bedding was awsome... location is perfect also the atmosphere is lovable and soothing and the DJ was the best part last night. staff is very nice.

The resort is under renovation and lots of smell of paint in rooms. Also play zones for kids & adults all are under renovation, so we can't use any of the services.

It was a very nice stay, just 2 km away from the shimla highway. The staff was very supportive, and i enjoyed the food. Overall, it was a pleasant stay. Highly recommended.

Stay was excellent, i found the property on mmt, and a great deal. Thanks mm t for booking and the property having very nice staff. Atmosphere was nice, rooms were quite good and big.

Our family trip in royal ark was fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in royal ark. The staff of the hotel was very courteous and humble. The food was delicious. The hotel is equipped with lots of recreational activities like snooker, table tennis, ice hockey etc. Staff also provided us cricket bat, ball and badminton rackets for outdoor activities. Our kids enjoyed a lot. However, few activities were under maintenance. Special mention to hotel manager mr. Ravi, ms preeti and restaurant manager mr. Pankaj thakur. We will love to go again in royal ark for vacations. Location of the hotel is a bit off from kasauli i. E. 12 km away, but the advantage is you can also visit and explore solan which is around 12 km away from royal ark.

My stay at the royal ark, kasauli was wonderful, the whole team at the hotel was warm and welcoming, the whole process of check in and check out was as smooth as silk. Thanks make my trip for recommending this hotel

We had a wonderful experience here. The staff is very cooperative the food was excellent! we had ordered dinner and platter it was delicious the service was wonderful. Waiter was so attentive and accommodating. The ambiance was perfect. . Overall, this was an incredible dining experience. . I had a great experience at this hotel.

Service, food quality, location, leisure activities, everything was not good. Staff was helpful but only according to themselves. Even didn't gave an upgrade wherein it was offered by mm t for a free upgrade as per availability. 80% of the hotel rooms were unoccupied, but still they represent themselves being full.
