Disappointing night manager check-in service. Arrived late from Sydney with whole family, asked night manager via intercom if family can be let into lobby first as freezing out, the only thing she could say was "I need to collect your $250 deposit first" and proceeded to make us wait out in the cold.

I don't know what happened, sometimes the room key is not working. Have to go to reception to fix it.

Great apartment, helpful and friendly staff, everything you could need for your stay. Having full laundry facilities is a real bonus in the apartment, spacious too, as well as pet friendly. Highly recommended.

Great location and nice clean room. Will come back again

Great apartment to do work on the laptop - plenty of space at the desk, comfortable office chair and good lighting at night. Khadija on reception is a legend - helpful and engaging. Carpark is secure and fast to access. Room was clean and comfortable. Kitchen has everything. Comfortable bed with good linen. Well done Quest Burwood East crew. Will be back.

The staff are exceptionally so kind, caring the pantry minibar area love it what a great idea, ambience of the hotel I love, the car park on site secure fantastic I love staying here and can’t wait to be back. This hotel is a home away from home and there beds are so comfortable

I can't speak Highly Enough about Quest Burwood East. I highly recommend EVERYTHING. Because I'm old they even set the Netflix up for me because I'm not Tech Savvy. I come here regularly for Medical appointments in Melbourne and I'm so glad I found Quest Burwood East. It's my Melbourne HOME. The staff are so friendly and helpful I feel very comfortable and supported here. The staff are soooooo helpful. Everyone is lovely and helpful. The room is very nice and comfortable. The bed is amazing and I love the pillows. Normally I travel with my own pillow but not here. A huge shout out to Kadesha and Alyssa at Reception always service with a smile and a happy voice and eager ti help. These 2 ladies absolutely Rock

Came from our rural home to catch up with family. Have stayed at Quest quite a few times and always find the Staff courteous and helpful. The apartment is always clean and comfortable and the bed super comfy. Quest is our place of choice to stay when we come up to Glen Waverley.

The rooms are very good. Bed was very comfortable and the shower amazing. The Staff were amazing, very friendly and nothing was to hard to make my stay enjoyable
