nice hotel to stay for couple days.Bilik besar Gila! Love sgt.. (kami ambil bilik yg 3 room+breakfast for 4 person) 1)check in around 7pm (sepatutnya check in time 2pm) kami sampai agak lewat. 2) at night, guard tutup gate, walau dah hon tiada yg buka pagar (maybe gate closed at 12 and guard were sleeping).agak menyusahkan,terpaksa buka pagar sendiri,walaupun dah bayar rm600+ for 3 day 2 night 3) for staff they were friendly.cuma bahagian receptionist,agak kurang memuaskan hati. (bila minta extend masa untuk check out,around 3pm, minta cas tambahan. Tiada tolak ansur,sbb kami dah masuk check in agak lewat, dan masa itu juga TIADA pengunjung lain selain group kami.kami diberi extend time 1 jam sahaja selepas 10-15 minit discussion) 4)food sedap cuma they keep questioning bila kita ada 4 kuota for breakfast, tp 2 org yg turun, dan order 4 makanan which is Kami guna@mkn for 2 org yg tidak turun,tp staff layan kami seperti tidak membayar untuk MAKANAN itu dan layan acuh tak acuh. Agak mengecewakan sbb untuk breakfast hari pertama juga, hanya 2 org yg turun mkn walau pakej untuk 4 org. (mkn tiada buffet, sbb masa Ktorg cuti,tak ramai guess stay,so tak bnyk choice makanan) . overall okay!

The service of all the staff are very welcoming and friendly. Food is not so cheap and drinks aswell but still acceptable. Kids really enjoyed the private room pool, so maybe please maintain it more cleanly. Place is really good for family and actually no need to take other booking for water activities its all inside the resort.

We booked for 3 rooms twin bed seaview. And request one of is connecting with our king bed . Its good when hotel upgrade my room into studio that connecting with king bed room . Thank you so much . Have mini kitchen and its quite big also . Untuk another 2 room (twin bed seaview) , semut terlalu banyak dan tidak selesa bila tidur. Kulit menjadi gatal . Please hotel take note this issues seriously . I read another reviews also its face same issues . Fyi the picture i attach is the room studio. Lagi 2 bilik i forgot to snap picture . Overall just nice. Thank you

Lage dieses Hotels ziemlich groß, weil nahe dem Strand sie haben eine große Aussicht auf das Meer. Obwohl das Zimmer ein bisschen alt und schmutzig vor allem im Toilette. Hat Probleme mit dem TV manchmal keine Verbindung. Es ist eine 1 km entfernte Spazierfahrt erforderlich, um den Geschäft und das Restaurant zu essen zu gehen, weil das Restaurant in diesem Hotel noch nicht geöffnet ist.

Das Personal ist hilfreich.
Frühstück nicht viele Sorten, sondern lecker.
Ich prüfte sehr spät (ca. 1+am) aber das Personal wartete noch und der Wachmann half, unsere Sachen ins Zimmer zu bringen. Danke. 👍🏻🫰🏻
