Sehr gute Lage zu Essen und Sehenswürdigkeiten in Siem Reap. Der Service an der Rezeption ist ausgezeichnet, besonders hervorzuheben sind Thairath und ein anderer Junge, der Nachtdienst hatte. Das Zimmer ist sehr sauber und komfortabel. Wir hatten ein Sunbok-Zimmer gebucht, das größer sein und eine Schaukel haben sollte, aber unser Zimmer war nicht damit ausgestattet :( Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und wir haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Gastfreundschaft und Freundlichkeit des Personals war gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist auch gut erreichbar! Es ist mein Lieblingshotel!👍

Great location and service was excellent. Some rooms are facing a school next door, so there is quite some noise from pupils. Breakfast wasn't buffet per se, but selection of menu items. But one can order as much as one likes. So it's like all you can eat.

Very spacious and comfortable stay. Showers were good but the separate toilet is a bit troublesome when u need to wash hands after use.

The Aviary hotel is really an oasis tucked away in the city. It is centrally located, walking distance from Pub Street, which is lively with many eateries and bars. The cleanliness and hospitality at this hotel is really A1. They made my trip worthwhile, especially the front desk staff Thearita. Definitely value for money.

Looking forba luxury clean hotel that's very near from the main area in siem reap. It's definitely aviary Hotel. Everything here was perfect.

Staff is very accommodating. In 4 days i have requested a ride, tour to battanbang, extra towels, and room service, etc. They responded graciously in a timely manner with a smile. They have two pools that i didnt try but they looked beautiful.

My second time stay at this hotel , i really love to spent my vocation there , the location was very good , in the middle of city and not quite at all . The staff very friendly and helpful. Environment so fresh and clean also the buffet breakfast was delicious.

We stayed twice; 1x3 nights in a suite (thanks for the upgrade!) and after our trip to Koh Rond we stayed 1 night in a Deluxe Kingfisher which is a very beautiful room. We enjoyed the spacious rooms with comfortable bed and had a good sleep. We preferred the Deluxe Kingfisher over the Suite, because it was more cosy and the toilet was in the bathroom as in the suite the toilet is on the other side, but there is no washing basin so you have to walk around to the bathroom anyway. F&B facilities were decent, however the Japanese restaurant was very quiet, but we did like the coffee shop a lot. Also breakfast was very good (although the buffet was a bit small, you can order extra egg dishes). We would like to thank the very friendly staff at the coffee shop, breakfast and the reception to make our stay so pleasent. The hotel has a nice rooftop with a very large pool. Unfortunately people from outside can use it for only US$ 5. There was a lot of noise from a group of 10/15 guests that were in the pool right in front of us very loud, taking photos and video footage which made us uncomfortable, it went on for hours. Actually the pool is quite large and the moment we decided to move towards the back, they also moved with us. The staff didn't do anything about their disturbing behaviour. Also their kids went into the pool with dirty diapers which is so unsanitary that we didn't swim in it.
