Catering-Einrichtungen hat. Allgemein Grundstück, aber sauber komfortable und modern. Würde sicherlich wieder als ausgezeichnetes Wert zurückkehren.

I recently visited the Philippines for 3 weeks. I stayed at three hotels in General Santos (Avior, Green Leaf, and Microtel), and one hotel in Manila (Hilton near the airport). I am posting individual reviews in each hotel, but at the bottom is also a ranking of how each hotel did for each category, from best to worst. As you can see Hilton & Avior scored high and Microtel was bad. Summary: This was BY FAR the worst hotel of the 4. I wouldn't stay here again unless all the other nearby hotels and condos blew up simultaneously. Customer Service: The people were very friendly and accommodating. However, they lost one of my shirts (and a pair of socks) in the laundry and did nothing to take fault, reimburse me, or even apologize. Shower: The shower was flat out HORRIBLE. On the first day there was no hot water (which they tried to fix). The second day, the hot water was sporadic and literally switched from hot to cold every few seconds. The third day, there was limited pressure. And it continued like this the entire time I was there. Food: The breakfast tastes OK, but very limited choices. Basically pre-prepared egg (no live egg station), a single type of soup, a single type of rice (plain), one meat dish (which alternated), one other dish (which alternated), small quantities of fruit, bread, cereal. View: This is the ONE area where the Microtel was very good. They had a decent view out into their parking lot, which they have decorated/landscaped very nicely. Cleanliness: The floor and bathroom were clean. However, the beddings are old and stained. Also, there were tiny little bugs that were making their way into the room from the window-side! Beds: I got a room with two large beds. But as I said above, the beddings are old and stained. Also, the mattresses are not very comfortable. Air Conditioning: The AC unit worked fine and has a remote control. However, it blows directly over the beds which makes it uncomfortable to use while trying to sleep. Other hotels are not arranged like this... Pool: The Microtel has no pool. Gym: The Microtel has no gym. Value: The cost for a room here was close to what it cost at the Avior, and the quality is SO much worse here. AVOID this hotel unless you are getting an amazing deal! Anything past $30 (1,500P) per night is a waste of money for this place.
