Erstens ist der Service sehr gut! Die Rezeption und das Restaurant sind alle Standard-Thai-Service. Das Hotel ist nicht groß, es hat lokale Merkmale, etwa 20-30 Zimmer. In einem nicht sehr heißen Sarg, ging ich etwa 10 Minuten zum Nachtmarkt. Ich fühle mich immer noch sicher, ich bin nachts auf der Straße, die Fußgänger sind immer noch mehr. Es gibt 2 Westrestaurants an der Tür, der Preis ist nicht billig. Das Frühstück mit Selbsthilfe ist normal und das Gesicht ist gut. 11-jährige Kinder haben eine Frühstücksgebühr von $9 pro Tag eingenommen und können auch akzeptiert werden. Das Letzte, was das Hotel nicht mag, ist, dass es wiederverwendbare Tee und Wasser gibt. Ich durfte nicht trinken.

Generell zu empfehlen. Lage war bestens. Service und Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Einziges Manko. Wie leider in den meisten Hotels. Der Grad für das empfinden von Sauberkeit entspricht nicht europäischen Vorstellungen. Wobei oft gereinigt wird. Allerdings sollte man auch hin und wieder Reinigungsmittel nutzen. Nicht nur Wasser. Zum Beispiel Schimmelentferner im Bereich Dusche. Der Pool überzeugt ebenfalls. Auch hier gilt. Sauber ist nicht gleich sauber. Bin gespannt auf den nächsten Aufenthalt

Das Bett im Schlafsaal war geräumig, mit hellem Licht und Steckdosen ausgestattet, sodass ich keine Unannehmlichkeiten hatte. Sie können auch Fahrräder und Motorräder mieten, die ich tatsächlich gemietet habe, und das war praktisch. Die Lage war etwas weit von der Haltestelle des Shuttlebusses vom Flughafen entfernt und etwas schwer zu finden, aber es gab viele Restaurants in der Nähe, sodass es keine Unannehmlichkeiten darstellte. Alle Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und freundlich. Ich würde es beim nächsten Mal gerne wieder verwenden.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

This image effectively captures the essence of not only the hotel but also the entire city and country. It exudes an overall dilapidated and below-average quality. Our stay at this hotel lasted for a month, costing around 650 euros, and although our sleep was satisfactory, there were numerous shortcomings. Despite actively searching for other hotels within the same price range, none of them were satisfactory. However, due to the comfortable sleep we experienced, we decided to stay. If we had come across a more respectable option, we would have immediately left. The advantages include a peaceful and quiet atmosphere at night, as well as reasonably comfortable beds. Additionally, the staff demonstrated friendliness and helpfulness.

The hotel is only 15 minutes' walk to the pub street downtown. Staff are helpful and friendly, welcoming and lovely. It's truly a gorgeous place, and they make you so comfortable. The pool is kept immaculate, they have great food for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Wifi worked well. They have great information about the tour and will arrange driver, tour guide for you. Mr. Thearith John was was organized for our tour guide from the hotel, he was extremely knowledgeable about the sites we visited. He also told us about the people lives, and the khmer rough regime. Asking Thearith for your tour guide, you will know all what you need. It was exceptional and 100% recommended.

Das Hotel ist in hervorragender Form. Die Klimaanlage ist sehr stark. Die Zimmer sind sehr sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist nahezu alles. Was ich Ihnen wirklich sagen möchte, ist, dass das Essen sehr gut ist und das Personal einen hervorragenden Kundenservice bietet. Das Frühstücksmenü umfasst eine Suppestation, Omelete aus einem Eistation, lokale Geschmacksmuster, viele frische Früchte und Brot, das Sie lieben werden. Das Hotelrestaurant verfügt über eine ”Happy Hour” und sehr gute Pizza und Käseburger. Oh, und nehmen Sie es von jemandem mit viel Erfahrung mit Hotels - das Personal ist sehr jung, aber sie sind intelligent, sehr enthusiastisch, und sie bieten hervorragende Kundenservice. Sie sprechen Englisch sehr gut. Es beginnt am Frontdesk. Sie sind wirklich am Ball. Sie können alle Fragen über die lokale Stadt beantworten. Das Concierge-Personal macht auch eine ausgezeichnete Arbeit. Es stoppt nicht dort. Die Hausbetreiber arbeiten sehr hart und zeigen stolz auf ihre Arbeit wie alle Mitarbeiter des Lebensmittelservices. Sie werden dieses Hotel lieben. Es ist der Service, der den Unterschied macht.

친절하고 좋아요. 가격대가 저렴해서 더 마음에 들고, 위치도 큰길가 옆이고, 근처에 식당,카페도 몇개 있어요. 수영장도 수영하기 좋아요. 앙코르사원가는 삼거리에 위치하고, 시내는 뚝뚝이로 $2에 갈 수 있어요. 시설이 조금 낡은 것이 흠이지만 청소를 깨끗하게 잘해줘요. 세탁은 $2/1kg이고 당일 세탁을 해주더라고요. 매우 만족합니다.

Der Pool ist sauber und komfortabel, außer beim Schwimmen, beim Rasen, sehr sauber und sauber! Außerdem ist es ein großes Buch wert, das Essen des Hotelrestaurants zu nehmen.
