Schöne kleine Maisonette-Wohnung auf zwei Ebenen. 2 Queensize-Betten im Obergeschoss, mit Glasschiebetür und eigener Klimaanlage. Großes Doppelbett und riesiger Fernseher im Erdgeschoss. Kühlschrank und Wasserkocher. Separate Dusche und Toilette. Eine Art gemeinschaftlicher Sitzbereich direkt vor der Tür. Besitzer sehr gute Kommunikation und hilfsbereit. Roller für 300 gemietet.

Ich war zum zweiten Mal hier. Der Eindruck ist das saubere Zimmer, das schöne Badezimmer, das weiche Bett, der große Fernseher, die kühle Klimaanlage und die Nähe zu Restaurants und Cafés. Leicht zu Fuß zum Sai Kaew Beach. Auch nicht weit vom Pier entfernt. Gartenraum Sieht persönlich gut aus. Sie können pünktlich einchecken und Ihre Sachen abgeben. Nette Haushälterin

Das Zimmer ist sehr gut, sauber, schön, klein, aber genau richtig. Sehr guter Service. Empfohlen vom Beginn der Reise bis zum Erreichen der Unterkunft. Von der Location gibt es ein paar Punkte Abzug, weil sie hinten liegt, dunkel, da sind Leute, die eine Band gründen, nach einer Pause möchte man weitermachen. Ich empfehle es.

Ein super Hotel. Ich muss das nächste Mal hier übernachten. Es ist praktisch für Transport, Einkaufen und Essen. Alles ist großartig. Ausstattung: großartig

Die Lage war großartig. Es gab keine Restaurants oder Cafés direkt vor der Tür. Wenn man etwas weiter geht, kann man das Meer sehen. Das Zimmer war sauber und die Ausstattung war ordentlich.

Das Zimmer ist wunderschön eingerichtet, der private Minigarten draußen ist auch sehr schön. Aber das Zimmer ist ziemlich klein, nur für eine Person.

It was a nice time. The place with his own tiny garden is very nice. You can chill and feel Comfortable. The bed is extremely comfortable. Unfortunately there’s very much noise cause of the AC, outside is very noisy, the shower is not hot enough. I tried to contact the owner via phone & WhatsApp but never answered. And the street and all the island very dirty

Central location yet still quiet at night. Friendly staff. Clean. 10/10 can recommend. Thank you 🙏🏼

It’s a tiny hidden room. That’s it. Doesn’t feel safe. Just random room tucked in a bushy dark area. No thanks. Wouldn’t recommend it.

I have stayed at Flamingo Villa before (In the Garden Room), but this time I decided to stay in the loft room, which apparently is called the Family Room. Flamingo Villa is somewhat strange, since the "Hotel" is basically three rooms within the Samed Your House hotel. Our neighbors actually knocked on our door to try and check in ~ You need to call the phone number for Flamingo Villa in order to check in, as someone will come out to meet you. So, bottom line up front: Flamingo Villa is awesome, but get ready to kill a lot of mosquitos! The owners do a good job of lighting incense sticks to try and keep the them away, but there are fountains around the area and the mosquitos are no joke. I would say I killed at least 10 in our room, so it is super important to make sure you close the sliding doors behind you every time you go in and out of the room. The Family Room was awesome. The lower floor is basically a living room with a large day bed and a big TV with great speakers. The toilet room is separate from the shower. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep, but once you get up there it is really nice. There are two queen beds in the loft, and the glass wall and sliding door separate the bedroom from the main room, which is great because the bedroom has its own AC unit, and the glass keeps out the mosquitoes. The beds were comfortable, but be careful because the ceiling is very low above the beds. The view from up in the loft is very peaceful, and the owners obviously spent a lot of time decorating the place (The Christmas tree was still up while we were there). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Sai Kaew Beach, and the pier for the ferry is only a 10 minute walk ~ but you can take a mini bus if you would like. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores, and there are two 7-11s close to the beach. We rented a motor bike the last time we were in Koh Samed, but Sai Kaew Beach seems to be the nicest on the island, so we just hung out there. I love Flamingo Villa, and I am sure I will stay there again in the future.

Nice little hotel we stayed in the down stairs room no window and shower over toilet,the owner has spent a lot of money on this place tiling in shower to a very high standard, did have one concern didn’t see a smoke alarm and not having a window and walkway to get out was a bit scary, also if someone is in the loft room with kids above you there is a lot of noise, we had to get up first night to tell them to keep the noise down.

I really love the place and it was so cozy! I highly suggest this hotel since near to the road.
