I had a good experience at this place and I will highlight all the pros and cons. Pros: 1. Good location and cheap price. I could walk to the beach in 6-7 minutes which is a plus point. 2. I was allowed early check in. I went to the hotel at around 12:30pm. It was raining outside. I went to the room and slept for an hour before traveling to beach. 3. The person at reception could speak a little English which was convenient. 4. We were upgraded to a superior double room which was nice but I don’t think it improved our comfort. Cons: 1. While the location is nice, it was challenging to find the accommodation. It’s located on second floor of 102-14 if I recall correctly. It’s not a hotel but a guesthouse. 2. I had brought my own electric mosquito repellent so I don’t know if there were mosquitoes at night. There was no mosquito net on the window. 3. The facilities are old and you can see it in all reviews. 4. It was not quiet at night. There was constant noise coming from street. Someone started cleaning rooms outside very early in the morning. Maybe it became quiet around 2 AM but don’t expect a soundproof environment. 5. There was no air purifier in the room. Window is the only option for ventilation. 6. There is no exhaust vent or fan in the bathroom. 7. The pipe in the bathroom basin is not connected to the floor and you will see water flowing from tap to the floor. 8. I don’t know about hot water because I stayed for a short time. 9. The ash tray and kettle didn’t look clean. 10. Bedding was fine to sleep for 5-6 hours. 11. No tissues were provided in the room and washroom had a very small toilet paper roll. Bring your own tissues, water, mosquito repellent and you should be fine.

If you are looking for a hotel thats budget friendly and close to the beach, then this hotel is for you. Apart from the restroom, i didn't like anything else. The room was looking kibda dirty, every furniture were old, the fan looked like it will break if turned on. The tea tray was burnt by multiple cigarette buds i guess but they still didnt change. The matress is very stiff (not recommend for couples). Over all not a good experience apart from being close to the beach

Love this hotel so much..I promise I will come back to this hotel ..the receptionist are nice and friendly..in the great location walk 5 minutes to the Beach ⛱ 😎

Service and other commodities were good. Cleanliness is also appreciatiable.

Located very close to the station and the beach. Not that clean, poor renovation, but price affordability and location made us to choose this hotel. If you need a place just to sleepover and spend most of the time in the beach it worse to consider this hotel.

Это заведение не соответствует стандартам Trip.com. Все видно на фото. Местоположение это близость к пляжу и метро. Остальное ужасно. Печально, что на фото нельзя передать не выносимый смрад из этого заведения.

위치는 정말 최적이고 가성비가 좋은 곳입니다. 혼자 여행할 때 묵으면 괜찮습니다. 근처에 아울렛도 있고 지하철역도 가까워서 정말 좋습니다.
