The resort, the restaurants, the cloud were all great. But the access by JR train was so bad because there's no elevator. Because of my nationality i cannot drive and rent a car in Japan so i had to take the train to go to this resort. To go to the other platform, we had to take the stairs while carrying our heavy luggage. Unlucky me i just had a spine surgery and i actually should not carry heavy weight luggage but i have no options and i am with my mother who is over 60 she also had to carry heavy weight luggage through the stairs. Maybe its our bad due to the misinformation on our side that the station is like this, but just a little note for travelers who cannot rent a car to go to this resort. Either JR or Hoshino Resort maybe could invest a little for elevator or maybe assign some porter who could help just in case there are some customers with health problems like me or older people.

Einrichtung: Risonare Innendekoration ist alt und die Wandwand des Badezimmers ist abgestürzt, die Tür ist auch beschädigt, aber das Problem ist nicht groß, weil das Zimmer groß ist, es gibt eine super große Massage! Sie müssen nicht in der Reihe warten und die Leuchtkörper! Also denke ich, dass kleine Probleme ignoriert werden können! Zu den Hotelklassischen, kamen wir vor Weihnachten an und dachte, noch eine Ethyl-Ferienstadt in einem Feriendorf zu gehen. Als es zu Ethyl-Ferienstadt kam, begann es zu schauen, es gab kein Licht, keine Aktivitäten, nicht einmal Musik! Eine Briefmarke sagte, dass er erst am Weihnachten eröffnet werden soll! Sehr enttäuscht, ich weiß nicht, warum das Hotel diese Vorgehensweise braucht. Die Skisaison ist schon früh gekommen. Die Schnee ist sehr hoch. Die Gäste, die sich aufhalten, haben ihren Gipfel erreicht. Das gute Projekt muss bis Weihnachten verschoben werden.

Outdoor Onsen at Mina Mina Beach: This was the quintessential way to conclude an eventful day. It captures the true essence of Japanese relaxation. Immersing oneself in the warm onsen waters, with nature all around and the occasional sight of deer grazing nearby, was therapeutic in every sense.
