I really had a bad experience with this Inn. I had a late arrival and the front desk incharge said why did you arrive just now, No eating quarter/area. The bunk bed has loose screws and makes a terrible noise when you go up the double deck, The Bathroom is not well maintained and the door is almost dilapidated. The towel given to me smells terrible just like washing without a detergent. Lastly I only used the bed for 6 hrs , I arrived late and I ask for atleast half refund, they gave me $11 refund where infact I paid for 6 days $158 and wasn't able to use it because I looked for a better place to stay. Note: there are several vacant beds so it means they are not fully booked. Meaning, the reason that you cannot give refund because there are people who are supposed to book/take your place , is not reasonable.

Normally I don’t like to give bad reviews even when the place is bad, but this hostel is so terrible nothing is good about the place . The bed, the pillow, the bed sheet dirty, toilet dirty. I applied for refund after one night but they refuse to refund me.

Although request for lower deck, it was unavailable.. so were given upper deck.. the bed frame unstable.. little bugs and cockroaches crawling around.. bedsheet got stain.. pillowcase smell.. dust on the top corner of the walls.. restroom, wow! 1 restroom had to be shared by 4 or 6 guests.. the only thing that i can compliment is the towel.. clean and fresh.. the hostel location is good.. a lot of restaurants nearby.. 3 to 5 mins tops.. accessible by bus..

I mistakely booking my room 1 months earlier.. Then i cancel booking and Agin booking correct date..but Hotel management Don't Return my money.. I inform also they not response.😡😡

Good location, there are a lot of nearby shops and restaurants, and it’s only 500m away from Farrer Park MRT Station. However, the room was disgusting and smells awful. We stayed there for 3 days, and no one even got the garbage out. We were 5 in the room, so imagine the mess.. Also, there’s only 1 receptionist and he’s always not around. He was grumpy to his customers. If you’re in a budget, go and book this. But if you want a pleasant stay, find other hotels.

Bathroom is smelling, no extra facilitates like hair dryer, staff attitude is not friendly
