Das Hotel liegt in der Nähe des Flughafens. Es wird ein kostenloser Bustransfer vom Flughafen zum Hotel angeboten. Das Zimmer ist sauber und das Personal sehr nett.

Location is great, near the metro station and with many restaurants around. Front desk staff doesn’t speak a word of English (which is unfortunately very typical in China).  The lobby is on the ground floor and the rooms are in the upper floors a shopping arcade so both are not adjacent nor connected, at night it looks a bit sketchy and seedy… ladies might feel unsafe.  Room had no window and was quite humid. It was just ok for a short sleep before catching a flight.  They have free shuttle to the Airport but it only runs every hour (6am,7am,8am etc), the ride takes only 15min.

Awful experience. The photos are completely different from the room. Never experienced this from trip.com before, I can't believe that this listing is still like this despite negative reviews. Be careful, some of the rooms are actual hotel rooms so overall rating is good. But this particular room is just an old apartment room, bad noise isolation, dirty walls and kitchen, no carpeting, bathroom with no separation between toilet and shower etc.

Got a room with a spoilt external alert for "room cleaning"...So, they probably dismissed the room for any cleaning. Lucky, it was just a short stay.

Location is good for airport transit travellers. Very near to MRT Station, surrounding services is good.

The only bright side is its proximity to the airport. First, let's talk about the building itself (ie hardware). There's no lobby. Anyone can enter through a stair to the lift then to your level. While you need a room card to use the lift, people can always sneak in. Another thing is you cannot check in without going to the other hotel few blocks away. It made me feel unsafe. For the room, while it looks nice on photos, please be mentally prepared. The basin in not in the bathroom, and the toilet and shower are not separated. Second, service is meh. If you cannot speak Chinese, remember to prepare a translator friend (over the phone). Because of stress from the amount of visitors/complaints, it's noticeable that they were losing patience. Third, the smoking problem. At that time, we booked a non-smoking room, and it was confirmed by the staff. When we got in, we immediately sensed the smell. And we found an ashtray. There's also no window or ventilating fan, so basically the air has no way out except our lungs. Isn't it a non-smoking room? Despite this, the staff helped us change to another room right away (though it's next door). Staying here for one night is more than enough for me.
