Staff mostly are polite and kind. Felt welcoming from start parking to check-in and throughout the stay. Room is great. Pool is nice. Kids like it. View is relaxing. Food-wise is nice. Especially the place where you want to rent a bicycle, the staff is so good and kind. My son doesnt know how to ride one, but the staff help out and patiently guide. Goos job. Buggy ride is one convenient ride where you do not need to walk far. Just stay and relax. Will sure be back again.

Best experience in this Lexis Hibiscus PD. This the best place where you get a sea view to calm your mind. Best place to spend time with your loved ones. Your services is awesome with the great people surrounding us. Friendly receptionist!! Thumbs up. The food is so delish. Will be happy to go there again.

Beautiful resort and staff. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room is very clean and well maintained, same as what u see on the photos. Towels were very clean and the mattress, pillows very comfy. Thank you everyone who helped and served us, you guys have been awesome!

Nice place to enjoy the holiday with my family. Went there with kids and my wife. Room is large enough for 4 person. Food is okay. Breakfast is nice and have variety of local Malaysian food. Will return for my anniversary.

The room was incredibly clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a relaxing visit. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. sky villa location is good and convenient to go for breakfast which is just ground floor. My family member have 5, and I hope Lexis hibiscus can offer 5 pax room in future. My deposit is deducted and get penalty because of additional one person stayed in hotel. Friendly staff but old style room flexible. Beach side has some activities, like RM50 for 15mins ATV and just drive circle at beach but good try if first time play.

Pro: Wonderful view, breathtaking sunset/sunrise panorama. Complete amenities available in the room, above expectation. Delicious cookies tho. Spacious room, satisfied with the pool size and height. Many fun activities to explore around the resort. Variety of breakfast choices. Con: Buggy service is limited from room to lobby only. Pls make use of the buggy and add it as variety of services to rounding the water villas. I have disabled adult with me, hence this buggy service would be much helpful for us to stroll around the water villas area.
