I have been to Sharm three times in 2022. Before i stayed in diffirent hotels in here and when i compare with other hotels, definitely i can say Sultan Gardens Resort is very good. I will stay here next time again. All staffs are very helpful and kind. Rooms are clean and big. Breakfast is nice and enough i think. In receiption, Mr Muhammed was so kind and thanks to him for all. Hope to be here soon

非常完美，酒吧味道還有表演都很好，風景非常好，房間乾淨有獨立泳池，但是獨立潛水中心太貴了，不要在這裏潛水。

Es ist geeignet für Alleine sowie für Familien! am Poll von Hasan und Ahmed am 8.2.2024 sehr nett/ freundlich /hilfsbereit Empfangen. Wir werden das an alle die im Ägypten Urlaub machen nur empfehlen. Eine sehr saubere Lage/ essen sehr frisch. Speisen direkt von uns gemacht. Mit Getränke immer ausreichend versorgt.

Gleich zum Anfang: Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet, sehr reichhaltig und frisch, lecker und fantasievoll zubereitet. Selten haben wir dieses Niveau in Ägypten erlebt und wir kennen schon mehr als 70 Hotels. Bravo! Trotz des Massenandrangs beim Abendessen ist der Service ausgezeichnet! Die Zimmer sind sehr schön, renoviert, wir empfehlen unbedingt mit Meerblick zu buchen! Keine Deutsche TV-Programme aber dafür vier Sportkanäle (Bundesliga und Champions League in BeInSport.) Wifi ist überall, auch im Zimmer. Ein grosser Minuspunkt ist das sehr laute Abendprogramm draussen, es geht bis Mitternacht. Es gibt offensichtlich keine geeignete Räumlichkeiten dafür in so einem grossen und modernen Hotel. Schade! Auch die Tischtennisplatten stehen draussen im Wind neben dem beheizten Aktivity-Pool mit ohrenbetäubenden Musik und Dumdum! Wie die Kinder und deren Eltern sowas ertragen können, ist uns nicht verständlich… Der Strand ist traumhaft schön, Schnorcheln super, der Fitnessraum etwas klein aber sehr gut. Der Service überall sehr gut, freundlich und professionell. Das Hotel ist komplett ausgebucht im Gegensatz zu den anderen Hotels. Alles ist eigentlich sehr schön und von guter Qualität, zu empfehlen vor allem für jüngere Leute und Familien. Und für Gäste für die das gute Essen wichtig ist.

Das Hotel ist sehr gross und sehr gepflegt. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, sympathisch und hilfsbereit. Es hat viel Entertainment im Hotel selber. Ausserdem war Ronaldinho sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

It was a very enjoyable vacation. It is not the first time to visit this resort. I went down several times, but every time I return because of the beauty of the hotel and the treatment of the high-end and distinguished staff, especially Mr. Mohamed Zaki in the reception, Chef Shukry, Mr. Lofty, all the hotel worker, Al-Rom Service Mahmoud, Fathi, Nader and Ahmed. I always see that it is the most wonderful hotel for me, and I highly recommend it for all my knowledge and friends. The service is excellent for the price. All the staff at the hotel are in two comfortable and comfortable. Thank you Sultan Gardens

The hotel is fantastic! Impeccably clean facilities, professional and helpful staff, and a wide variety of delicious food. The beach is stunning, offering a perfect escape. Special thanks to Chef Shokry for his exceptional effort and kindness. Highly recommended

What can I say about his hotel. We swapped last minute to stay here and so glad we did. Everything has been truly incredible. Cannot fault it at all. The food was delicious, so much choice plus Al a carte restaurants to choose from. Staff cannot do enough for you. Very friendly and helpful. The hotel is soooooo clean. The staff are constantly cleaning and tending to it. 3am, 12pm 6am doesn’t matter what time it is you will always see someone cleaning the place. Rooms were great and air con a god send. Some days it was 44 degrees !! Animation team fun, happy and lots to do daytimes and evenings. Different pools to choose from, quiet, family, adult, kids. So much choice. The staff work incredible hard and I was so glad to hear that they have amazing facilities to stay in at the hotel too. Everyone goes above and beyond here. Nothing is too much trouble at all. The beach area has a reef for snorkelling too which we spent a lot of time at while here. Thank you to everyone for making our 16 day stay the best. We were a family of 2 adults and a 16 year old girl. Will definitely be back !

Amazing hotel. Great service and very clean beach. Waiters are all friendly and responsive. Animation shows are well planned and entertaining. Hotel rooms are well designed comfortable and clean. Inside hotel are many good activities that make holiday even more fun. Provides diving courses giving an unbelievable experience.

What a fantastic resort Sultans is. Everything was brilliant from the start. Service is something else. Our room was on the first floor overlooking the sea so beautiful. Room's and bathrooms are really modern. Air-conditioning is so good. Food was brilliant. We ate in the the main hall so much choice and everything was really good,live cooking stations if you wanted prawns or chicken or fish cooked for you. Bejoy who looked after us in the main restaurant was a brilliant host and waiter credit to the hotel. We used the Indian restaurant and Fleur-de-lis for our two a la carte, food was superb. So good we are booked in to go next year. Beach is great for snorkeling so many fishes and wow the colours are amazing. There is two pontoons for snorkeling to see the coral and fishes. There's also plenty of pools to choose from we used North 38 you got looked after like kings and queens. Special mention to Adham for the brilliant cocktails and Mohamed for our towels and looking after us. All in all was a brilliant hotel food was beautiful alongside the surrounding. Looking forward to coming back in March.

Its the best resort in Sharm Elshiekh from my own opinion, Food 10/10 Service are Awesome Staff beginning of: 1) reception Mr. Ibrahim the afternoon shift he’s the best so kind and helpful to the max 2) Beach Bars staff ( Ahmed Salah(Toshka) / Omar / Mohammed bekhet ) 3) Main Restaurant the supervisor ( Mr. Mommen) 4) Beach lifeguard ( Mohammed Saad ) Am guest in this hotel for past 7 years always felt satisfied ❤️

The level of service and the efforts spent everyday is way beyond our expectations.. Thank you Sultan Gardens team for making our stay easy and comfortable.. We had 2 small children with us and we were exhausted, but we did not feel it hard because of the number of staff available to serve you 24/7..
