Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut. Es liegt im zentralen Geschäftsviertel von Futian, nicht weit von der U-Bahn-Station entfernt. Wenn Sie nach Hongkong fahren, können Sie zum Hochgeschwindigkeitsbahnhof Futian oder zu den Häfen Futian und Huanggang fahren. Der Transport ist sehr praktisch und es gibt viele Orte zum Essen, Trinken und Spaß haben. Das Frühstück im Hotelrestaurant ist im chinesischen und westlichen Stil, reichhaltig, bietet alles, was Sie brauchen, und der Preis ist relativ hoch

Die Lage des Hotels ist relativ günstig, in der Nähe des Einkaufsparks und des Ping An-Gebäudes; die Transportmöglichkeiten sind bequem, 10 Minuten von der U-Bahn-Station Shixia entfernt. Das Zimmer verfügt über eine Badewanne und ist hygienisch und sauber. Als ich eincheckte, stellte ich fest, dass es im vierten Stock eine kleine Ausstellungshalle gab, die die Pioniergeschichte von Shenzhen zeigte, und sie fiel zufällig mit der Grünland-Geburtstagsfeier im vierten Stock zusammen.

Big but dated Hotel We booked the Deluxe Family Suite for 2 nights Location: is good and convenient to reach all relevant areas in Shenzen easily Service: ok, very friendly and helpful. Apartment: looks great on the official pictures but is very dated in reality. Needs some serious renovation in most areas as well as for furniture and appliances. Beds were good and the matraces felt nice. Shower and bathrooms dated and quite old. Breakfast: would have had to pay 2 breakfast extra as we were 4 people but we chose not to do this, everything chinese style, nothing to remember or complain about but would not recommend booking breakfast. Mainly warm food, some milk and cereal but e.g. no western style breakfast on display at all. WiFi: not stable. Overall: we payed almost 1000 RMB/night which seems totally overpriced looking back and compared to other much better apartments we have stayed in recently around China. Sorry to say but overall kind of disappointing….and pricy…

I went to the exhibition, it was like 10 minutes walking away from it i really liked it

I stay in this hotel several times already, this time i celebrate my wife birthday here, i enjoy the feeling here, feel like go home.

A bit different from pics shown, like not that much spacious. I was not expecting this low standard in such high price.

About 10 mins walk to metro station. But taxi is not expensive here so suggest to take taxi if the place is nearby

Worked well with the shuttle service to Canton fair. Cleanliness was somewhat lacking as most places are. Every worked well.

Hotel is nice, everything was clean and okay. The problem was we booked the loft room, but instead they gave us only the upper floor of the loft apartment. They rebuilt two new apartments from one. Still, Room was small, but okay, bathroom was wide. And we checked in very very late, so no time to bother with room changing. Bed was soft. And we checked out at 14h, you can call the reception before 12h and tell them that you will check out at 14h. Right across that small street is an Italian restaurant. Nice pizza and pasta. As I said, nice hotel for that price to stay one night and move forward.

Staffs are friendly and supportive. Receptionist can speak English. Reasonable price. Welcome fruits and tea everyday Except for bad smeall in bathroom, everything is oke.

since checking in at around 5pm, the room upstairs kept making noises such as footsteps or chair dragging. the hotel was able to change another room for me. but i have already spent a good number of hours in the troubled room before that. the room changing was a hassle to me although it was not too big a deal. I would comment the troubled room was not perfectly fit for tenancy as it was apparently very sensitive to surrounding noises , i'd like to suggest the hotel install further sound proof device to mitigate the noises before next assignment. finally. i hope trip.com can refund me some trip points for my next hotel stay. the 4xx dollars for this stay was not worth it with regards to the hassle it brought

I have stayed here for many times. This time around, I brought my cousin and the family for the Chinese New Year. The rooms were not cristal clean. There was dust everywhere and I could feel it got older and worn out compared to 2 years ago. The staff were nice and friendly as always.

Great value for money and excellent location. Can be a little noisy though on the main road.

The hotel is close to Futian railway station. The room is decent, quite big, with both a bathtub and a shower, but not so clean. Moreover the slippers are not disposable ones.
