In the day when we were up at the Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, he texted us to check if we were doing alright and if the elderly was feeling alright. In his place, he fed us well with endless supply of pomegranate, pu’er tea, snacks and his secret stash of 白酒. 十三少is more than a host to us, he’s a friend, which we will come back to whenever we are at Lijiang.
