Die Lage ist praktisch, mit dem Einkaufszentrum verbunden und das Zimmer ist geräumig.

Ich habe es für die Aufführung gebucht und das Hebei Art Center ist nebenan. Das Hotel befindet sich im selben Gebäude wie das Einkaufszentrum. Es ist sehr praktisch. Der Preis ist am 1. Mai nicht viel gestiegen. Die Einstellung der Rezeption ist gut und das Zimmer ist sauber

Diesmal nahm ich den Schwiegervater, die Frau und die Kinder meiner Frau mit auf eine gemeinsame Reise. Ich habe mehrere Male in Vientiane Sky City gelebt. Diesmal gab es beim Einchecken einige kleine Wendungen. Aber insgesamt ist es gut. Dieses Hotel ist in jeder Hinsicht in Ordnung. Empfohlen. Wir wohnten in einem Zimmer, das vorübergehend genutzt wurde. Leicht fehlerhaft. Aber das Zimmer, in dem die Schwiegereltern wohnen, ist kein Problem.

Der Besuch des Konzerts ist sehr praktisch, sehr ruhig, das Zimmer ist groß, gut ausgestattet, das Bett ist sehr bequem, die Lage ist sehr gut, man kann bequem essen und der Reinigungsservice ist sehr aufmerksam!

Der Raum war mit 29 Blöcken der heißeste und die Klimaanlage konnte ihn nicht kühlen. Die Umgebung ist alt und schäbig. Es ist besser, bei Atour oder All Seasons in Xindian zu übernachten.

Property is not well maintained. Hotel definitely needs some renovations

The location of the hotel is great. The rooms were clean and generally tidy. I was surprised to find however that there were no disposable slippers although that maybe a hotel policy to prevent waste but I think they should be made available on request. Breakfast had a good selection and was worth the cost. Sadly, we did not have time to avail of any of the other facilities in the hotel. The weak point seems to be the check in process. It took far too long, I do not expect to spend fifteen minutes to check into a hotel with a prepaid reservation. There is no issue with language as I can speak Chinese. I realise that there are extra steps to deal with when dealing with overseas guests but they seemed pretty clueless when I presented them with a permanent resident card and insisted on my passport instead. The fact there was no entry stamp in my passport as it is new confused them even more and I had to waste more time finding my old passport which luckily I had with me. I was then asked various questions concerning my travel history which in over a decade in China I have never been asked before and when I asked why they needed this information there was no definitive answer given. I also received a follow up call encouraging me to leave a review and to join their membership program, this is not expected and guests information should not be used for marketing. I expect that a manager will see this review and should note these concerns and speak to their reception team to rectify this.

Always good for this hotel. Highly recommend. A nice place to live in.

the best hotel in shijiazhuang many places around to enjoy good environment, clean and easy to get transportation near to train station, big rooms and smell always good . it's good choice to stay

My wife and I have stayed here quite a few times since 2013. We've always left good reviews. But this time, I found roaches in my room. I had my bag on the floor. And when I went to pick it up, there were roaches scrambling to get back to their hole in the wall. We were planning on returning this coming weekend July 28th - 30th. But we will NOT be returning. Guests be advised there are roaches. I told the hotel, and there response was "We will clean the room for the next guest".

Booked 30 minutes before check in because all trains ceased operation dye to ice and snow. Surprisingly delightful, top 3 properties in my 300+ IHG group worldwide.

Ok, can not say anything bad

Overall the experience was good but at check-in I was surprised at the line of questioning from the clerk. Why is the name of the local company I came to visit required during check-in? My visa is a resident visa so I was surprised at this line of questioning. Other than that I don’t have any complaints and quite enjoyed my stay.
