The room is big and clean, but service can be contacted through WeChat.

my room faces the big open carpark, really noisy at night. windows are not sound proof. shantou people are night owls.. people talked loudly and car honking is habitual even at 2-3am.

A Valuable Hotel Apartment at the Downtown Shantou The hotel located on the uppler floor of Chicony mall, it is very strategic. The room was spacious and high ceiling so the air condition was good. The amanities are complete. The facilities also complete like semi furnished apartment. The staff also helpful and friendly. Upgrade room to sea view was very wonderful view. Every wake up in the morning We can see sunshine, sea and downtown traffic. AC and water heater were working well. Projector TV can be a movie entertainment in the evening. The digital door lock make it safer. One thing that can be improved is the bed hardness. Softer bed layer may be better for better quality sleep. But overall this is the most valuable hotel apartment in Shantou. Next time will spend the night in this hotel. No doubt.

The location is great and there is very big shopping center nearby. It is about 5 minutes walk from the apartment.

This hotel/service apartment is very nice and located at almost convenience location. It’s a loft setting and got ample of space for my family of three to live in for our 7 days trip there! There are local eateries shops around the streets, a few metres walk over to Vientiane City Shopping Centre, Suning Plaza as well as bus stops to go around Swatou! Most convenient thing is that there is a supermarket (in fact, a few convenient stores around) to buy stuffs like snacks, instant noodles and washing shampoo! Service staff is very friendly and offer value-added services such as soy bean drink FOC and a few hours luggage deposit on last day while we wait for our train! Cleanliness is good as well as chambermaid cleans the apartment!

服務太差了房間也有各種問題，辦理入住等了好久才給密碼，房裡是中央空調聲音巨大吵的一整晚都睡不着，枕頭上還有頭髮不知道是不是沒換😓本來開開心心出來玩體驗真的是太差了，第二天想去玩都沒精神，避雷

衞生：真的有些臟。。。地上完全沒有打掃，之前人的頭髮啊什麼灰塵都在，床單上有天花板的粉末。床底下有蟑螂。。。。。 服務：還不錯 設施：WiFi有和沒有沒啥區別，特別慢根本連不到。但是洗衣機有烘乾功能挺乾淨的 價格擺在這裏，離其他景點商場什麼的都比較近，除了衞生不咋地其他都還行吧

酒店很乾凈，房間很大，床也很舒服，各類生活用品都挺齊全的。酒店辦理入住也很快速，有電梯，很方便。窗口就能看見海，酒店附近也很多吃的，去哪裡都挺方便的。房間還有兩個小桌子，可以晚上點個外賣和朋友一起吃！很滿意！服務也很好！

哇塞，相當哇塞，來汕頭的感覺還不錯，吃[強]，入住米小鳥酒店公寓蠻不錯哦，房間衞生與星級酒店相當，房間好大，空氣好，舒服，床上用品布料也是白色的，質量也不錯？出行也蠻方便。老闆態度也好，這樣價格有這樣質量與服務，個人感覺很好。

房間很乾凈，給的都是一次性用品，毛巾也是一次性的，不用自備很方便。房間有洗衣烘乾機，洗完烘3小時都幹了，可以每天洗衣服。投屏也很流暢，WiFi還不錯。位置離萬象城也才十幾分鍾。房間需要清潔直接説就行，所有一次性用品都會補充。房間也很大，對着海，旁邊也沒有其他樓會看到房間，應該是這一片最高的視野開闊。 很推薦過來住

這次來汕頭是一次不錯的體驗，住宿米小鳥酒店公寓，房間衞生做得很不錯，浴巾，香皂，洗臉巾都是一次性的，晚上還比較安靜，前台小哥哥服務很好，到B2停車場來接我，幫忙推行禮，還給小朋友送了一個小玩具[強]

設施：就是很像進入了別人住了很久的房間一樣 環境：雖説離萬象城近，但是離小吃街遠啊，走路遠打車近的尷尬距離（除非你愛騎電動車） 衞生：進去被子都是不平整的，就感覺衞生阿姨很不專業，連200ml的礦泉水都是一個雜牌，正規牌子也就幾毛錢啊😓
