Essen ausgezeichnet. Was die Kinder störte, war das Schreien und Herumlaufen im Esszimmer, weil das Essen nicht angenehm war. Man könnte sie in einen anderen Saal stellen, um sich gegenseitig anzuschreien, denn dort war genügend Platz.

Das ist das schlechteste Hotel, in dem ich je übernachtet habe, überhaupt nichts. Der Service ist schlecht, die Zimmerausstattung ist schlecht, die Klimaanlage in zwei der drei Zimmer ist kaputt und die Tür lässt sich nach dem Wechsel in ein anderes Zimmer oft nicht öffnen. Wenn Sie den Kellner bitten, die Tür zu öffnen, werden Sie wird um Trinkgeld gebeten. Die Matratze in meinem Zimmer ist durchgefallen. Ich habe ihnen am Nachmittag gesagt, dass ich das Zimmer wechseln möchte, aber sie waren anderer Meinung. Sie sagten, sie würden die Matratze wechseln, aber sie haben sie die ganze Nacht nicht gewechselt. In den drei Zimmern gab es kein WLAN . Ich war so wütend, dass ich die letzte Nacht nicht geblieben bin. , Ich habe meine Reiseroute geändert und bin nach Kairo zurückgekehrt. Meine Taille wird weh tun, wenn ich noch länger hier bleibe.

Das Personal ist nicht freundlich. Wenn Sie dem Personal Geld zahlen, wird es Sie bedienen. Sie sollten es nicht bezahlen, es wird sich nicht um Sie kümmern. Besonders die Arbeit von Herrn Minar in der Poolbar ist ein sehr schlechter Service und er spendet Ihnen das Trinken wie eine Wohltätigkeitsorganisation, und ich erzählte der Krippe von ihm, aber er machte nichts, auch wenn er sich nicht entschuldigte.

بوفيه الحلويات والطعام سيء للغاية والعصائر والمشروبات الغازية سيئه للغاية عدم الاهتمام بالنزيل عند البارات تعامل جداً سيء لا يوجد سناكات بين الوجبات الحجز الشامل لا يشمل العصائر الطازجه والقهوة التركي الشيء اللذي تحتاجه لا يشمل الحجز الشامل كل شيء يحتاج دفع حتى لو كان حجزك شامل جميع الوجبات والمشروباات موظفون الاستقبال سيئين لا يوجد ماء فقط عبر اكواب لا يوجد زجاجات ماء فقط بالغرف يحاولون استغلال العميل بأي شكل من الاشكال الاكل متكرر شبه يومي لا يوجد تغيير في الطعام ويقومون بوضع كميات قليلة جداً السمك يضعونه بدون تنضيف والروبيان خصوصاً وعندما سألت مدير المطعم قال لي عليك تنضيف الروبيان انت عندما تأكل

Ad an amazing stay ere the hotel staff can't do enough for u. Always enough food to choose from everyday and if my lil boy didn't like anything the chef would do him chicken nuggets and chips . Animation team were amazing loved playing darts and doing morning stretches with Megan. Will definitely be coming bk x

The staff were very nice and helpful, my son was 18 there and they made a nice table decoration and his bedroom also,food was varied ,whole hotel is constantly cleaned .the hotel is in a good location with transport to the beach provided great

Room upgraded to superior on arrival - thank you. Large room, ample storage, safe and fridge, cleaned daily. Some signs of aging with grout, flush, balcony door lock broken. Food is repetitive but a la carte available. Extras are expensive 5ISD for a small red bull! Mall area filthy.

You won’t be disappointed with this hotel. Excellent location and what makes this place so great is the staff that work here, They are diamonds that make your stay here unforgettable.Every one of them from reception,house keeping,entertainment bar and restaurant work long hours but never fail to smile and go out of their way to help you, Our barman Kirolos was amazing never stopped smiling and was polite at all times,Saif at reception always would greet us with a big smile and Abdul at house keeping was so hard working to. Hotel arranges shuttle to their two beaches,Naama bay and soho sq. Ideal location in Sharm el sheikh can’t go wrong

Great holiday made special by the hard working staff! All of the staff worked very hard especially Asraf making sure we always had a drink in our hands. slight issue with our room to begin with but was quickly sorted out. have already booked to go back next year

This is our second time going to this hotel . I can’t fault them at all. Amazing place. Clean and great vibe . The staff always go out of the way to help you. Please don’t listen to negative reviews. It’s close to Naama Bay. It’s in a great location. It’s affordable and you get decent comfy beds and pillows . Great showers. Different pools to chill at . A lot of bars to get drinks from. The food for the week we where there , you would always find something you like. Music great. Even though they were doing construction on one part I never heard any noise at all. The waiters and chefs were just as amazing . So helpful and always happy . Our rooms were cleaned every day and the staff truly work so hard and always willing to help . Mahomoud on our floor worked so hard through out to make sure our rooms were cleaned and nothing was too much trouble for him . Sam for the excursions is such a pleasure to talk to . We had many laughs . It’s so nice to be in a place that really takes care of the guests .The water park is awesome . Loved it sooo much . What more do would you need ??. You are in beautiful Sharm. Great weather , great food , great vibes , great atmosphere. I could go on and on. Im definitely going back .
