Very conveniently located in a residential area with markets, restaurants and even a hospital at 5-6 minutes walking distance. Rooms are neat and clean. All basic amenities are provided. Staffs are very polite and took extra effort to attend our additional needs. Also breakfast served was very delicious. Overall a delightful experience staying at cassiopeia guest house. Would like to visit again

This is my first stay at courtyard shillong I am writing to convey my deepest gratitude for the extraordinary experience I had during this particular trip. The property is very well maintained and cozy and beautiful. The level of care and dedication exhibited by your staff surpassed our highest expectations, leaving an indelible mark on me. The personalized greetings and the seamless check-in process immediately set the tone . Appreciate team members Mr.PURUSHOTTAM, Ms.JOGITA , Ms.DEEPIKA , Ms.MAMATA Mr.STEVEN, Ms.KELLY for their exceptional assistance and graciousness. Their knowledge of the area and willingness to go the extra mile in accommodating my requests was greatly appreciated. check out and concierge service was perfect. Mr. PAVAN (Restaurent /F&b Manager) took out time to interact with me at length. He explained so many nuances and things going on behind scenes to make restaurants run smoothly and how each guest is different and their taste buds and preferences are unique and how his team handles each of them very carefully and with heart .His professionalism and genuine care for dining experience did not go unnoticed. Mr.RAJEEV was wonderful chef and human being and as I have very long list of intolerances, health condition they considered all of them and cooked special meals for me and taking care of my health during this solo travel. My further travel completely depended on this particular trip and they ensured it was absolutely perfect as I required. He even got me special food packed for flight . I could travel to Darjeeling, Shillong, delhi, gurgaon and currently at dehradun now .Thanks to your team boosting my confidence I congratulate Mr. JAMES ( Operations - Head) to put up such a wonderful young team and maintaining highest standards of hospitality and taking care of guests.His hospitality nature, one on one conversation and having breakfast with me and talking at length on various things is highly appreciated. He knows his job and gives attention to detail and willing to go extra mile to make guest feel special and at home. His knowledge, skills, professionalism and personal connect with take him to greater heights in hospitality industry for sure. Clean and comfortable stay. Rooms a modern with comfortable bedding and great showers. I slept like a baby! The gym has some cardio equipment and a solid set of dumbbells (and usually pretty quiet). If you go want a great workout, hit up Amarveer! He’ll put you through a great workout, he’s really knowledgeable and has great exercises to put variety in your session. Verdy, Mery, and Daphi at reception were wonderful and very helpful making sure we got the most out of our stay in Shillong.

The resort Roinam retreat is a decent place to stay for a larger group. Pros: a. Resort arrangement b. Food c. Rooms cleanliness. Everyday it is cleant and our belongings are safe and secure. d. Front office (Miss Priya and team is very friendly and approachable) . We had a medical emergency one night and the front office team did not hesitate to help us to their best. They accompanied us to the nearby hospital - Hats-off Cons Location - its a bit interior and vey little access to any shops, but on the other hand it gives a very calm and near to nature atmosphere Food - We were veg group so not many options Breakfast - The menu is standard and repeats alternate days. No options at all Food area - Reception and food area is the same so felt very cramped. Power fluctuation - Although they have generator backup, during metered power the voltage falls low even the fan finds it difficult to run.
