I recently stayed at this hotel and found it quite convenient and comfortable. It's well-placed near Shaibu Metro Station, making city travel easy. Plus, the nearby malls offer great shopping and dining, and Dongmen Pedestrian Street is a short walk away. The room was spacious, with strong water pressure and hot showers. They have a self-laundry on the 12th level is a useful. However their recommended walkway to the hotel lobby is narrow and not very clean. I'd suggest using the mall entrance to the lift lobby during the day or the Lavande Hotel entrance in the night for a more pleasant experience.

Location is good, easy to reach to the metro. Staffs are unable to speak English but willing to help

Room was spacious but there is a musky smell. You can smell the cigarettes if someone next door is smoking.

amazing location, right by a very popular street market. Staff were only okay, they got annoyed at us for asking for a room change because the SLIDING DOOR for the toilet and shower were SEE THROUGH! The set up for the rooms toilet and shower were awful, and when we asked for a different room, they told us EVERY room was this set up.. only for them to later agree to change our room. The room we got switched to had a proper bathroom, thankfully. Was not a fun experience, but it worked out in the end. Also the lobby was weird to navigate but still the location of the hotel is very good
