Th only drawback is that there is no air conditioner in summer and the fan provided cannot rotate. 

Great place to stay for holiday/vacation. It is within walking distance to the lake.

The staff are generally friendly however the service is not up to expectation. We are suppose to checkin at 2/3pm, and had a confirmation called from the hotel in the morning. However, when I arrived at 4pm, I was told that it’s not ready and they need till 5:30pm to have the room ready. The place was under renovation and it’s messy and dusty, but the room is nice and clean. Overall it’s good with nice view.

Reception is friendly, and guide the restaurants for dinner very clearly.

We have a wonderful stayed here. Nice motel and near to The Lake Te Anau. Thank you.

Located just across the lake and a stone throw away to the town centre. The room looks dated but was clean. Overall a decent place to stay if you don’t mind the slightly dated interior.
