Aquays Hotels and Resorts Havelock Island

Beautiful property,near the beach had a wonderful stay in Ayuas Havelock .candle light dinner and the arrangement was superb .All the team members was very helpful from the front desk to entire staff ,food was good ,room was excellent ,our stay was very comfortable .will be back soon again .Thanks to Mr Sahil Subba and Subhamkar Rai this two guys goes out of the box they really rock .

Location is very good but rooms are not maintained properly. Due to natural surroundings mouse and cockroaches are found in room as well as in bathroom. Swimming pool is not clean and food is too expensive. Housekeeping staff is helpful but management is not upto the mark.

I booked a stayed at Aquays hotel in Havelock for three nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. 1. The restaurant prices were exorbitant compared to nearby eateries. We ordered malai kofta of ₹499 which tasted terrible. The masala kulcha was thick and practically inedible. 2. The swimming pool was dirty and uninviting. Despite our complaint, the hotel staff provided excuses and took no action. 3. On the first night, we complained 3 times about the malfunctioning AC in our room. At 11 PM, they informed us to wait for another half an hour or consider changing rooms. Exhausted, we chose to endure the discomfort. 4. The next morning, the idli was so hard that it could have caused injury if thrown. The muffins were undercooked and overly sweet. Shockingly, no fresh fruits were served. 5. Day 2, they finally shifted us to a different room where the AC worked properly. But this room had termite issue and water dripping from toilet false ceiling. However, this change came too late to salvage our experience. 6. For lunch and dinner, we had to dine at other nearby restaurants. These alternatives offered better food quality and reasonable prices. 7. Due to the hotel's pathetic service, we decided to cut our stay short and left after just two nights. Our agent shifted us to the other branch of the same hotel in neil island. I strongly advise against anyone trying Aquays as there are far better options available.

We stayed 3 night in aquays hotel Havelock.It was a lovely experience.Food was ok but service was very good. Service Team, Housekeeping Team and front desk are very helpful. Improvement in the restaurant buffet is needed a lot .Wonderful experience in candle light dinner thanks to Mr Subhamkar Rai and Mr Sahil Subba for making us comfortable throughout the stay .

Had a beautiful n memorable stay at Aquays in October 2023 People and place are really hospitable. Cozy and beautiful location Had a memorable and relaxing stay. Hidayat and his colleague (sorry I forgot the name) at the front desk and all other attendees were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast menu was really very good.

Restaurant was awesome and the food was good whole f and b team was supportive specially Subhamkar and Sahil and I m very happy with the whole team and the restaurant is very nice.Its nice place to enjoy food and had good view of outside near the beach

Me and my friend bhupesh went to andaman this month .No doubt Havelock is the queen af andaman and must say we had a present stay at aquays we stayed here for 2 days . The lagoon room are verry nice and had our food on this own restaurent by the name green hut. the service of both the room and restaurent were awsm . the food quality was dam exelent .and special thanks to Mr bishal who was at the restaurent .must remember for his extra care and services . overall we had a amezing stay on this reasort and how can one forget about the privet beach had memorable time there with my partner . must visit this place .

Good place to stay in havelock as far as I know, the ambience is great the beautiful part of the resort is the private beach I enjoyed my stay here I'm thankfull to the staff for letting me have a good experience

Very nice hotel in havelock… Pros - Excellent location..private beach is just 50 m. Decent swimming pool Excellent staff - very helpful Rajasthan dhaba - pure veg restaurant is just diagonally opp which serves very good homely food- so if you’re a vegetarian this is a great plus.. Con - Breakfast and spread can be better ..but need to keep in mind being sn island they might not always have everything but whenever possible it should be looked into.. I was trying for symphony palms and symphony palms was just next to this and after checking that place out i feel this Aquays is good value for money..Symphony is just a hype that too no pool..
