Hygiene Issues Unpleasant experience that the bathroom had visible mold, and there was a strong smell lingering in the air that even spread into the room. Additionally, the bedding caused skin irritation, making it impossible to sleep comfortably. Hope management takes immediate action to improve Hygiene standards.

I stay in Family of 3 person.. i really like the room.. clean and comfortable. I really recommended this hotel and my room. I dont snap a picture. Dont have approved how clean the room. But i am impressed with the clean room 😊

Pros: Clean, comfortable beds & pillows, white towels quite thick for a budget hotel, strong water pressure, reliable hot water, quiet surrounding, has a good drinking water machine where we can refill our tumblers. Has a clothes line in the bathroom. Room door uses sensor key. Can control room air cond temperature. Cons: When someone in the next room showers, the noise of the water is very loud. Shower area not separated from toilet area so the floor gets wet but luckily the bathroom is large so there is still a small area that does not get wet. No lift. Only street parking where you have to pay. Security not good enough. Anyone can enter & go up to the rooms. The receptionist won't know unless they stand up as they sit behind a high counter.

Pro Clean Cool room Hot water for shower is good Con No comb, toothbrush,hand soap, shower cap No hotel parking. Public roadside paid parking only Owner will give a wake up call by informing their contractors to come for drilling, chisel, hammering and grinding work at hotel rooms at 9am to ensure that all guest will be awake. Not sure if that is done on a daily basis.

I stayed for one-night ... it was my regular hotel ... unfortunately, this time stay ... there ISN'T hot water in the morning, for bathing ... need to reconsider staying here in future.

Great location, easy to get in and out of the city and quite a numbers of nice restaurants around. The staff was friendly and the room is well maintained. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sitiawan.

The hotel provided a commendable level of cleanliness with spotless rooms and bathrooms. However, the room size was somewhat restrictive for three guests, particularly when accommodating luggage. Complimentary amenities included three bottles of water, but the absence of shampoo was noted, with only shower foam available. Conveniently, a water filter dispenser, along with an iron and ironing board, were accessible in the walkway. Yet, the lack of an elevator may pose challenges for those with mobility issues, and the walkway's cigarette odor could be a concern for some visitors.
