It was ok but did not live up to expectations. A good point was the tasty breakfast buffet

Staffs need training on how to talk and deal with its visitors. Most of the staff are not professional and cordial. They don’t know how to host valuable room guests.

service so good. But I ordered 2 double bed room. that means two people will stay. I used trip.com book hotel for other countries . I never face trabble. but in this place they charge me extra 4.5 dollars. I think it's not fair. what ever great service

Хочу отметить сотрудника ресторана, который увидев, что для нас всё остро по еде, организовал блюдо без перца, которое мы с удовольствием съели. В таких деталях и кроется профессионализм) Чисто, красиво, удобно. Молодцы!

Ich fand die Anlage etwas künstlich und übertrieben und gar nicht mehr zum Land gehörig. So etwas kann man auch in den USA finden. Die Infrastruktur der Zimmer war auch übertrieben. Das Licht konnte nur mit Touch Screen ausgeknipst werden. Das versuchte ich auch kurz vor dem schlafen gehen und stellte fest dass es nicht klappt. Nach dem Anruf bei der Rezeption kam ein Herr des Haus Keeping Teams, Der das Problem auch nicht lösen konnte und einen Elektriker rief. Der hat sich auch eine halbe Stunde mit dem Problem abgegeben und es schließlich gelöst. Einfache Lichtschalter wären sicher zu bedienen. So war mir das einschlafen verdorben. Ich war unruhig Und hatte keinen guten Schlaf nach dieser Aufregung. Das Schwimmen im Pool wiederum hat mir gefallen auch wenn ich gerne Umkleidekabinen gehabt hätte. Das Wasser im Pool ist sehr warm.

Interior was amazing. Staff behaviour all are so gd . Nicely maintained service. RDM Md Rakibul Islam is such a nice person well behaved towards guests. Food was also good Allah the facilities they provided was much better than any other places. Hope to visit there again.

I stayed there with my husband and my elder sister for new year's eve. The hotel premises are great, no doubt about that. However, during the reservation we were told our rooms would be in a separate building away from the main building, as it was part of their new year's eve package or something. We didn't think too much about it at that time, but when we checked in and saw our rooms, we were very disappointed (the building is called Hut 6). They were very small and the worst part is the basin was actually outside the bathroom, as in it took up an entire section of the bedroom. Who does that? (I regret not taking a photo). I am sure they have better rooms in the main building, so we kinda felt cheated out of a good hotel experience, even though we paid the same price. This kind of dampened our entire experience. Otherwise the food was good and the cleaning staff were very polite and professional. The front desk management and sales people need to learn to be more professional. I wish I could say I would go there again.

We have spent 1 night in this majestic hotel in the middle of nowhere. Everything is beautiful and very well thought; amazing reception so as the restaurant; large and comfy room; you have the possibility to choose different dinners from the classical restaurant to street food staying all the time inside the hotel area. Suggested

Momoinn is a really different experience off spending a very nice time in Bogura,such a beautiful place,l think the best place to spend time with family is Momoinn in bogura🩷🩷.2 Swimming pool,boathing,cycling,massage chair,movie theatre,gift shop,what’s not to like at Momoinn ,it’s a really amazing place,the quality of room was very good,everyone was very helpful,specially thanks “miss Mamuni ,a very amazing person,a helpful person,her words,behavior are all amazing . So it was my favorite vacation trip with my family! We stayed there for 3 days and we enjoyed a lot. From Narayanganj we went there though it was a long journey for me but the nature of Bogra touched me. They gave us a gentle welcome and the staff were helpful. Also the room was very clean especially the bed was so comfortable and their service was great. We enjoyed the boat ride and I rode the helicopter for the first time and that was my best experience ever. I really want to give thanks to MOMO INN. we will again visit you IN SHA ALLAH🖤

This is the second time I'm going to Momo Inn with my family and as always the resort, staff behavior, the quality of the food and overall anything didn't disappoint me. I was a bit scared of the water slide in the water park. The Eco Park was amazing and I got to see so many different kinds of animals

My 2nd time Momo Inn Park and resort I am coming there very good place time spent. I am very happy to nice buffet breakfast almost 60 to 70 kinds food.i take dinner there have big buffet.dessert I like to march.saffron rice, chicken Tikka masala very good.i amazing there have big pool.i am using water park there have DJ and My kids enjoy the time.very good Momo Inn Park and resort.
