Das schlechteste Unterkunftserlebnis aller Zeiten! Um 3 Uhr nachts war es so laut, dass ich nicht schlafen konnte, also bat ich den Kellner, heraufzukommen. Der Kellner selbst meinte, es sei wirklich zu laut! Gib mir ein anderes Zimmer! Ich bin gegen 7 Uhr morgens mit dem Hochgeschwindigkeitszug gefahren und habe die ganze Nacht nicht geschlafen! Es ist so laut, sagen Sie es Ihren Kunden doch gleich beim Check-in! Ich habe mich morgens an der Rezeption beschwert und gesagt, ich solle eine Klage bei Bar Street einreichen! Nun, ich habe noch nie einem Hotel eine schlechte Bewertung gegeben, während ich das ganze Jahr über geschäftlich unterwegs war! Dieses Hotel ist wirklich schlecht, schlimmer als alle zwei- oder dreihundert Kettenhotels!

Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr gut und die U-Bahn ist bequem zu erreichen Die Konfiguration ist vorhanden und die Dekoration ist sehr neu Herzlicher Service, Kinder haben eine tolle Zeit Wenn ich das nächste Mal eine Chance habe, werde ich wieder leben!

Großartige Lage - neben dem Cocopark (Bars und Restaurantbereich), ca. 3 Minuten zu Fuß; bequemes Bett, das Zimmer ist groß genug für 2 Personen und sauber. Personal ist freundlich.

Excellent in many many ways with a big thank you Joyce Bao and Kayle (aka Xiao Bao and Xiao Li 小包 小李 ) who helped us with our luggage and sent us off. Besides being very clean and well located here are some other areas that were well done: 1. Take away breakfast available 2. Bell boy proactively looked for extra staff so we could check in quickly 3. Good infrastructure like: good plumbing (no weird smells) faucets, sinks, toilets are all brand name (kosher etc) 4. Pilates class by Kelly was professional 5. Pool was warm and lifeguard did try to ask smokers to move to the sides (as opposed to let them continue soaking) 6. Gym was new, well maintained and changing room bathroom had real paper toilet seat liners that worked, and bags for wet bathing suits. Hair dryers were new. 7. Room had large windows, charging ports at bedside, bathrobe and slippers were thick, fluffy and good quality. Toilet paper was thick 2 ply with good perforations. Borghese soap shampoo etc and mini mouthwash provided 8. Breakfast had good omelettes, and pastry/croissants were well made and buttery. They even had ice cream. Fresh squeezed cucumber, celery and carrot juice made in the spot with juicer. When I asked why they didn’t have anymore hash browns they looked into it. 9. App for Visitor to Shenzhen also provided good information. 10. Sheets, pillows, mattress and duvet were all good quality, fluffy and soft 11. Info available if you need to mail a parcel. 12. Staff are generally well trained and managed and seem to know what they are supposed to do, and can answer questions. They could be further trained in hospitality so they’re passionate about it so it’s more natural. 13. Despite rainstorm everything was dry, no leaks, no mold, no damp smell, hotel wasn’t run down. Areas are generally properly organised. 14. Management seem to supervise and train staff carefully. Only issue was that my minibar was missing drinks but it was sent up when I called about it. But overall a very excellent hotel. Here are some minor observations and some extra suggestions: 1. Pillow menu could be offered 2. Bubble bath could be made available upon request 3. More info about gym, massage place etc could be offered in room and in English (instead of in the Ctrip app). 4. Room could have creamer for coffee and tea 5. A paper bag or bag could be placed in room for extra use. 6. Checkout could have asked for suggestions 7. Check in could ask if takeaway breakfast would be needed. 8. Executive lounge had good cheese, but they could include some crackers or some salami also (salami available at breakfast). Self serve Tea bags should also be available not just coffee. But tea was available upon request. They also need dining cloth napkins and not just small paper napkins 9. Staff Name tags should specify the languages spoken by the staff member (English, Cantonese, Mandarin) 10. Shower stall in the gym needs a lip along the door or the floor so that the water does not go everywhere. Currently the shower floor isn’t slanted enough so the water doesn’t drain fast enough and gets everywhere.

Staff are nice and helpful. Location is close to railway and subway stations and is easy to get around to tourists attractions, shopping malls and restaurants.

Friendly service from Manager Emma. Big room and good views. Best value for money. Will stay in this hotel again.

A lovely stay in Crown Plaza Shenzhen Futian. The services are fantastic. Thank you Ms Alice Huang, Ms Qin’s the warmest hospitality during check in and check out. Very professional and welcoming. The rooms are spotless clean, location is just next to speed train station and 3 subway lines. The breakfast is amazing, wide variety, high quality and yummy. My family would definitely come again. We got our free upgrade and free fresh fruit in the room. Thank you!

The afternoon tea included in our package could have had a greater variety to snacks. Otherwise the service was great, we got upgraded to a room on the higher floors. Room had great views

Despite the use of carpeting, the cleanliness was impeccable with no lingering odors. This attention to cleanliness greatly enhanced my overall comfort during my stay. Superb Gym Facilities: The gym room at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel is top-notch. The facilities are modern and well-equipped, making it a pleasure to maintain my fitness routine while traveling. Whether you're looking to lift weights, do cardio, or engage in other exercises, the gym has everything you need for a satisfying workout experience. Convenient Location: One of the highlights of the hotel's location is its proximity to a shopping mall, which is within walking distance. While I didn't have the opportunity to explore the mall extensively during my brief one-night stay, its presence adds convenience and offers additional options for dining, shopping, and entertainment for guests who have more time to spare. Overall, my stay at Crown Plaza Futian Hotel was fantastic. From the immaculate cleanliness to the excellent gym facilities and convenient location, it's clear that the hotel is committed to providing guests with a comfortable and enjoyable experience. I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Shenzhen.

Amazing location. Quality service. Clean and modern rooms. Everything was amazing about.

This hotel is well managed and rooms are new and clean. We arrived in the early hours and felt welcome.

The location of the hotel is very good. Very convenient to different shopping malls in the locality, all in short walking distance. The room size is nice. Multiple sanitary items are provided in bathroom. Surprised that mouth wash is also provided. However, it is odd that there is no facial tissues provided in the sleeping area. Happy to be served with free fruits with some selections. Breakfast buffet is average. Platings should be well considered with different background and religious offerings travellers. Quite disappointed that some staff at front desk and buffet area cannot understand English (not even up to basic level). However, in general, this is a good hotel. Recommended for business travellers and touring.

Friendly and helpful staff (staff at front desk, waitress, room cleaner). Example: During breakfast, I did not see bananas displayed at the buffet corner. I checked with one staff, she quickly arranged to send me two bananas from the kitchen! The hotel is within walking distance from two metro train stations of line#1, line#3 and a Futian Railway station.
