This hotel is one of my top choices in Shaoxing. The property is nearly brand new, and my wife and I stayed here for three nights during a business trip. It was a wonderful experience, and here’s our detailed review: We stayed on the 51st executive floor, specifically in room 5128, which offered a stunning lake view and an impressively spacious layout. The room featured a proper bathtub, his-and-hers sinks, and a separate section for the shower and toilet, divided by transparent glass partitions. However, the lack of privacy in this setup could be uncomfortable if you’re sharing the room with a colleague or business associate. Since I was traveling with my wife, this wasn’t an issue for us. Service: 9/10 Although most of the staff didn’t speak or understand English, they made a genuine effort to ensure guests were happy. Language barriers in China are common, but using a translator app helped us navigate communication seamlessly. Night shift front desk manager Lynn was very helpful and spoke English properly. She also recommended Cleanliness: 10/10 The housekeeping team was highly attentive and thorough, keeping the room spotless throughout our stay. Breakfast: 9/10 Breakfast was served at the Manhattan Restaurant on the 45th floor, offering stunning views. The buffet featured a great mix of Western and Oriental dishes, including a wide variety of cheeses, croissants, a self-serve ground coffee machine, fresh fruits, and a selection of dumplings. Location: 7/10 The hotel is about 20 minutes from Shaoxing North Railway Station, which was convenient for us. However, the immediate surroundings don’t offer much— the nearest convenience store is about a 8-10 minute walk. We used DiDi for all our trips, so this wasn’t a major issue. For shopping or dining, Wanda Plaza Mall is about 12 minutes away by car, offering a variety of restaurants, including McDonald’s, KFC, and Starbucks. We highly recommend trying Green Tea, a local restaurant on the mall’s third floor, for delicious food at reasonable prices. Overall, we had a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. We would definitely choose this hotel again on our next visit to Shaoxing.

The location and price of the hotel is affordable, the cleanliness and width of the rooms are very good, I recommend it.

Lovely hotel located next to most popular old town street, Cangqiao Street. Also back of hotel is the labyrinth of lovely old waterways. It is set back from main street thru a narrow lane that car cannot access. However is a short lane where you can walk in easily. Or you can call up hotel to pick you up in their golf cart infront of Kong Yi Ji Restuarant on Cangqiao Street (only 5mins away). Breakfast spread is sufficient and delicious. Love my hotel room which is large with modern gadgets. I like to thank this hotel's front desk staff (sorry didnt get her name) who helped me in her off duty time at the side of the hot main street trying to solve my prebooked taxi to Ningbo. The didi rid hailing driver somehow went to wrong pickup address and refuse to budge which eventually i have to cancel it. This wonderful young lady used her mobile app to book my ride cos my app just can't work anymore. A note on the didi linked to Alipay or wechat, very frustrating experience for a foreigner. It will work fine initially then later keep asking for a new credit card input to proceed. Does not work with the new credit card too. Do setup other rid hailing app. besides didi. My Ningbo taxi driver said to call this taxi phone no. 95128 in china (standard no. used in whole of china) to get a taxi, but i have yet to try it out.

Das Zimmer ist komplett ausgestattet, hygienisch und komfortabel. Das Frühstücksbuffet umfasst viele Variationen, darunter auch Coca-Cola. Wir hatten zwei Abendessen im „Kuaiyuan“ im Shaoxing Hotel. Die Gerichte waren weitaus besser als die in Internet-Promi-Restaurants wie „Treasure Hunt“ und die Preise waren angemessen. Xiao Sheng an der Rezeption und Xiao Han am Concierge sorgten für einen rücksichtsvollen und enthusiastischen Service, der rührend war. Der Bodenwärter half beim Auf- und Abtragen des Gepäcks. Ursprünglich wollte ich nur eine Nacht bleiben, doch dann verlängerte ich den Aufenthalt um drei weitere Nächte und blieb vier aufeinanderfolgende Nächte. Die wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten wie Lu Xuns Wohnort, Daddy, Dong Lake sind nahezu entfernt. Sie können in zehn Minuten mit dem Auto kommen. Der Service ist vorsichtig, schnell zu bleiben, das Zimmer ist aktualisiert und bietet auch einen Mikrowellenservice. Das Zimmer ist groß, die Einrichtungen sind komplett, es gibt kleine Kühlschranke, mehrere Kleiderrahmen und mehrere Tischschränke. Hygiene ist gut, Reinigung ist rechtzeitig. Gutes Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis. Das nächste Mal wird es auch sein.

Ausgezeichnete Unterkunft im ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel Ich hatte einen fantastischen Aufenthalt im ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel. Das Hotel war unerwartet sauber, mit gut gepflegten Zimmern und gemeinsamen Bereichen, die meinen Aufenthalt sehr komfortabel machten. Die Waschbecken waren ausgezeichnet, was ein enormer Plus für Geschäftsreisende ist. Das Personal war unglaublich hilfreich und freundlich, immer bereit, mit allen Bedürfnissen zu helfen. Ich genoß besonders den erfreulichen Kaffee und willkommene Getränke, die einen warmen Kontakt zur Gastfreundschaft hinzugefügt. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr bequem, nur 15 Minuten von der ShaoXing North Train Station, die es leicht zu reisen. Keqiao ist berühmt für seine Faser- und Bekleidungsindustrie, attraktiv viele Geschäftsleute aus Indien. Das Hotel liegt auch in der Nähe von guten indischen Restaurants, Saffron und Kashish, die nur 2 km entfernt sind, bietet einen Geschmack von Haus für indische Gäste. Die Nähe des Hotels zu lokalen Attraktionen und Geschäftszentren macht es eine ideale Wahl für Freizeit- und Geschäftsreisende. Die allgemeine Erfahrung wurde durch die freundliche Atmosphäre und die gedankenvollen Einrichtungen verbessert. Ich empfehle ShaoXing Keqiao Atour Hotel für jeden, der das Gebiet besucht, sei es für Geschäfts- oder Vergnügen. Die Kombination von Komfort, Komfort und hervorragender Service macht es eine standhafte Wahl.

設施：智能家居，可以小度語音控制開窗簾，最喜歡的就是日出時分睜眼懶得下床，讓小度把窗簾拉開看個日出再合上睡個回籠覺～ 衞生：很乾凈～棒棒的沒得説！ 環境：距離地鐵站很近，去越城區不到半小時路程，很方便，樓層很高視野比較好，可以看到湖景，和老城區的酒店比起來設施更好性價比更高，周邊還有很多不錯的餐廳！ 服務：前台小姐姐幫忙升級了房型！瞬間擁有兩面超大落地窗，住到不想退房🫣

Overall enjoyed our experience at this hotel in Shaoxing. The service from the hotel staff was very nice and accommodating. We had free pick up and drop off service from the hotel as well. Would recommend.

非常滿意的一次入住。酒店位置優越，設計風格莊重大氣，周邊環境、大堂寬敞典雅。服務一流，從辦理入住手續到樓層保潔工作人員、餐廳服務員等都熱情禮貌，每天兩次整理房間，夜宵送至房間，有老五星級酒店的優秀品質。早餐中西式自助，品種豐富。研磨咖啡品質很好。有獨立停車場，停車方便。院落附帶一個小花園，管理得很好。熱心推薦。
