In room onsen which filled with hot spring water within 15min. Relaxing with a view of lake toya. Had buffet dinner and breakfast, food was average. The room had a coffee grinder which we didn’t use as it looks dirty. At night, there was fireworks right outside the balcony.

The hotel rooms faces the lake. You wake up to a very beautiful view of the lake. There is also private onsen. I was surprised to be charged JPY300/pax as tax for the use of onsen. I believe this is a local municipal tax on the onsen use, regardless if you use the onsen or not. The dinner was AMAZING! You get a chef prepared meal AND a buffet which is extensive! Loved the dinner a lot! The following day's breakfast was ok - pales in comparison with the dinner (of course).

A family of 4 persons, we stayed here for 2 nights. Upon our arrival by a rental car, the staff at the entrance offered a very warm welcome with excellent service in helping us to handle the all our luggage. a welcome package had already been prepared well in advance followed by a very detailed briefing on the facilities of the hotel and how to get to the dining restaurant at the next block. All staff were very polite and friendly, the hotel environment and facilities are excellent. Foods were of a very high quality and very value for money. Our rooms have a in-house hot spring with a marvelous view of the lake. Fireworks were available on the lake every night during summer time which could be seen easily from the rooms. It is highly likely that we will return to this hotel in the future; highly recommended to those who love a quiet and very decent place for a relaxing vacation.

Fantastic view, especially from rhe rooftop onsen. Hotel staff went out of the way to make our stay comfortable. Room is spacious and well maintained.

Everything is so incredible here. The view is super super beautiful. Meals here are semi buffet for dinner and buffet for breakfast with variety of choice. Recommended though it’s quite pricy.

Very nice staff and stunning view from the room. The open air hot spring bath inside room was incredible. Good dinner and breakfast. The only point is that the hotel only provide shuttle bus to Sapporo but not to Toya station.

The view is good. Dinner buffet so far so good. Breakfast buffet is out of my expectation. Very good.

The overall service is OK. However, I was a little bit disappointed as my request to change for my daughter' meal was rejected even though this would not affect the other customers.

Love this place . Amazing view . Big room . Friendly and helpful staff . Clean . The free breakfast and dinner is so awesome . Food are freshly prepared . Worth every penny. Booked the room with outdoor sofa with private outdoor bath. Super highly recommend this place
