I am not satisfied 😒 😕 this hotel and very expensive

We arrived early at the hotel and we were hoping to be able to leave our luggage in a luggage room . When we got there , there was no staff on the Reception desk as the hotel operates a non face to face check in . This is fine but we do not speak or read Korean and we were unsure what we had to do . Eventually after two hours we managed to check in using Kakeo talk . Very frustrating to have wasted that time . It was also confusing because our room was not actually in the hotel but next door in the hotel across the road . The room it self was brilliant . Very clean and spacious Lovely bathroom with enclosed shower . Tv , fridge and washing machine . The hotel was across the road from the beach so that was brilliant . It seemed a long way from the main part of the beach and any restaurants where we could eat ..

I love this place. I'll definitely come back again.

Good location at Sokcho beach road. Just 5-10 min walk from Express bus terminal. There is 7-eleven store nearby. Front desk is on GF at Building B. Quite hard to find as there is no Eng signage We booked triple room, but found that room was quite small for three people. Not much space for 2-3 large luggages. Overall stay was very nice. Room was clean and well-equipped. Wifi, Netflix and Youtube were also strong connection

I would love to be in the hotel, this is not my first time staying in the hotel. I have been staying at the hotel several times. I love it. But one thing I want to say is.., The front desk people are not friendly at all. No greeting, no manners, stone face etc, I think they have a long way to go to accomplish their goals for service improvements. But I still like the hotel, not the people.

해수욕장 바로앞이고 건물 밑에 편의점 카페 등 다있어서 편했어요 ㅎㅎ깨끗하긴한데 다만 좁긴 합니다 가성비 좋게 머무르기 괜찮아요!

체크인 전까지는 어느 빌딩인지 확인이 어렵고 헷갈리는 시스템이나 룸 컨디션은 매우 만족함 애매한 바다 전망이긴 하나 속초해변과 매우 가까워 편리함

При заезде на стойке регистрации никого нет. Самостоятельно можно заселиться только через какао ток. О чем не было информации на странице бронирования. Интернет в лобби не ловит. В соседнем корпусе есть рецепшн, но они не помогут) это другая сервисная компания. с горем пополам удалось связаться по почте с регистрацией и получить пароли для заезда. Выдали номера в соседнем корпусе, о чем тоже не сказали. Один из 5и номера был не убраны, там валялся чужой мусор и грязное бельё. На почту уже отвечать перестали, но на регистрации оказался человек к тому моменту и нам выдали номер на замену. Кондиционер в одном из номеров не работал, пришлось спать с открытыми окнами и шамом из улицы Соответственно второе одеяло в номер вы тоже при желании не получите. Это ночной кошмар, а не сервис!

요즘 호텔투어를하고있는데 무작정 출발해서 오는동안 고른곳이었습니다 근처에있는호텔도와본적이있고 시설은 비슷하고 오래되지않은호텔이라그런지 훼손된부분도있지만대체로좋습니다 가격도괜찮고 아직성수기는아니라그런지 조용한편이었습니다 아침부터꼬맹이들의복도를질주하는소리에 깨긴했는데잘잤네요 비치되어있는 샴푸등은 좋진않아 가져오시는게좋을듯하구요~ 길건너가까이해변도 밤에도착해들렀는데좋았습니다 편의점등가까이있어좋고 커피전문점도있었어요 다만한가지! 호텔들어가서바로화장실을갔는데 변기청소가안되고 변기시트에더럽게 묻어있는거보고 깜짝놀랬네요. 제일신경쓰셔야하는부분이아닌가싶습니다 청소를대충하신게너무티가났네요 청결에조금더신경써주시면 더좋을거같습니다
