Ich werde dieses Hotel weiterhin wählen, wenn ich das nächste Mal nach Xiamen gehe! Jede Dame im Inneren hat einen starken Sinn für Service. Besonders die in der Lounge sind sehr einladend. Alle Aspekte des Hotels sind gut. Es gibt vielleicht nichts, was an der Hotelmarke besser wäre. Wenn ich mich für ein Hotel entscheide, achte ich mehr auf Service und Umgebung. Everything about this hotel is awesome. Breakfast, customer service, location, hotel rooms is all top notch. Next to a medium size shopping mall which is self sufficient.

Good breakfast, extremely helpful staff. Room is very clean and tidy, hotel ambience is nice. Good thing that it is located next to a big shopping mall.

Highly recommended to stay here if you travel in Xiamen. We came for Jolin tsai concert and they do provide shuttle bus service to stadium. All the staff are very helpful and friendly. Thanks Una and Amanda for helping us during our stay.

The receptionist named Pearl is polite, cute and pretty. She is very helpful. The room is soundproofed well, located in front of the elevator but quiet. It is one of the few places that has a refrigerator with free Tsingtao beer and other sodas. The room is spacious. The location of the hotel is next to Wanda shopping mall. It is easy to find food. The price is not expensive. It is convenient to travel.

Really enjoyed our stay here. Thank you especially to Jerry, Mandy and Jamie. Staff went above and beyond to help us with any questions we had. Wonderful service, even gave us gifts on our last day. Highly recommend your stay here especially if it’s your first time vacationing in China!

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Our concierge, Pearl, was very nice and helped us with any questions and gave recommendations on things to do around the area. The room was spacious and clean.

We had a very good experience staying in this hotel. As I received a notice from our airline that our flight got canceled, I went to the front desk for help. A young man (I forgot his name!) helped me patiently, calling the airline to make new arrangements. Thanks so much!

Room was really clean and spacious, nothing bad to say about it. The staff is very friendly, the amenities are true to pictures and impressive: best gym I have seen in a hotel within that price range yet. The swimming pool is also really good (big and clean) I would for sure go back and recommend.

The Staff was super friendly and very helpful. They help with calling taxi and giving out information on various tourist sites. When we had more than 4 hours waiting period for our flight home, they offered us to rest at the 25th floor hotel lounge where we can enjoyed massage chair and complimentary refreshments. We loved out stay there and definitely will go back again. The Breakfast menu was superb. There is also a moderate shopping area for food and clothing next to the Hotel. So We can easily find Lunch and Dinner selection at that shopping Mall or the area around it. Thank you Langham Hotel Xiamen
