Obwohl wir im März 2023 nur eine Nacht hier verbracht haben, haben wir wunderbare Erinnerungen an den Aufenthalt und das kulinarische Erlebnis in diesem kleinen Juwel der Hilton-Kette. Ich bat Lijo um einen vegetarischen Burger für das Essen auf dem Zimmer. Sogar am Telefon war dieser Typ sehr höflich, aufmerksam und voller Energie. Der Burger war wirklich nicht von dieser Welt. Probieren Sie bitte diesen vegetarischen Curry-Burger, wenn Sie hier sind. Chefkoch Rajneesh hat diesen Burger kreiert und er verdient mein Kompliment. Zum Abendessen wurden wir von einem sehr höflichen und jungen *** Jayakarthick gut bedient. Der Restaurantleiter Vignesh machte seine Runde durch die Tische und es war sehr nett von ihm, sich nach unserem Essenserlebnis zu erkundigen. Wir hatten Meen Mulkittathu (Fischcurry) mit Appam bestellt. Es war für unseren Geschmack sehr scharf und wir bewerten es als eines der besten. Es wurde von Chefkoch Sanal zubereitet, der unser Kompliment verdient. Als Nachtisch bestellten wir Elaneer Payasam, das ebenfalls erstklassig war. Ich möchte mich auch bei Chefkoch Arun bedanken, der unsere genauen Anweisungen zum Essen sorgfältig befolgt hat. Herr Sarvanan war auch sehr aufmerksam und hat sich gut um uns gekümmert. Wir wurden von diesen Herren so gut betreut, dass unser Abend unvergesslich wurde. Vielen Dank an Hilton, dass Sie uns als Hilton Honors-Mitglied von sich aus 10 % Rabatt gewähren.

It's a wonderful and amazing experience with this hotel and courteous staff. Me and my husband stayed in from 07 Jun to 11 Jun 2024. From the check in to Check out , we were fully taken care by the amazing staff. Afsal is an amzaing staff witty, chatty and caring together with Devika (my favourite beauty Kutty) and Amuritha -they really took care of our food and being vegetarian -they offered the choices for the vegetarian food. Chef Arun is a fantastic and caring person. He listened to our story and As my husband just completed the 24 days or Ayruveda treatment, he has to continuoulsy take his medication and kashyam which need to be brewed for the sometime. Chef Aurn took care of this and also Mahesh also managed this and send this to our room. Because of Chef Aurn's initiative, my hubby coninued his medication without fail. All of them are hospitable and really made us feel at home. The room service is fantastic from providing necessities to water and replacing the spoilt safe. The 6th floor housekeeping sfaff (i cant remember his name but he's slim and had curly hair and very pleasant personality) is fantastic and took care to our needs. My husband felt that he's in wonderland and as the jeanne in the lamp, you ask for something and your needs are fulfilled. They are very timely and fulfilling. Last but not least, I would like congratulate the Hilton Garden's management for finely grooming your team and staff and step up the customer service towards customer excellence. I wish everyone including the front counter staff, the security and guards best wishes and happy working in this fantastic customer oriented environment.

Gutes Hotel der Hilton Kette Für Trivandrum sehr gut . Freundliches Personal. Zimmer Hilton Standard d.h. für Trivandrum sehr gut . Restaurant mit guter Auswahl . Breakfast ebenfalls gut. Oberste Etage mit gutem Blick über Trivandrum sollte bevorzugt werden.

I’m not sure what star category this hotel is formally classified as, but the service, food, and cleanliness is 5 stars for sure! Great location. Quiet although in the city center. Walking distance to MG road and Napier Museum. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. WiFi works great. Staff 100% cares about the customer’s needs and experience. Would highly reckoned!

The restaurant is amazing. A very diverse & well spread layout. Not to forget the courteous staff & an extremely polite restaurant manager Mr Prabha Kant who was there to look after us. His sincerity is testament to the hospitality ethos of Hilton Group of hotels. Way to go Mr Prabha & your team 👏👏👏
