Wir liebten unseren Aufenthalt hier, es war großartig und schnell zu checken und wir absolut lieben den Raum in unserem Zimmer. Die Sauberkeit war phänomenal und ich würde absolut hier wieder bleiben. Das ist mein Lieblingshotel bislang! Es war so bequem und wir hatten genug Platz, um sich zu entspannen und einige Mengen Speicherplatz wie ein Hutch AND closet zu genießen. Ich bin sehr gemütlich mit bestimmten Dingen und dieses Hotel hat alle meine Boxer auscheckt.

Das Zimmer war sauber und eine schöne Größe, gute Größe TV, die immer ein Plus ist. Anständige Pool-Bereich und ein gutes Fitnesscenter, Lage ist großartig, um durch Attraktionen näher zu kommen, hat eine nette Lobbybar serviert Lebensmittel und Getränke bis 11:00 Uhr keine co. Beschwerden würden definitiv hier wieder bleiben.

FFranjessica JoynerIch war sehr nervös, um ein neues Hotel zu kommen! Besonders weil wir nie in der Gegend geblieben sind. Sie machten mich sofort fühlen, als ich reinkam! Wir nahmen kleines Gehen weg, um unsere Kinder Frühlingspause zu beenden! Wir alle genossen unserem Aufenthalt! Aber mein Liebling war wie freundlich es war!

Ich arbeite in der Hotelindustrie, ich habe 10+ Jahre in der Hauspflege verbracht, von Hauspflege all die Straße zum Exekutivpflege amd Ich bin super kritisch über Hotels. Ich habe auch für Hampton Inn & Suites zuvor gearbeitet. Dieses Gebäude verfügt über sehr gut ausgebildete Mitarbeiter, extrem professionelle und willkommene Front Desk Mitarbeiter und super sauber schön super saubere Zimmer und Einrichtungen. 5 Sterne ganz auf dem Weg für dieses Gebäude!

In diesem Preisbereich hätte ich jedoch erwartet, dass das Haus jeden Tag behält. Nach dem Frontdesk kommen sie nur jeden zweiten Tag.
Nicht schön nach einem besprochenen Tag zurück zu kommen und sehen Sie Ihr Zimmer / Bett nicht gereinigt. Es fühlt sich ein wenig günstig.
Ich würde nicht zwei Nächte in einer Reihe hier bleiben.

MMichaelKleine musste finden, gefangen, aber nicht so schlecht, wenn Sie es einmal getan haben. Sonst ziemlich mittlere Springhill Suiten mit der üblichen (geräuschlichen) Wand HVAC, und kleiner Badezimmerbereich. Komfortable Bett. Es scheint, als hätte es vor kurzem relativ renoviert (außer den Aufzügen, die wie Molasse laufen!)....

GGuest UserDie Väter und die Grüße waren freundlich und willkommen. Unsere Jr. Suite war sehr schön und sauber. Es war angenehmen überrascht, dass es zwei Fernsehsets gab, eine im Wohnbereich und eine im Schlafzimmer. Der Innenpool ist klein, aber ich reise nicht mit Kindern, und es war schön, dass ich flogen kann. Jacuzzi war warm für meinen Geschmack, aber nicht warm genug für meinen Mann. Der Jacuzzi hatte keinen starken Jet-Strom. Leider fehlt das Frauenzimmer ein Tauchen. Das Frühstück war großartig! Frische warme Pancakes und Eier zum Bestellen gemacht. Insgesamt würde ich es einen Score von 4.8 geben. Leider war das Patio-Gebiet nicht für die Öffentlichkeit verfügbar. Wegen der Lage, des Services und jetzt, da ich weiß, dass der Ort für Veranstaltungen verfügbar ist, weiß ich, dass ich diesen Ort für meine Highschool-Versammlung fördern werde.

PpjshooterkbThe staff very friendly n kind and understanding we lost our home to a fire a neighbor started n they let us stay in parking lot until we can check in I do recommend the motel it's easy to get to n you got some restaurants around but they always greet you with smiles and address you with respect the one young man name Dev so sweet he really knows how to treat the guest ,the matience guy very cool ,this other guy tall guy can't remember his name but I had messed up on the app making the reservation n he took the time to helps us fix the reservation n get us in the room . we are leaving Texas for had nothing but bad luck here ,but if you come visit Fort Worth this is the place to stay. If you want to be entertained n you like to shoot guns go to shoot smart on Lancaster n the 820 freeway another amazing place it's all family oriented but thank you all to the staff n manger n matience n housekeepers thank you all for you amazing hospitality much love from Kimberly n my husband keep up the great work u do

Ich war bestürzt, als ich mein Auto zu einem Preis von 30 USD / Nacht aufräumen musste, worüber ich vor der Ankunft nicht informiert wurde. Ich hatte das Gefühl, ich sollte es erwähnen, damit andere wissen, was sie erwartet. Der Standort befindet sich direkt am Kongresszentrum, das ungefähr 5 km mit dem Auto von den Stockyards entfernt ist. Das Zimmer war sauber, ebenso das Hotel. Ich habe mich dort absolut sicher gefühlt und war mit meinem Aufenthalt insgesamt zufrieden.

JJackouDas Hotel ist ein gutes Hotel. Wir sind heute ein bisschen unbehaglich. Wir sind alle um 8 Uhr in der Nacht geblieben. Viele der gewechselten Betten liegen noch am Türpunkt. Die Schachtel ist auch am Leitungsschrank. Am nächsten Morgen wurde der Austritt nicht gereinigt. Es ist wirklich, dass dieses Hotel den Preis abnimmt!
Ich bin gerade ins Zimmer gekommen, und ich habe festgestellt, dass die Pferde schlimm sind und sterben, und das Wasser ist langsam ausgebreitet... Sie können sich vorstellen...

GGastnutzerMy daughter and I were traveling for a gymnastics competition. We were pleased with the location's proximity to the Fort Worth Convention Center and dining options. The room and hotel were pretty clean overall.
However, these are the weird things that ruined our stay:
- The bathroom door knob was missing. I know it sounds weird, but there was no knob--just a big hole in the door where one should be.
- The heat in our room did not work. We were cold and had it set to 80, but it only blew cold air.
- Upon arrival at breakfast (included with our specific booking) no one acknowledged us or greeted us. We waited for a while and then I tracked down a worker putting out food to ask if we seat ourselves or if someone seats us. She did not reply to me (language barrier), but got someone to tell us we could just seat ourselves. It was confusing and unwelcoming. I witnessed other patrons enter after me and share the same confusion and have to ask as well. A simple greeting, welcome, or explanation could go a LONG way.
I am not typically a complainer, so the issues above would've normally been mentioned at checkout for resolution before the next time they put someone in the room. It wasn't worth the hassle of moving to a different room.
- (This was the biggie.) We had a family enter our room because they were given keys and assigned OUR room at check in. We had not checked out, and now our keys would no longer work. The family returned to the desk and were assigned a different room. When I asked about this mix up at the desk, they told me they ”didn't know how that had happened” like I was somehow making it up. They reprogrammed our key cards and assured us that no one else would bother us during the remainder of our stay.
- They charged me for one night of parking instead of two, and charged me for breakfast although it was included with my booking. These charges were resolved and an apology was extended for the inconveniences of the stay.
I would not stay at this hotel again, and will choose differently when traveling there next year. It was a hassle and a disappointment.
