Das beste Erlebnis hier mit der Familie. Die Kinder waren mit den unterschiedlichen Beckenarten sehr zufrieden und glücklich. Auch die Einrichtungen des Kinderclubs werden mit der Verfügbarkeit einer PS5 Ihrem Geschmack gerecht, allerdings ist eine vorherige Buchung erforderlich. Das Auge meines Kindes war von Katzenläusen oder Läusen befallen, das medizinische Team kam sofort, um Hilfe anzubieten. Ebenso sind das Café-Personal und der Manager vor Ort sehr hilfsbereit! Insgesamt ein unvergessliches Erlebnis, Danke an Frau Fadzilah und Herrn Yoga für die Hilfe! Wir haben die Gastfreundschaft hier wirklich genossen, werden wiederkommen und es anderen empfehlen.🫶🏻👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Vielen Dank an das Personal von Pulse Garden, das mich und meinen Mann am Eingang sehr freundlich begrüßte. Das Zimmer ist sehr gemütlich, groß und das Bett ist weich. Das Frühstück bietet eine große Auswahl und ist köstlich, besonders Dimsum und Roti Canai und Curry. Es gibt auch eine große Auswahl an Salaten und Obst. Das beste Hotel für diejenigen, die Privatsphäre und Ruhe suchen. Der Pool war unglaublich. Ihre Mitarbeiter sind die Besten, einfach süß. Danke

This hotel is located near many of Putrajaya's attractions including Surau Ar-Raudhah Apartmen Presint 16 Putrajaya, Dataran Pahlawan Negara and AMBASSADOR PUTRAJAYA. In their spare time, guests can explore the hotel's surroundings. For those driving themselves, parking is provided on site. There's never a dull moment at this hotel, our guests indicate that the facilities are excellent.

Excellent before n after sales service! Very friendly n clear instruction before accommodation. Giving extra time for late check-out too. Clean and spacious suitable for family n friends gatherings.
We have realized accidentally left our item the next day after check out but the host putting extra effort to search it n willing to courier it back to us without any charges ! Thank you very much! We had a good time there!

AAnonymer BenutzerI booked because I have a course at KPM. Easy access from KPM to this hotel. Walk only through Alamanda Mall. Clean, comfortable and spacious room. There is only the noise of children's voices from the next room which is quite disturbing. Everything else is ok. I will come again later. Thanks!

SSrjWandaIch habe kürzlich in Mercure Living Putrajaya geblieben, und ich muss sagen, die Atmosphäre war wirklich außergewöhnlich. Die allgemeine Atmosphäre war ruhig und schön gestaltet, die perfekte Umgebung für Entspannung und Entspannung schuf. Von der eleganten Dekoration im Lobby bis hin zur gemütlichen Beleuchtung in den Zimmern wurde jede Details gedacht zu heilen. Die Außenräume waren besonders wunderschön, bieten einen friedlichen Rückzug aus der städtischen Busting.
Ich habe jedoch bemerkt, dass keine Gewürze im Zimmer geliefert wurden, was ein wenig ungünstig war. Zusätzliche Grundgewürze wie Teebeutel , Zucker, Cremer im Zimmer.

DDayana MuradThis was 2nd time our trip to zenith. We had putrajaya night half marathon event flag off in the putrajaya bridge just near the hotel. We can just walked to the event place. So much convinient. Breakfast was ok, croissants were good. Just pls improve on refilling the coffee. The coffee was tasteless at some point. Not sure what happened.
Overall it was memorable stay!

Quite hard to find nearby parking especially during peak hours since the hotel located in busy area (shoplots with offices).. also, you can hear other rooms talking. Overall our one night stay at the hotel was not so bad 👍🏻
