Allgemein Grundstück, aber sauber komfortable und modern. Würde sicherlich wieder als ausgezeichnetes Wert zurückkehren.

GGuest UserThis is a typical budget hotel. It is actually called TriSeven Hotel or something. Cheaper by about Php100 (or about USD 2.00) if you book directly with them instead of via Red Doorz. The room was tiny, the towels slightly old and worn, the bed and pillows absolutely basic, and there were no free toiletries except for 4 cotton q-tips and one little 3-in-1 bath gel/shampoo. No toilet paper was given. They did give one 350ml of bottled water. Don't expect any breakfast as there is no in-house restaurant. The hotel is less than 10 minutes away from major malls, so that may help a little. Overall, it is a hotel really for backpackers who plan only on a very short stay and not something I would recommend to other types of travelers. Stayed in Room 10 on March 2023.

GGuest UserFor the price, our stay was very good and comfortable. Check in and out was a breeze. The hotel is near the highway and close to transportation. Food places are also in the near vicinity, though you can opt to have deliveries via food app. The room is nice and clean (as well as the whole hotel. Airconditioning works well and internet connection is reliable. They also have cable tv. Housekeeping is timely and prompt. They don't have elevators so ask for lower floors if you'll have a hard time with the stairs. Water pressure is also a bit low on the higher floors. They offer breakfast, however, we did not avail. Staff is accommodating and professional.

Sscoobie007Das Hotel ist für das Tuna Festival - perfekt gelegen, in der Nähe von mehreren Restaurants und eine 7/11 nur rund um die Ecke. Das Zimmer war schön und sauber, obwohl die Straße vorbei war ziemlich laut - sehr wenig Sound-Isolierung aus den einzelnen Glasfönstern. Ich musste Ohrschneider aufgrund von Außengeräusch verwenden. Frühstück ausreichend. Personal sehr hilfreich.Zu der Zeit der Bau fand auf einem Teil des Gebäudes statt, sehr laut am Tag, aber das hätte bis zur Zeit dieser Überprüfung abgeschlossen sein müssen - hoffentlich ! Alles in allem OK Aufenthalt & wahrscheinlich hier wieder bleiben.

We need to find the person to open the door where we stay which is very inconvenience and not safe for me...even there's a cctv... what if my belongings be stolen? Could the CCTV prevent the thief to steal my things...it would be very hassle to report any incident then will my things be recovered especially money? I really don't think so...

GGastnutzerGute Lage, und erstaunliches Personal! Gute Preis, gutes Internet und wenige freundliche Tiere auf dem Grundstück für Leute, die ihre eigenen Rücken verpassen! Ich werde hier wieder bleiben! Familienbesitzer und schöne Freizeit-TV-Bereich, und Ort zu socialisieren, gute Bar vor, und viele 24 Stunden Lebensmittelplatz in der Walk-Ferne.

GGuest UserIch reservierte ein Familienzimmer, als sie meine Tante vom Flughafen abholten und am nächsten Tag überprüften. Sein großer Raum, komfortables Bett mit 2 bunk Bett, sauber und ruhiger Ort zu bleiben und zu Fuß entfernt zu St Elizabeth Hospital und SM Gensan .
