Toller Service. Unsere Tochter ist gegen die Poolwand geprallt und hat sich am Augenlid und an der Nase verletzt. Das Hotelpersonal hat sich intensiv um ihre Verletzung gekümmert und ihr Kuchen und Süßigkeiten geschickt. Der Wasserdruck ist zum Duschen zu schwach. Restaurants servieren kein Eiswasser, was wir verstehen. Wir wollten nur unseren Durst löschen, bevor wir unser Essen und unsere Getränke bestellten. Insgesamt war es ein toller Aufenthalt.

There is microwave n cooking hood if you want to do your own cooking. Also got plate , bowl, pot n wok, spoon n fork. The fridge also got 1 small freezer n a portion to put wine. Place very near ntuc too to buy food for cooking.

Good location, lots of places to eat plus walking distance to bus stop towards the city and Kembangan MRT station. About 2 or 3 front desk service staff are welcoming and polite, both check-in and check-out is fast but there is just 1 lift and 1 staircase to go up and down. Room is ok for me, the aircon is cold and the lights are working fine except for the safe box in my room which was spolit in the last day of check-out and luckily it was solved by housekeeping uncle (hope the safe box would be back to normal). Toilet is a bit small, but the bed is ok yet firm, even though there are a couple of ants both on the table and outside of the safe box but that don't bothered me. Bathtub is ok but the floor might be slippery so better be careful, towels are replenished, the mini fridge is ok, TV can watch just Mediacorp shows and power plug are working properly. Overall it is a good budget hotel if you are not that fussy, so who knows I may come back to book this hotel again.

Service: Die Serviceantwort erfolgt sehr zeitnah, allerdings beschränkt sich der chinesische Kundenservice des Hotels nur auf die Rezeption. Wenn Sie nachts Fragen haben und die Kundenservicenummer anrufen, sprechen diese kein Chinesisch. Hotelumgebung: Es stank übel aus der Kanalisation und erstmals waren Motten und Mücken im Zimmer! ! Später haben wir das Zimmer gewechselt und es gab keine Wanzen mehr. Und da es in den Zimmern nur Panoramafenster gibt, die man zum Lüften nicht öffnen kann, ist die Luft im Zimmer nicht sehr frisch. Hotelausstattung: sehr umfangreich, Frühstück 🥣 ist auch gut, mit großer Auswahl.

This is my fourth stay and will be my last stay at Grand Mercure Roxy Square. Upon check in, I smiled and said “Wah nice layout and change” Then a front desk officer named Noorain just said “Check in?” I quickly showed my booking ID and gave my identification card and the front desk asked me “How many people staying in?” I mentioned just my husband and my small children in which she quickly interrupted me and said “I need all of their I.D” I asked again that the booking is in my name only and which she quickly said “No, I need their ID” and just looking at the screen. I texted my husband who was in the car and he came over to pass his I.D. My husband had asked Noorain that we have stayed here many times and there was never an issue, Noorain mentioned loudly that this is a new system, so my husband also said if it is a new system, how do you keep track of previous hotel guests and she said “Im sorry this is a totally new system” and then very loudly said “ THEN THE STAFF LAST TIME WAS THE ONE WHO DIDN’T RECORD” I was taken aback of how quickly the front desk changed her tone, I had asked her where do I write down all my children’s particulars, and she just pointed out to write the sensitive information on the top blank space part of the hotel form receipt. Not wanting to ruin my day, I just complied and just took the room key given. It was a very unpleasant feeling the whole day of staying in on the eve of CNY. And It made me believe I had been profiled to be treated like that. I have receipts of my past stay and receipts of good review of Roxy Square previously, I love the location and I teach around the area, so it was convenient for me and my family to unwind. Unfortunately, this will be our last stay. I love the upgrading of the hotel, and I wish you success Mercure Roxy. Here is a disappointing goodbye.

i'm allergic to dust mites so typically my skin will itch when i stay in hotels that use carpet floorings. i didn't have these reactions staygin at Stories, they must have thoroughly cleaned the rooms. very happy with my stay!

Standardzimmer, 28 Quadratmeter, zwei kleine Betten, geeignet für zwei Erwachsene, mit Dusche und Badewanne. An der Rezeption gibt es einen chinesischen Service. Ich habe ein Zimmer im 3. Stock bekommen. Nachdem ich an der Rezeption nachgefragt habe, kam die Haushälterin jeden Tag zum Putzen das Zimmer und räumte jeden Tag 4 Flaschen Mineralwasser ein. Für ein paar Singapur-Dollar kann man in Singapur immer noch etwas Geld sparen. Das Frühstück besteht hauptsächlich aus Brot, Kuchen und Obst. Ich traue mich nicht, Kuchen zu essen. Zum Mittagessen gibt es kleine Brötchen und Brei.
